![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Per resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Benestar Social i Recursos Humans núm. <span style="color:#000000">2021001081</span>, de data <span style="color:#000000">11 de juny</span> de 2021, s'ha disposat l'aprovació del següent:</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Bases específiques per a la creació d'una borsa de Treballadors/ores Socials, personal laboral, grup A, subgrup A2, per cobrir interinament o temporalment, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina del Consell Insular d'Eivissa</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primera. Normes generals</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1.1.</strong> És objecte d'aquesta convocatòria la creació d'una borsa de Treballadors/ores Socials, personal laboral, grup A, subgrup A2, de<span style="color:#00000a"> l'article 76 del text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre</span>, per cobrir, interinament o temporalment, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina que siguin necessaris al Consell Insular d'Eivissa<em>.</em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1.2.</strong> Aquesta selecció es regirà pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, en tot el que disposa en referència a l'accés a l'ocupació pública i l'adquisició de la relació de serveis; per les prescripcions contingudes en aquesta convocatòria específica, i per les bases generals que regiran la selecció per a la provisió urgent de places de personal de naturalesa laboral i amb caràcter temporal del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, publicades <span style="color:#000000">a</span>l BOCAIB núm. 130, del dia 27 d'octubre de 1992.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segona. Requisits de les persones aspirants</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A més de tots i cada un dels requisits exigits a les Bases generals, les persones aspirants han de complir, en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i durant el procés selectiu, els requisits següents:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna de les previstes a l'article 57 del text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre<em>, que</em> permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública. En el supòsit que les persones aspirants no posseeixin la nacionalitat espanyola i del seu origen no es desprengui el coneixement de la llengua castellana, han d'acreditar-ne el coneixement mitjançant l'aportació del diploma d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera, regulat en el RD 1137/2002, de 31 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen “els diplomes d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera (DELE)” expedit per les entitats previstes o mitjançant l'acreditació que estan en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica espanyola expedida per l'òrgan oficial competent al territori espanyol, o bé mitjançant la superació d'una prova específica que acrediti que tenen el nivell adequat de comprensió i d'expressió oral i escrita en aquesta llengua.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Tenir 16 anys d'edat complits i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) No haver estat separades, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap administració pública, o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se inhabilitades de forma absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en el cas que haguessin estat separades o inhabilitades. En el cas de nacionals d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitades o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) No haver estat condemnat per sentència ferme per algun delicte contra la llibertat i indemnitat sexual, que inclou l'agressió i abús sexual, assetjament sexual, exhibicionisme i provocació sexual, prostitució i explotació sexual i corrupció de menors, així com per tràfic d'éssers humans. A aquest efecte, la persona interessada que pretengui l'accés a les professions, oficis i activitats que impliquen contacte habitual con menors, haurà d'acreditar aquesta circumstància, bé mitjançant l'aportació d'una certificació negativa del Registre Central de delinqüents sexuals, bé autoritzant el personal del Servei de Recursos Humans del Consell Insular d'Eivissa perquè sol·liciti i recapti del Registre Central de delinqüents sexuals, en el seu nom, la informació requerida.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">e</span>) Haver satisfet els drets de participació en la forma establerta a la base tercera d'aquestes bases.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">f</span>) Tenir les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per exercir les funcions de la plaça a proveir.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">g) Estar en possessió del títol de graduat/ada universitari/ària en treball social o equivalent. En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, s'haurà de tenir la credencial que acrediti la seua homologació.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">h) Estar en possessió d'un certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell B2 o superior, expedit o reconegut com a equivalent o que estigui homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, de conformitat amb el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència dels coneixements de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Aquests requisits s'hauran de tenir el dia de finalització del termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><strong>Tercera. Sol·licituds</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3.1.</strong> Les persones aspirants que vulguin prendre part en el procés selectiu hauran de presentar la corresponent sol·licitud normalitzada que consta a l'Annex I d'aquestes bases i que estarà disponible a l'Oficina d'A<span style="color:#000000">ssistència en Matèria de Registre</span> i a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3.2.