    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Junta Directiva de Mutua Balear, Mutua Colaboradora con la Seguridad Social, nº 183, de conformidad con lo previsto en sus Estatutos Sociales, ha acordado convocar Junta General Ordinaria para el próximo día &lt;em&gt;29&lt;/em&gt; de julio a las doce horas en primera convocatoria, y a las doce treinta horas del mismo día en segunda convocatoria, en &lt;em&gt;Hotel Meliá Palma Bay, sito en calle Felicià Fuster, 4, 07006 de Palma de Mallorca&lt;/em&gt;, con el fin de deliberar y decidir sobre los asuntos comprendidos en el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;ORDEN DEL DÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primero: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Examen y aprobación, en su caso, del Balance, Cuenta de Gestión, Memoria Anual y destino de los excedentes del ejercicio de 2020, así como la gestión de la Junta Directiva en el mismo período.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segundo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Examen y aprobación, en su caso, de los Presupuestos de Recursos y Gastos para el ejercicio 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tercero: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Renovación y ratificación de cargos de la Junta Directiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cuarto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Medidas tendentes al reintegro de la aportación realizada por la Mutua al fondo mutual de Previsión Balear, MPS, y sus intereses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Quinto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aprobación del Acta de la reunión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;NOTA: Para poder concurrir a la reunión es necesario solicitar la correspondiente papeleta de asistencia que les será facilitada en las oficinas de la Mutua sitas en el Polígono de Son Castelló, calle Gremi Forners, 2, o bien solicitándola en el correo electrónico: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;mutualistas@mutuabalear.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por el mismo procedimiento se puede solicitar la documentación que va a ser sometida a la Junta General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La celebración de la Junta podrá estar condicionada, y el aforo, en su caso, limitado, como consecuencia de la normativa y recomendaciones COVID 19 vigentes en cada momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
