&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Aixecar la suspensió de la convocatòria del procés de selecció per a la creació d'una borsa de treball d'Arquitectes Tècnics i en conseqüència deixar sense efectes la Resolució de Batlia núm. 328, de 2 de juny de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Aprovar&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;les bases rectificades i obrir nova convocatòria del procés selectiu per a la creació d'una borsa de treball de funcionàries/aris interines /ins d'Administració Especial, d'Arquitectes Tècnics, per cobrir amb caràcter interí aquest lloc de treball, mitjançant el sistema de concurs opoció lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Aquesta Resolució tindrà vigència a partir de l'endemà de la data de publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Condicions que han de reunir les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per poder participar en els processos selectius serà necessari reunir els següents requisits, d'acord amb allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 56 del text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic aprovat pel Reial decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola sense perjudici del que es disposa en l'article 57 del text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic aprovat pel Reial decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Posseir la capacitat funcional per a l'acompliment de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Tenir complerts setze anys i no excedir, en el seu cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. Només per llei podrà establir-se una altra edat màxima, diferent de l'edat de jubilació forçosa, per a l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les quals exercien en el cas del personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en aquests termes l'accés a l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Posseir el títol d'arquitecte tècnic, graduat en enginyeria d'edificació o equivalent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Estar en possessió del permís de conduir de classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les instàncies sol·licitant prendre part en el procés selectiu, referides sempre a la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació d'instàncies, es dirigiran a la Batlessa de la Corporació i es presentaran al Registre general de l'Ajuntament durant el termini de&lt;strong&gt; deu dies hàbils &lt;/strong&gt;següents al de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Els successius anuncis es publicaran únicament al tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les instàncies també es podran presentar en la forma que s'indica a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits que s'al·leguin per a la fase de concurs, ordenats seguint l'ordre establert al barem de mèrits que consten en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants amb discapacitat hauran de presentar la certificació corresponent que acrediti aquesta circumstància juntament amb l'informe emès on es certifiqui la seva capacitat per al desenvolupament de les funcions i tasques corresponents a la plaça que es convoca, hi haurà de sol·licitar les possibles adaptacions de temps i mitjans per a la realització de l'exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants es responsabilitzen de la veracitat dels documents que presentin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quarta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'autoritat convocant o persona en qui delegui dictarà resolució aprovant la llista dels aspirants admesos i exclosos. La relació dels aspirants admesos i exclosos es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web municipal, i en ella hi figuraran les inicials de les persones aspirants, el núm. de DNI i, en el seu cas, la causa d'exclusió, concedint-se un termini de tres dies hàbils per a que els interessats puguin al·legar el que considerin oportú i així poder rectificar els errors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A l'esmentat anunci o mitjançant anunci posterior, degudament publicat, s'indicarà el lloc, data i hora de l'inici dels exercicis, així com la composició del Tribunal Qualificador. Els errors materials o de fet podran ser rectificats o esmenats en qualsevol moment, ja sigui d'ofici o a petició de la part interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si algun aspirant no figurés a la llista d'admesos i exclosos, haurà de presentar-se davant del Tribunal amb la còpia de la sol·licitud segellada per l'oficina receptora per a que sigui admès provisionalment per a la realització del corresponent exercici. Amb aquest fi, el Tribunal es constituirà en sessió especial, abans de donar inici a l'exercici i en el lloc on hagi de realitzar-se el mateix, per a resoldre provisionalment les reclamacions, que mitjançant compareixença, puguin presentar els aspirants que es trobin en les circumstàncies assenyalades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De l'acta corresponent a l'esmentada sessió es donarà compte immediata a l'Alcaldia, que resoldrà sobre l'admissió o exclusió de l'aspirant afectat, comunicant-ho al Tribunal qualificador pel seu coneixement i efectes, i si procedeix, a la persona afectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tribunal Qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador estarà format per un president, i dos vocals, actuant un d'ells com a secretari, amb els seus respectius suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, i les seves decisions