    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El 29 de novembre de 2016 se signà el conveni entre el Foment del Turisme de Menorca i el Consell Insular de Menorca pel qual es crea el Premi Joan Gomila Borràs, conveni dotat amb una aportació inicial de fons de 70.000 euros, participats, íntegrament, pel Foment del Turisme de Menorca. Aquest premi permet, d'una banda, reconèixer la tasca del seu primer president i, per l'altra, fer extensiu el reconeixement a totes les persones que, durant anys, van mantenir viu el Foment del Turisme de Menorca i, amb ell, una promoció turística de gran qualitat de la nostra illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aquest guardó el convoca el Consell Insular de Menorca per reconèixer l'esforç i la dedicació de les persones, les empreses, les entitats i els professionals que hagin contribuït, amb la seva tasca o propostes de futur, a la millora del sector sense oblidar la seva responsabilitat amb la societat i l'entorn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El darrer gran objectiu del premi instituït és el de retre un reconeixement públic a qualsevol persona, entitat, organisme o empresa que ha treballat o treballa per promocionar turísticament Menorca, activitat relacionada amb els objectius del Departament de Promoció Turística del Consell Insular de Menorca i de la Fundació Foment del Turisme de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La primera edició d'aquest premi, l'any 2017, va reconèixer la llarga trajectòria dins el sector turístic de la nostra illa del senyor Emili de Balanzó, inaugurant-se d'aquesta manera amb un prestigiós primer premiat i mostrant clarament el camí que vol seguir aquest premi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En exercici de les competències atribuïdes per la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atesa la proposta de la presidenta del Consell Insular de Menorca, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Consell executiu, per unanimitat dels set membres assistents (senyora Mora Humbert, senyora Salord Ripoll, senyor Pastrana Huguet, senyora Gomila Carretero, senyor Maria Ballester, senyora Gomis Luis i senyora Gómez Estévez) i en votació ordinària, adopta l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aprovar les bases de la tercera edició del Premi Joan Gomila Borràs (2021) i, alhora, convocar la tercera edició del Premi Joan Gomila Borràs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; en matèria turística,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; amb l'import màxim de 5.000 € (IVA inclòs) a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;mb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; càrrec a la partida pressupostària 1-43200-4810000 del Pressupost general del Consell Insular de Menorca d'enguany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Primera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Objecte i finalitat del premi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El turisme és un dels pols fonamentals de Menorca, i no tan sols des d'un punt de vista econòmic, sinó també social. El Foment del Turisme de Menorca va dedicar més de cent anys de la seva existència a la defensa i la promoció dels interessos turístics de l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Acabada la seva etapa, els seus socis i la Junta de Govern del Foment van decidir crear i dotar un premi que recordés la seva passada i esforçada labor. La proposta va ser acollida pel Consell Insular de Menorca, que passà a ser, un cop liquidada l'entitat, el garant i responsable d'aquest premi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per aquest motiu, i com a homenatge a la memòria Joan Gomila Borràs, primer president del Foment del Turisme de Menorca, i de totes les persones que, al llarg de la seva dilatada història, hi van fer tan bona i llarga feina, es convoca la tercera edició del PREMI JOAN GOMILA BORRÀS amb l'objectiu de reconèixer les persones o institucions, els treballs de recerca, els projectes, els assajos, les tesis, les estratègies de projecció exterior i de promoció, o els estudis que valoritzin els aspectes positius del turisme en l'economia, la riquesa i la creació de llocs de treball a l'illa, així com en la cultura, el medi ambient i, en general, en la millora de la qualitat de vida societat menorquina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Amb l'atorgament del Premi JOAN GOMILA BORRÀS es vol reconèixer l'esforç i la dedicació de les persones, les empreses, les entitats i els professionals que hagin contribuït amb la seva tasca o amb propostes de futur a la millora del sector sense oblidar la seva responsabilitat amb la societat i l'entorn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Segona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Característiques del Premi Joan Gomila Borràs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Premi Joan Gomila Borràs és biennal i està dotat amb 5.000 euros, provinents de la dotació atorgada per la comissió liquidadora del Foment del Turisme de Menorca. Aquesta quantia podrà entregar-se de manera única a un guanyador, ser dividida entre els possibles mereixedors ex aequo o declarar el preimi desert i no entregar-la si, després d'estudiar i valorar les candidatures, així ho considera el jurat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Tercera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Requisits per poder obtenir aquest premi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Poden ser guardonades amb el premi JOAN GOMILA BORRÀS, les persones, siguin físiques o jurídiques, les empreses i les associacions. Amb aquest premi es pretén reconèixer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Trajectòries i dedicacions personals o empresarials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Projectes d'actuació que destaquin la innovació, l'emprenedoria o la competitivitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Iniciatives de promoció i comercialització del producte turístic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aplicació de noves tecnologies que afegeixin valor al producte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tesis, projectes o estudis relacionats