&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria s'efectua en el marc de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca, aprovada pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en sessió de 23 de desembre de 2016, BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrer de 2017, i modificada pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en sessió 14 de juny de 2018, BOIB núm. 96 de 4 d'agost de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La convocatòria té per objecte regular la concessió de subvencions per finançar projectes d'animació sociocultural duts a terme, de forma presencia o telemàtica, per associacions, federacions d'associacions, fundacions, cooperatives i altres entitats, sense ànim de lucre. El projecte ha de tenir una repercussió i un benefici, de forma clara i directa, d'acord amb les finalitats de la convocatòria, en la comunitat de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Finalitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els projectes que se subvencionin han de fomentar activitats d'interès sociocultural que tinguin com finalitat algunes de les que es descriuen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Dinamitzar la vida cultural, estimular i promoure l'associacionisme, i la participació social en l'àmbit comunitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Promoure la vida sociocultural en el teixit social del barri o del poble.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Impulsar la integració sociocultural dels col·lectius amb necessitats especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Afavorir la interculturalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Persones beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.1 Poden obtenir la condició de persones beneficiàries de les subvencions les associacions, federacions d'associacions, fundacions, cooperatives i altres entitats, sense ànim de lucre, inscrites de forma definitiva en el registre pertinent a la data en què finalitza el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, que tinguin seu social a Mallorca i que compleixin les condicions previstes en l'article 8 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca. A més, és imprescindible que les associacions i federacions d'associacions fomentin les activitats d'animació sociocultural fent ús d'una metodologia dinàmica i participativa, i que les fundacions, cooperatives i altres entitats contemplin, en el seus estatuts, l'animació sociocultural com a finalitat principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.2 No poden obtenir la condició de beneficiàries les persones o les entitats que es trobin en alguna de les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Quan, en elles, concorre alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 8 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Les que tinguin finalitat lucrativa, comercial, mercantil o similar, els col·legis professionals i les associacions professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Les qui no estiguin constituïdes legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Les qui presentin un projecte en el qual no s'expressi de manera clara la connexió que hi ha entre el projecte presentat i l'objecte i les finalitats de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Les beneficiàries de la convocatòria de subvencions per desenvolupar projectes de promoció sociocultural destinats a la gent gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Crèdit pressupostari &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es destina la quantitat de 145.000,00 euros a les subvencions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria que es finançaran amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 00.23180.48903 del pressupost de despeses del Consell de Mallorca per a l'any 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Despeses subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.1 Es consideren despeses subvencionables les despeses que, de manera indubtable, responen a la naturalesa dels projectes subvencionats i s'efectuen durant el període comprés entre l'1 d'octubre de 2020 i el 30 de setembre de 2021 (ambdós inclosos). Així mateix, es considera despesa feta la que ha estat efectivament pagada abans que no acabi el període de justificació establert en el punt catorzè d'aquesta convocatòria, d'acord amb el que s'estableix en l'article 44 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En particular són subvencionables les despeses derivades de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Lloguer d'espais i infraestructures puntuals: sala d'activitats, teatre, cinema, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Contractar personal professional puntual: tallerista, dinamitzador, guia, actor, grup de música o qualsevol professional de l'àmbit sociocultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Lloguer de serveis i equipaments puntuals: atraccions, carpes, grups electrògens, tendals, autocars, equips d'il·luminació i so, cadafals, maquinària, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Difusió i comunicació: impremta, diplomes, banderoles, edició de vídeos i fotografia, publicacions de treballs i d'obres, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Material fungible per a les activitats: material plàstic, aliments no elaborats, begudes no alcohòliques, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En relació a la lletra e), es necessari que es justifiqui la necessitat del material per dur a terme l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No es consideren despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Material de marxandatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Electrodomèstics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Mobiliari fix per la seu de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Material i despeses de funcionament general de l'entitat (secretaria, administració, correspondència, lloguer del local seu de l'entitat, desplaçaments, combustible, sous de treballadors fixes, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Menjar elaborat per regalar i begudes per regalar o alcohòliques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) Trofeus, regals i premis materials o en metàl·lic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Desplaçaments en avió i vaixell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Carburants i quilometratge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.2 Les activitats justificades i la data dels seus justificants han de correspondre al període que compren des del dia 1 d'octubre de 2020 i el 30 de setembre de 2021, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de 15 dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de publicar-se l'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