s'adoptaran per majoria. El Tribunal podrà designar assessors quan ho consideri convenient, sempre amb el límit de que el número d'aquests no podrà ser superior al número de membres del Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal qualificador hauran d'abstenir-se d'intervenir i ho notificaran a l'autoritat convocant quan es vegin afectats per alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, així com també aquelles persones que haguessin realitzat tasques de preparació d'aspirants a proves selectives durant els cinc anys anteriors a la publicació de la convocatòria. Així mateix, els aspirants podran recusar els membres del Tribunal quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies ressenyades a l'article 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El personal d'elecció o de designació política, els funcionaris interins i el personal eventual no podran formar part dels òrgans de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar-se aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els vocals del Tribunal qualificador hauran d'estar en possessió d'un nivell de titulació igual o superior a l'exigit per a l'ingrés a la categoria convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Categoria del tribunal: segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Inici i desenvolupament dels exercicis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procediment de selecció serà el de concurs oposició. Per raons d'eficiència, practicitat i celeritat, les proves de selecció s'iniciaran amb la fase d'oposició i continuaran amb la de concurs. No podran passar a la fase de concurs aquelles persones aspirants que no superin la fase d'oposició. La puntuació obtinguda en la fase de concurs s'aplicarà únicament a aquells candidats que superin la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Prèviament a la realització de la fase d'oposició i de la concurs, es realitzarà una prova específica de coneixements de la llengua catalana (nivell B2) sempre que no s'hagués acreditat documentalment estar en possessió d'aquesta titulació. La qualificació d'aquesta prova serà d'APTE i NO APTE, i la qualificació de NO APTE implicarà l'eliminació de l'aspirant del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'ordre d'actuació dels aspirants es determinarà alfabèticament, segons resulti del sorteig realitzat pel Tribunal abans de donar-se inici als exercicis corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els aspirants seran convocats per a cada exercici mitjançant el sistema de crida única, essent exclosos de les proves selectives aquells aspirants que no compareguin, excepció feta dels casos degudament justificats i lliurement apreciats pel Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a la realització dels exercicis s'empraran sistemes per tal de mantenir l'anonimat dels aspirants sempre que la naturalesa de l'exercici així ho permeti. En aquells supòsits en que els aspirants vulnerin l'anonimat procedint a la identificació dels seus exercicis amb qualsevol altre sistema el Tribunal procedirà a excloure dels procés selectiu a l'aspirant infractor i la seva prova es tindrà per no realitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Tribunal, en qualsevol moment, podrà requerir als opositors per a que acreditin la seva personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada iniciades les proves selectives no serà obligatòria la publicació dels successius anuncis de la convocatòria al BOIB, sinó que el Tribunal únicament publicarà els esmentats anuncis al tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els exercicis podran realitzar-se, a elecció de cada aspirant, en qualsevol de les dues llengües oficials de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Setena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fase d'oposició &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consistirà en desenvolupar per escrit (i si escau gràficament) un màxim de dos (2) supòsits teòrics-pràctics relacionats amb les funcions pròpies d'arquitecte tècnic, en un temps màxim de 150 minuts. Aquest exercici es qualificarà amb un màxim de 30,00 punts, entenent-se que superen la prova aquells aspirants que obtinguin un mínim de 15,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a la correcció de la prova es valorarà fonamentalment la capacitat de raonament, la sistemàtica en el plantejament, la formulació de conclusions, el coneixement de la matèria i l'adequada interpretació de la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a la realització d'aquesta prova, i en funció del contingut de la mateixa, el tribunal podrà autoritzar als aspirants per a que puguin fer ús dels textos legals i col·leccions de jurisprudència dels quals vinguin proveïts (no es permetrà l'ús d'aparells electrònics per a la consulta de normativa com tablets, llibres electrònics, ...). No obstant això, el Tribunal queda autoritzat per retirar als opositors els textos quan consideri que no compleixin les característiques de textos de normativa legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S'estableix, respecte de cada prova, un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de la data de publicació de les corresponents qualificacions provisionals per a presentar reclamacions respecte de les mateixes, i una vegada resoltes les al·legacions presentades es procedirà a publicar les qualificacions definitives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vuitena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fase de concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A aquesta fase, que en còmput total no