font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER. </strong>D'acord amb l'article 10 de les bases reguladores i la convocatòria del procediment de concessió directa i a fons perdut d'ajudes per pal·liar els efectes de la Covid-19 en els sectors econòmics del terme municipal de Son Servera, les persones beneficiaries estaran subjectes a les obligacions següents:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que ha d'efectuar l'òrgan que concedeix l'ajuda i qualsevol altra comprovació o control financer que poden dur a terme els òrgans de control competents, tant nacionals com comunitaris, i aportar tota la documentació que li requereixin en l'exercici de les actuacions anteriors.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Mantenir-se d'alta en el cens d'empresaris de l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària, durant un mínim de 3 mesos dins l'exercici 2021 a comptar des de la concessió de l'ajuda.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Estar al corrent d'obligacions tributàries amb l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària i amb l'Ajuntament de Son Servera, i també al corrent d'obligacions econòmiques amb la Seguretat Social o Mutua professional corresponent.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Conservar els documents que demostren que compleix els requisits per ser beneficiària de l'ajuda durant un període de quatre anys des que s'ha concedit l'ajuda.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) Procedir al reintegrament en els casos previstos en aquesta convocatòria i la normativa aplicable.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f) Disposar dels llibres comptables, registres diligenciats i de la resta de documents degudament auditats en els termes exigits per la legislació mercantil i sectorial aplicable a la persona beneficiària en cada cas, amb la finalitat de garantir l'adequat exercici de les facultats de comprovació i control.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