</strong> Les sol·licituds hauran de presentar-se preferentment a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es) o de forma presencial en el Registre General del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. També es podran presentar en la forma que determina l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de deu dies naturals, comptats a partir del següent al de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> (BOIB).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les sol·licituds (Annex I) i l'autobarem (Annex II) es dirigiran a la Presidència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, av. d'Espanya, 49, 07800 Eivissa.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3.3.</strong> <span style="color:#000000">Les persones aspirants hauran d'acompanyar a la sol·licitud el document acreditatiu d'haver abonat 24,04 euros per drets de participació, mitjançant model d'autoliquidació que figura a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La sol·licitud s'ha d'acompanyar amb el resguard original de l'ingrés efectuat.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">En cap cas, la sola presentació del justificant d'ingrés dels drets de participació no suposarà la substitució del tràmit de presentació, en temps i forma, de la sol·licitud a l'òrgan expressat en aquestes bases.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Així mateix, la falta d'abonament d'aquests drets d'examen durant el termini de presentació de sol·licituds no serà esmenable i determinarà l'exclusió de les persones aspirants.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">No serà procedent en cap cas la devolució de la taxa en els supòsits d'exclusió de la convocatòria per causa imputable a la persona interessada.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3.4.</strong> Els errors de fet que poguessin advertir-se com a tals en la sol·licitud es poden esmenar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de part.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3.5.</strong> Les persones aspirants queden vinculades per les dades que hagin fet constar en les seues sol·licituds, i poden únicament demanar la seua modificació mitjançant escrit motivat, dins del termini establert per a la presentació de sol·licituds.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació annexa sempre i quan determini la mancança dels requisits per participar en la convocatòria, comportarà l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant des del moment en que s'adverteixi, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3.6.</strong> Les persones aspirants hauran de presentar necessàriament: </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Sol·licitud Annex I.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Als efectes d'admissió de les persones aspirants, es tendran en compte les dades que aquestes facin constar a la sol·licitud.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les dades corresponents al domicili, telèfon i adreça electrònica que figurin en la sol·licitud es consideraran com les úniques vàlides a efectes de notificació i seran responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones aspirants els errors en la seva consignació i la comunicació al Consell d'Eivissa de qualsevol canvi de les mateixes.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Serà responsabilitat de les persones aspirants la veracitat de les dades consignades, sense perjudici que en qualsevol moment l'autoritat convocant o la comissió avaluadora pugui requerir l'acreditació dels requisits necessaris quan cregui que hi ha inexactituds o falsedats en les quals hagin pogut incórrer les persones aspirants.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Annex II. Document d'autobarem, que ha d'estar emplenat i signat.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- La documentació acreditativa dels mèrits a valorar reflectits a l'Annex II complimentat. Els mèrits es valoraran amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Bastarà amb còpies simples de la documentació, si bé, la inexactitud o falsedat de les dades o documents aportats comportarà l'exigència de les responsabilitats penals, civils o administratives al fet que pertoqués.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Justificant original d'haver satisfet els drets d'examen.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3.7.</strong> La convocatòria o les bases, una vegada publicades, només es poden modificar amb subjecció estricta a les normes de la Llei del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i de la Llei de règim jurídic del sector públic.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quarta. Admissió de persones aspirants</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'autoritat convocant o aquella en qui delegui dictarà resolució, en el termini màxim de deu dies, en la qual es declararà aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, la qual s'exposarà a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en la qual constaran el nom i els llinatges de les persones candidates, i quatre xifres aleatòries del document nacional d'identitat i la causa de la seua exclusió, si és el cas.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Els errors de fet podran corregir-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En tot cas, les persones aspirants excloses disposaran d'un termini de tres dies, des del dia següent a aquell en què es publica la relació provisional a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, perquè puguin presentar al·legacions a la seua exclusió. Qui no presenti al·legacions dins del termini assenyalat, justificant el seu dret d'estar-hi admès/esa, s'exclourà definitivament del procés.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Transcorregut el termini fixat per presentar al·legacions, es dictarà resolució que declararà aprovada la relació definitiva de persones aspirants admeses i excloses. Aquesta resolució s'exposarà a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cinquena. Comissió avaluadora</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>5.1.