podrà superar els 10,00 punts, el Tribunal avaluarà els següent mèrits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Experiència professional: Serveis prestats a qualsevol administració pública en lloc de feina de categoria professional igual o superior a la convocada, en qualitat de personal funcionari de carrera, interí o personal laboral: 0,10 punts per mes complert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats per l'Administració Pública en virtut d'un contracte administratiu subjecte a la Llei de Contractes. Tampoc es valoraran els serveis prestats en qualitat de funcionari eventual o de confiança, de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 20.4 de la Llei de 3 d'abril de 2007, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'experiència professional s'haurà d'acreditar mitjançant certificació de serveis previs, o certificat equivalent, expedit per l'Administració pública corresponent, còpia del contracte de treball, o qualsevol altre mitjà admissible en Dret, on consti la plaça i el lloc de treball exercits o la categoria professional, el període de prestació dels serveis i la vinculació amb l'Administració (funcionari de carrera o interí o personal laboral). Per a la valoració de les funcions, serà necessari la inclusió en el certificat per al personal funcionari el grup, escala, subescala i/o categoria i per al personal laboral la descripció o indicació de les funcions realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest apartat tindrà una puntuació màxima de 7 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Titulacions acadèmiques. Únicament es valorarà la titulació acadèmica més alta de les obtingudes per l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada titulació acadèmica de diplomatura universitària, enginyeria tècnica o titulació declarada equivalent, distinta de l'acreditada com a requisit per a prendre part a la convocatòria: 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada titulació acadèmica de grau universitari distint de l'acreditat com a requisit per a prendre part a la convocatòria: 0,30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada titulació universitària d'arquitectura, enginyeria o titulació universitària equivalent, distinta de l'acreditada com a requisit per a prendre part a la convocatòria: 0,35 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada màster oficial i altres estudis de postgrau oficial universitari en matèries relacionades al programa de temes de la convocatòria: 0,10 punts per cada 20 crèdits ECTS, fins a un màxim de 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada títol de doctor en matèries relacionades al programa de temes de la convocatòria: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest apartat tindrà en conjunt una puntuació màxima d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Cursos de formació i perfeccionament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Únicament es valoraran els cursos directament relacionats amb les funcions a desenvolupar i realitzats en centres oficials (Administracions públiques, entitats promotores de formació i universitats). La valoració es farà a raó de 0,005 punts per hora de formació rebuda amb aprofitament o per hora de formació impartida, i a raó de 0,0025 punts per hora de formació rebuda únicament amb assistència. No es tindran en compte els cursos que no especifiquin el número d'hores lectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tot cas tindran la consideració de cursos directament relacionats amb les funcions a desenvolupar els cursos realitzats en matèria d'arquitectura, enginyeria, jurídica administrativa, qualitat, igualtat de gènere, prevenció de riscos laborals i seguretat i salut a l'obra i en matèria informàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest apartat tindrà en conjunt una puntuació màxima de 1,50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Coneixements de la llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En aquest apartat es valoraran el certificats expedits per l'EBAP, els expedits u homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, els expedits per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes, i també la resta de certificats reconeguts d'acord amb la normativa autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat de nivell C1: 0,20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat de nivell C2: 0,40 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificant de nivell LA: 0,10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S'ha de valorar només un certificat, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació s'ha d'acumular a la de l'altre certificat que s'aporti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest apartat tindrà en conjunt una puntuació màxima de 0,50 punts.