amb l'activitat turística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En qualsevol cas, no poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones o entitats en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions que estableix l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quarta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Qualsevol persona, física o jurídica, o entitat, degudament identificada, pot presentar candidats per optar als premis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La candidatura s'ha de presentar utilitzant el model habilitat a l'efecte o qualsevol altre que contengui totes les dades indicades en aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'ha d'acompanyar d'una breu memòria en la qual es descriguin els mèrits i les dades que justifiquin i raonin la candidatura al premi. No s'admetran ni es valoraran avals de cap mena a cap candidatura presentats per tercers o dins de la mateixa candidatura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les candidatures presentades pels diversos departaments del Consell Insular de Menorca es faran arribar al Servei de Promoció Turística i Fons Europeus mitjançant el mateix model habilitat firmat pel responsable de la candidatura i acompanyat de la mateixa documentació indicada en aquest punt 4.2 per registre d'entrada dins el termini marcat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les candidatures de persones físiques han d'incloure també el currículum vitae de la persona candidata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, hi ha de constar la identificació exacta i precisa de la persona o entitat proposada, amb nom i llinatges i DNI o, en el seu cas, la denominació oficial o el nom comercial i el NIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si la candidatura es proposa a títol pòstum, s'ha de fer constar aquesta circumstància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Les candidatures i tota la documentació transcrita en l'apartat anterior es poden presentar des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; fins al 30 de juny de 2021, d'acord amb les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Per mitjans electrònics d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 14.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, al registre electrònic del Consell Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) o a qualsevol altre registre electrònic dels establerts en l'article 16.4 de l'esmentada Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Facultativament, la poden presentar presencialment, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 14.1 de l'LPACAP, les persones físiques, per tal de preservar el dret de comunicar-se amb l'Administració pública també per mitjans no electrònics, mitjançant el registre electrònic del Consell Insular de Menorca (a la seu del CIM de Maó i a les oficines administratives de Ciutadella) o a qualsevol altre registre i lloc dels establerts en l'article 16.4 de l'esmentada LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si qualque subjecte obligat a presentar la candidatura per mitjans electrònics presenta el seu escrit presencialment, se'l requerirà per tal que l'esmeni mitjançant la seva presentació electrònica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A aquest efecte, i d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 68.4 de la mateixa llei, es considerarà com a data de presentació de l'escrit aquella en què hagi tingut lloc l'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Totes les candidatures presentades dins el termini establert se sotmetran a l'examen de l'instructor o la instructora, que serà un/a tècnic/a del CIM, que ha de comprovar el compliment dels requisits exigits i fer arribar les propostes admeses al jurat nomenat a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Si l'escrit de presentació de candidatura o la documentació fossin incorrectes o incompletes, el Consell Insular de Menorca en requerirà la rectificació o el complement necessaris. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà d'haver rebut el requeriment d'esmena de l'escrit, la persona interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la documentació requerida, s'entendrà que ha desistit de la seva petició de conformitat amb l'article 68 de l'LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Els membres del jurat podran demanar la informació complementària que considerin oportuna per tal d'avaluar els mèrits dels candidats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cinquena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Jurat del premi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Es crea el jurat que valorarà les candidatures del Premi Joan Gomila Borràs en matèria turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El jurat d'aquest premi estarà format pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Actuarà com a secretari o secretària, amb veu i sense vot, el/la tècnic/a del CIM que hagi instruït l'expedient, en aquest cas el tècnic de gestió del Servei de Promoció Turística i Fons Europeus Alexandre Raga Bargues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El jurat s'ha de convocar amb una antelació mínima de cinc dies i es considerarà vàlidament constituït amb l'assistència de dos terços dels membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El jurat, sobre la base de les candidatures presentades, ha de designar la persona o les persones guanyadores del premi i es reserva el dret de repartir-lo entre els possibles mereixedors, ex aequo, o declarar-lo desert. Així mateix, s'ha d'estendre una acta en la qual s'han de fer constar les candidatures presentades i l'acord finalment adoptat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El mateix jurat, si no s'hi ha presentat cap proposta, o quan les presentades no tenguin prou entitat, pot suggerir i atorgar el premi a la persona o l'entitat que consideri que té mèrits suficients i destacables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Les deliberacions del jurat són secretes i totes les decisions s'han de prendre per majoria simple dels assistents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. El jurat pot requerir informació complementària