</strong> La comissió avaluadora valorarà els mèrits del procés selectiu. La seua composició col·legiada s'ha d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i de professionalitat dels seus membres, tendent a la paritat entre l'home i la dona.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tots els membres de la comissió avaluadora hauran d'estar en possessió d'un nivell de titulació igual o superior al de la categoria de la borsa convocada i han de ser funcionaris/àries de carrera que pertanyin al mateix grup/subgrup d'entre els previstos a l'article <span style="color:#00000a"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">76</span> <span style="background-color:#ffffff">del text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre</span></span>, en relació amb el grup/subgrup en què s'integri la plaça convocada.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La pertinença a la comissió avaluadora serà sempre a títol individual, no es pot exercir en representació ni per compte de ningú.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>5.2.</strong> Als efectes del que estableixen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, la designació amb els noms dels membres titulars i dels seus respectius suplents es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>5.3.</strong> <span style="color:#000000">Si s'escau, a sol·licitud de la comissió avaluadora podrà disposar-se la incorporació d'assessors/ores especialistes. Els assessorsores especialistes es designaran per resolució del conseller/a competent en la matèria i estaran subjectes a idèntic règim d'abstenció i recusació que el previst per als membres de la comissió.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>5.4.</strong> En els supòsits d'absència del president titular o suplent, les funcions de presidència seran exercides pels vocals designats seguint per a això l'ordre en què hagin estat designats en la resolució de nomenament.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>5.5.</strong> La comissió avaluadora resoldrà totes les qüestions derivades de l'aplicació de les bases d'aquesta convocatòria durant el desenvolupament del procés selectiu.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>5.6. </strong>Les presents bases s'interpretaran en el sentit finalista que millor garanteixi la preservació dels principis d'igualtat, mèrit i capacitat.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>5.7.</strong> El procediment d'actuació de la comissió s'ajustarà al que es disposa en els articles 15 i següents de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic; a partir de la seua constitució, la comissió per actuar vàlidament requerirà la presència de la majoria dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, inclosos els que exerceixin la presidència i la secretaria.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>5.8.</strong> Aquest òrgan de selecció estarà compost per:</span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Aquest procés selectiu consistirà en un concurs de mèrits i una entrevista personal.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">A l'efecte de valorar aquest mèrit (punts 1, 2, 3 i 4) s'inclouen, en tot cas, els serveis prestats en qualsevol administració pública, sempre que es trobin dins de l'àmbit d'aplicació de la Llei 70/1978, de reconeixement de serveis previs en l'administració pública i sector públic instrumental de l'administració.</span></span></span></span></p>

Experiència professional amb relació laboral en treballs realitzats en empresa pública societària, privada i en règim d'autònoms de la categoria igual que la plaça convocada, enquadrada dins del mateix grup de classificació professional que siguin de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic relacionat amb la categoria que es convoca: 0,12 punts/mes.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">En el cas que l'aspirant hagi desenvolupat simultàniament dues o més modalitats professionals anteriors, només se'n computarà una a efecte de valoració, que serà la que atorgui una puntuació més alta.</span></span></span></span></p>

<li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">Treballs realitzats en empresa pública societària o privada i règim d'autònoms: còpies dels contractes de treball o certificat d'empresa, acompanyats obligatòriament del certificat de vida laboral emès per la Seguretat Social.</span></span></span></span></li>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">S'ha de fer constar el temps de treball, la categoria laboral i grup de classificació professional. Per acreditar el treball d'autònoms s'exigirà el document d'alta d'activitat econòmica juntament amb la vida laboral. Si l'activitat professional no queda reflectida en la vida laboral, s'haurà d'adjuntar el certificat del col·legi professional que acrediti l'exercici de l'activitat en els períodes que correspongui.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">En l'àmbit de qualsevol dels dos apartats anteriors, s'ha d'acreditar que s'han exercit funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàleg a les de la categoria professional per a la qual s'opta. Només es podrà valorar l'experiència laboral quan de la documentació aportada es desprenguin clarament les funcions realitzades i l'analogia amb les del lloc que s'ha de proveir. Es pot acreditar mitjançant la presentació, juntament amb els mèrits, d'un certificat de funcions realitzades o d'un informe, emès per la persona responsable del servei, de les funcions desenvolupades en el lloc de treball.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>6.2.</strong> Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o per sol·licitar la revisió dels mèrits davant el tribunal. A aquesta revisió, hi podran assistir acompanyades d'un/a assessor/a.