CAIB 23863 ca 230748 ![CDATA[Extracte de les bases reguladores de subvencions als pares d’alumnes del terme de Felanitx per adquirir dispositius digitals ]] 650399 2021-06-08 CAIB CAIB 2021-06-10 870 23861 ca text/html 2021-06-10 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria el text complet es pot consultar a la base de dades nacional de subvencions </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/561695)</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm"><strong>Primera.- Objecte de la Convocatòria</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">Aquesta convocatòria es realitza amb la finalitat de regular la concessió de subvencions econòmiques en règim de concurrència no competitiva que concedirà l'Ajuntament de Felanitx durant l'any 2021 als pares dels alumnes dels centres escolars ubicats al municipi de Felanitx, per a l'adquisició de dispositius digitals, que estableixin els centre en base al sistema que utilitzin, per pal·liar les mancances dels alumnes amb menor poder adquisitiu.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">Aquesta subvenció, s'haurà de destinar a la compra de dispositius digitals per a la seva utilització per alumnes fills de famílies amb dificultats econòmiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">Aquesta convocatòria es regirà pel que estableix les Bases d'Execució del Pressupost General d'aquesta Corporació, i en allò no previst en aquesta, s'aplicarà supletòriament la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm"><strong>Segona.- Destinataris de la Convocatòria</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">Aquesta convocatòria està dirigida a tots els pares o tutors legals dels alumnes dels centres escolars del terme de Felanitx, sempre que els alumnes compleixin les següents condicions:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">a) Rebre ensenyances dels cicles: tercer, cinquè i sisè de primària o primer i segon d'ESO.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">b) Formar part d'un Pla Estratègic/pla de digitalització del col·legi en el que es contempli l'ús exterior dels dispositius digitals.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">No podran obtenir la condició de beneficiaris de les subvencions, les persones o entitats que es trobin en qualsevol de les situacions que s'indiquen en l'article 13 Llei 38/2003. En particular cal destacar el fet de no trobar-se al corrent de pagament dels deutes amb l'Ajuntament i del pagament de les obligacions derivades del reintegrament de subvencions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm"><strong>Tercera.- Dotació pressupostària</strong>.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">El crèdit assignat a la present convocatòria és de <strong>CINQUANTA MIL EUROS (50.000,00 €)</strong> a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària <strong>2021/0/3230.480003</strong> del vigent Pressupost General.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm"><strong>Quarta.- Quantia de la subvenció</strong>.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">La quantia de la subvenció es determinarà per cada alumne amb necessitats, amb un import per coadjuvar en la compra de dispositius digitals de ­­­­150,00 euros per alumne. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">Tindran dret a aquesta subvenció els alumnes que cursin 3er, 5^è i 6^è de primària o primer i segon d'ESO, que formin part d'un Pla Estratègic/Pla de digitalització del col·legi en el que es contempli l'ús exterior dels dispositius digitals, que estiguin empadronats a Felanitx i sempre que les rendes obtingudes pels membres de la unitat familiar en l'any 2020 no superin les següents quanties:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">Nombre de membres de la unitat familiar. font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">La renda màxima per unitat familiar es calcula de la següent forma:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">1. La renda familiar a efectes d'aquesta ajuda s'obtindrà per agregació de les rendes de cada un dels membres computables de la família que obtingui ingressos de qualsevol naturalesa, calculades segons s'indica en els apartats següents, de conformitat amb la normativa reguladora de l'Impost sobre la Renda de les Persones Físiques aplicable. Als efectes d'aquesta ajuda es computa l'exercici 2020.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">2. Per a la determinació de la renda dels membres computables que hagin presentat declaració per l'impost sobre la renda de les persones físiques, es procedirà de la manera següent:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">a) Se suma la base imposable general (casella 435) amb la base imposable de l'estalvi (casella 460).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">b) D'aquest resultat es restarà la quota resultant de l'autoliquidació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">3. Per a la determinació de la renda dels altres membres computables que obtinguin ingressos propis i no hagin presentat declaració per l'impost sobre la renda de les persones físiques s'ha de seguir el procediment descrit en la lletra a) de l'apartat 2 i de el resultat obtingut es restaran els pagaments a compte efectuats.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">4. Els ingressos del membres de la unitat familiar rebuts per estar a un ERTO o a l'atur durant el 2021, es deduiran de la renda familiar del 2020, per tant no computaran a l'hora d'aplicar la taula de renda màxima de la unitat familiar, referida a aquest article.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm"><strong>Cinquena.- Procediment per a la concessió de les subvencions.</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm"><em>1.- Criteris objectius de valoració.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">1.1.- Per a la concessió d'aquestes ajudes, sempre que el sol·licitant compleixi els requisits exigits, hagi justificat subvencions anteriors i no estigui sotmès en cap de les causes d'exclusió expressament previstes en aquesta Convocatòria, s'utilitzarà la següent fórmula:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">Es subvencionarà a raó de 150,00 euros per alumne per l'adquisició d'un aparell digital.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm"><em>2.- Presentació de documents i tramitació</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">2.1.- Els pares o tutors legals dels alumnes que compleixin amb els requisits d'aquestes bases hauran de presentar la sol·licitud degudament complimentada, d'acord amb el model adjunt com annex I signat pel pare i la mare, o tutors legal de l'alumne, acompanyat de la documentació següent:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">a) Pressupost total i desglossat de les despeses de compra d'aparells digitals o de contractació de dades per la seva utilització, amb indicació de la subvenció sol·licitada. <strong>(Annex II)</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">b) Declaració de responsable de les dades bancàries <strong>(Annex III)</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">c) Declaració de la Renta o en el seu cas certificat negatiu de cada un dels membres de la unitat familiar de més de 18 anys.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">d) Certificat de la matrícula del curs 2021/2022.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">e) Còpia del DNI/NIE dels pares o tutors legals de l'alumne.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">f) Informe del Centre, a on es faci constar que l'alumne forma part d'un Pla Estratègic/Digitalització en el que es contempli l'ús exterior dels dispositius digitals.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.18cm">g) En el seu cas, ingressos percebudes al 2020 detallant els seus conceptes.