quan ho consideri pertinent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. La resolució del jurat és inapel·lable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. L'acord de concessió de distincions, que ha de comunicar la presidenta del jurat, s'ha de notificar a les persones interessades o, si escau, als seus familiars, per qualsevol mitjà admès en dret, i s'ha de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balear&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt; i al web corporatiu del Consell Insular&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;posteriorment a l'acte de lliurament dels guardons. La resolució del jurat ha de tenir lloc, sempre que sigui possible, abans del 7 d'agost i, en qualsevol cas, dins un termini que no pot excedir de sis mesos comptats a partir del dia que la convocatòria surti publicada en el BOIB. En el cas que no hi hagi resolució expressa s'entendran desestimades les candidatures presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisena. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Abonament del premi&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El Consell Insular de Menorca pagarà el premi en un termini màxim de 60 dies des de la data del dictamen del jurat, sempre que les disponibilitats de tresoreria ho permetin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. La quantia del premi s'atorga en concepte d'import brut i, en el seu cas, resta subjecta a retenció d'acord amb la normativa que regula l'impost sobre la renda de les persones físiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. La persona, entitat o empresa guanyadora haurà de presentar al Consell Insular de Menorca el document de designació de compte bancari en el qual s'hagi de fer efectiu el pagament, si aquest no consta a la base de dades de tresoreria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. La presidenta atorgarà el premi als guanyadors en acte públic dia 27 de setembre de 2021, Dia Mundial del Turisme, amb la presència del jurat, dels diversos candidats, els mitjans de comunicació i el públic en general que vulgui assistir-hi. Els detalls d'aquest esdeveniment es comunicaran amb l'antelació mínima d'un mes, i s'organitzarà seguint les directrius sanitàries de prevenció de la COVID vigents en aquell moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Setena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Obligacions dels guanyadors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Són obligacions dels guanyadors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Comunicar al CIM l'acceptació del premi en els termes en què aquest es concedeixi. En qualsevol cas, el premi s'entendrà acceptat tàcitament un cop hagin transcorregut quinze dies hàbils d'ençà que s'hagi publicat la resolució del jurat en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Aportar els justificants necessaris per tal de poder comprovar les dades incloses en la sol·licitud de participació en aquest premi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Autoritzar el CIM perquè comprovi el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social, o aportar els certificats corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Assistir a l'esdeveniment d'entrega i recollir el premi, personalment o de manera delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vuitena. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Revocació i reintegrament del premi. Criteris de gradació dels possibles incompliments&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Pel que fa a la revocació i el reintegrament dels premis, s'ha d'aplicar el que disposa la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i la resta de normativa que hi sigui aplicable. En cas d'incompliment de què estableixen aquestes bases, s'haurà de reintegrar la quantia rebuda mitjançant l'aplicació d'un percentatge de minoració en funció de la naturalesa de l'incompliment. Aquest percentatge s'ha de fixar amb l'informe previ del departament competent en matèria de promoció turística i s'ha de notificar al beneficiari. Les causes de reintegrament i el procediment per a la seva exigència es regeixen pel que estableix l'article 44 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. En el cas que la causa del reintegrament determini la invalidesa de la resolució de concessió, aquesta resolució s'haurà de revisar en els termes establerts en l'article 25 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i en la resta de disposicions aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. En el cas que s'hagin fet uns pagaments anticipats, la persona beneficiària haurà de reintegrar les quantitats rebudes més l'interès de demora comptador des que el pagament es va fer efectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Les quantitats que s'hagin de reintegrar tenen la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i se'ls podrà aplicar la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. L'obligació de reintegrament establerta en aquest article és independent de les sancions que, si escau, siguin exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Novena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Infraccions i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables és el que estableix el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. L'òrgan competent per imposar les sancions que es derivin d'infraccions del que estableixen aquestes bases i de la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions és la Presidència del Consell Insular de Menorca, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 9 de la Llei 8/2000, de 28 d'octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desena. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Altres disposicions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos administratius&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Els acords del Consell Executiu pels quals s'aproven les bases i les convocatòries i es concedeixen o deneguen els ajuts no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són susceptibles d'interposició de recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Normativa general aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