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">El tribunal tendrà un termini de tres dies per resoldre les reclamacions.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>6.3.</strong><span style="color:#000000"> </span>La inexactitud, la falsedat o l'omissió, de caràcter essencial, de qualsevol dada o informació que s'incorpori o la no presentació davant<span style="color:#000000"> </span>l'Administració competent de la documentació que, si s'escau, es requereix per acreditar el compliment del que s'ha declarat, determina la impossibilitat de continuar el procediment des del moment en què es tengui constància d'aquests fets, sens perjudici de les responsabilitats penals, civils o administratives que pertoquin.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>B)</strong> Entrevista personal: Màxim 5 punts.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Una vegada revisats els mèrits presentats per les persones aspirants, el Tribunal Qualificador convocarà les persones aspirants per al desenvolupament d'una entrevista personal de caràcter curricular, destinada a concretar i aclarir aspectes relacionats amb els mèrits declarats, amb la finalitat de valorar la major adequació del perfil professional acreditat per les persones aspirants a les funcions a desenvolupar.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Per a l'atorgament de la puntuació es tendrà en compte la major o menor similitud de les funcions que acrediti haver desenvolupat la persona aspirant, en relació amb les que corresponen al lloc de feina convocat, així com el grau d'autonomia en l'acompliment o altres dades objectives sobre la experiència acreditada, que serveixin per a valorar l'adequació de la persona aspirant a les funcions del lloc de feina convocat.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">En tot cas, el tribunal haurà de deixar constància d'aquesta entrevista mitjançant l'acta en la què s'expressin els punts assignats, a més dels criteris i motius de la puntuació.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">En cap cas l'entrevista tendrà caràcter eliminatori, encara que la no compareixença per part de l'aspirant s'entendrà com una renúncia a seguir en el procés.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Setena. Qualificació final</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La qualificació final serà la que resulti del concurs de mèrits i l'entrevista personal.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">En cas d'empat, s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte els criteris següents:</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">1. Haver obtengut major puntuació en l'apartat e)<span style="color:#000000"><em> </em></span>de la base sisena.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">2. Si persisteix l'empat s'ha de fer un sorteig.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Vuitena. Borsa per a contractacions temporals i/o interinitats</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Finalitzades i valorades les fases de la selecció, el tribunal qualificador farà pública, a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, la relació de les persones seleccionades per formar part de la borsa, per l'ordre de puntuació assolida, amb indicació de la qualificació obtenguda, el nom, els llinatges i el document nacional d'identitat.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Les persones aspirants que formin part de la borsa hauran d'acreditar documentalment, abans de ser contractades, els requisits assenyalats a la base 2 de la convocatòria, mitjançant la presentació dels documents i certificacions originals.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La formalització del contracte restarà condicionada a l'acompliment de la totalitat dels requisits formals de la convocatòria. Tota la documentació que es presenti en llengua estrangera haurà d'anar acompanyada de la corresponent traducció jurada.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Les persones aspirants que no acreditin els requisits de la convocatòria no podran formalitzar el contracte oferit.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Novena. Contracte de treball: període de prova</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La durada del període de prova serà de sis mesos pels tècnics titulats i de dos mesos pels demés treballadors.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">En el supòsit de contractes temporals d'una durada de fins a sis mesos, el període de prova no podrà excedir d'un mes.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">A l'acabament d'aquest període, el treballador haurà d'obtenir una valoració d'apte o no apte, per al qual es tendrà com a referència l'informe que hagi emès el cap de la secció/servei.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La no superació del període de prova suposarà l'extinció de la seua relació laboral amb el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i deixarà de formar part de la borsa, fet que serà resolt per l'autoritat competent de la Corporació.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Així mateix, en qualsevol moment del període de pràctiques podrà ser determinada l'eliminació d'una persona aspirant per motius disciplinaris.</span></span></span></p>

Recursos i impugnacions</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Contra la resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Benestar Social i Recursos Humans d'aprovació de les presents bases, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant la Presidència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la publicació al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>, d'acord amb el que es preveu a l'article 22 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Les persones interessades poden impugnar la convocatòria i els actes administratius que es derivin de l'actuació del tribunal, en el termini i en la forma que estableix la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p>