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals de la fase de concurs per a presentar reclamacions respecte de la mateixa, i una vegada resoltes les al·legacions presentades es procedirà a publicar els resultats definitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Novena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Qualificació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La qualificació definitiva de cada un dels aspirants vindrà determinada per la suma de puntuacions obtingudes en els distints exercicis de la fase d'oposició i en la fase de concurs. Una vegada finalitzada la qualificació dels aspirants, el Tribunal elevarà a l'Alcaldia proposta de nomenament a favor de l'aspirant que hagi obtingut millor puntuació i es publicarà còpia de l'acta al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas d'empat entre dos o més aspirants, aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que hagi obtingut major puntuació a la fase d'oposició, i de mantenir-se aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que acrediti una major puntuació en l'apartat de formació i en última opció es resoldrà l'empat per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Desena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Relació d'aprovats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal procedirà a confeccionar la llista &amp;nbsp;dels aspirants aprovats, ordenats de major a menor puntuació, que serà aprovada per decret d'Alcaldia i publicada a la pàgina web municipal, a la seu electrònica i en el tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Onzena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Funcionament de la borsa d'ocupació, nomenament i presa de possessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones integrants de les Borses d'Ocupació ocuparan el lloc de treball de la llista que li correspongui, atenent la puntuació obtinguda en el procés selectiu utilitzat per a la seva constitució, havent d'aparèixer, al costat del nombre del lloc de treball ocupat, la puntuació que ostenta dins del llistat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Totes les persones que superin el procés de selecció seran incloses en una borsa d'ocupació per a les futures contractacions que resultin necessàries a fi de cobrir vacants temporalment&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;i seran cridades seguint l'ordre establert en el llistat corresponent. El funcionament de la Borsa d'Ocupació s'ajustarà als principis d'igualtat d'oportunitats i principi de no discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La renúncia inicial a un nomenament, o la renúncia durant la vigència d'aquest, no donaran lloc a l'exclusió de la Borsa d'Ocupació, però ocasionarà un canvi de lloc del lloc de treball, dins d'aquesta, passant a ocupar l'últim lloc de treball com a integrant de la Borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Són causes que justifiquen la renúncia a un nomenament i que impliquen el manteniment dins de la Borsa d'Ocupació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar en situació d'ocupat, prestant serveis com a personal contractat, en qualsevol Administració ( com a personal laboral o funcionari interí)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar en situació de Suspensió per accident, baixa per malaltia, intervenció quirúrgica, internament hospitalari, maternitat, embaràs d'alt risc i situació de risc o necessitat acreditada per facultatiu que exigeixi la lactància natural de menors de nou mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'acreditació documentada de la finalització de tal circumstància donarà lloc a la reposició en aquest lloc de l'ordre de llista en les Borses d'Ocupació en què es trobés la persona afectada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Exercici de càrrec públic representatiu que impossibiliti l'assistència al treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones incloses en la Borsa de Treball hauran de presentar dades personals suficients que permetin la seva ràpida localització, sent responsables de què estiguin actualitzats a tot moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada realitzat l'intent de localització per mitjà de la comunicació telefònica, la telegràfica amb justificant de recepció o el correu electrònic amb justificant de recepció, si no fos possible el contacte en vint-i-quatre hores s'acudirà a la persona següent. Si s'opta per la comunicació telefònica, es realitzaran un mínim de tres intents de contacte entre les 8:00h i les 15:00hores, amb un interval de 60 minuts entre cada trucada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quedarà anotació escrita del que s'indica en aquest nombre en el servei corresponent, donant-se trasllat immediat d'informe escrit al Secretari de la Corporació per a coneixement i constància. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La persona integrant de la Borsa d'Ocupació que rebi proposada de nomenament, en els termes descrits anteriorment, haurà de procedir a l'acceptació o rebuig d'aquesta, en un període màxim de 24 hores, tret que per circumstàncies excepcionals o de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta borsa d'ocupació tindrà una vigència màxima de tres anys. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Resolució de nomenament serà adoptada per l'Alcaldia en la seva condició de prefectura directa del personal, i es publicarà a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Una vegada publicat el nomenament, s'haurà de procedir a la presa de possessió pel nomenat dins del termini de tres dies hàbils a partir d'aquesta publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dotzena. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal queda autoritzat per a resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendre els acords necessaris i precisos pel bon ordre del procés selectiu, en tots aquells assumptes que no es recullin a les presentes bases, sempre amb estricta observança de la normativa vigent aplicable en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La convocatòria i les seves bases, tots els actes que es derivin del procés selectiu i les actuacions del Tribunal podran ser impugnats per les persones interessades en els terminis i formes establerts per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tretzena. Protecció de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
