&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cultura, Patrimoni i Política Lingüística, en data 22 de juny de 2021, ha pres la següent resolució que transcric literalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.En data 5 de febrer de 2021, la vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cultura, Patrimoni i Política Lingüística resolgué l'aprovació de la convocatòria d'ajuts &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; per al foment de l'ús de la llengua catalana a les empreses 2021, l'extracte de la qual es publicà en el BOIB núm. 19, de 13 de febrer de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.En data 14 de juny de 2021, la vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cultura, Patrimoni i Política Lingüística resolgué la concessió de la dita convocatòria, la qual es publicà en el BOIB núm. 80 , de 17 de juny de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En data 22 de juny de 2021, la cap del Servei de Normalització Lingüística ha emès informe sobre la rectificació d'una errada material en el pressupost i en la quantitat sol·licitada per Guillermo Bonet Puigserver, amb CIF 41521714K (codi exp. 735046Y) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Per tot això, resolc:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
