&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;APROVAR les bases i la convocatòria del procés selectiu que consistirà en una única fase de concurs de mèrits, per cobrir amb personal laboral temporal, el lloc de treball &lt;/span&gt;d'informador/a turístic/a, per realitzar les tasques d'atenció al turista a la oficina d'informació turística ubicada a Cala Galdana, tal com s'especifica en les bases adjuntes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PUBLICAR aquest resolució en el BOIB, de conformitat amb el contingut de les bases mateixes, per a coneixement general i als efectes que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la constitució d'una borsa de treball, pel procediment de concurs de mèrits, per fer front a les necessitats temporals de personal en la categoria d'Informador Turístic de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les tasques a realitzar són les d'atenció al turista a la oficina d'informació turística ubicada a Cala Galdana, i que es poden resumir en les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atendre l'Oficina de Turisme, facilitant informació dels itineraris d'interès i característiques del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Subministrar material d'interès turístic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vigilar la correcta utilització de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Realitzar un seguiment estadístic de les visites realitzades a l'oficina, segons els formularis i instruccions que se subministrin des dels òrgans administratius de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Elaborar informes d'activitat, a través de les estadístiques, informes de l'estat de les instal·lacions de les Oficines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Altres pròpies del lloc de treball a exercir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. CONDICIONS I REQUISITS QUE HAN DE COMPLIR LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per ser admeses, les persones aspirants han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Requisits Generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, ser ciutadà de la Unió Europea o, en el seu cas, complir els requisits que estableix la legislació d'estrangeria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tenir compliments setze anys i no excedir, en el seu cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol administració pública o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes o les corporacions locals ni trobar-se per sentència judicial ferma en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per llocs o càrrecs públics. En el cas de no disposar de nacionalitat espanyola, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No patir cap malaltia o discapacitat física o psíquica que impedeixi el desenvolupament normal de les funcions corresponents al lloc de feina que s'ha d'ocupar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Requisits Específics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estar en possessió de Educació Secundaria Obligatòria o equivalent homologable quan hagi estat cursat en un altre estat membre de la UE. En cas de títol estranger obtingut en un estat no membre de la UE, haurà d'estar homologat o reconegut a Espanya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Domini del castellà com a llengua pròpia. En cas de persones estrangeres s'hauran d'acreditar coneixements de la llengua castellana nivell B2 o equivalent, d'acord a la classificació del Marc Europeu Comú de Referència (MECR).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tenir el certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana nivell B2 o equivalent, d'acord a la classificació del Marc Europeu Comú de Referència (MECR).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tenir el certificat de coneixements de llengua anglesa nivell B2 o equivalent, d'acord a la classificació del Marc Europeu Comú de Referència (MECR).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estar en possessió del nivell A2 d'un segon idioma estranger (alemany, francès o italià)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquests requisits hauran de posseir-se com data límit l'últim dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies, i mantenir-se al moment de la formalització del contracte laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. PERSONES AMB DISCAPACITAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones amb discapacitat amb un grau igual o superior al 33% poden fer constar aquesta condició en el moment de presentació de la sol·licitud aportant un certificat de l'autoritat competent que acrediti el grau de discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta condició es tindrà en compte en cas d'empat entre dos o mes persones aspirants en la puntuació final de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. SISTEMA DE SELECCIÓ I BAREM DE MÈRITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El sistema de selecció de les persones aspirants és el concurs de mèrits. La puntuació s'assignarà a cada aspirant d'acord amb el següent barem que inclou tres àrees: experiència professional, formació i coneixements de llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A) Experiència professional ( puntuació màxima 20 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Experiència com a informador/a turístic/a en l'àmbit de l'Administració Pública: 0,50 punts per cada mes treballat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Experiència com a informador/a turístic/a en l'àmbit de l'empresa privada: 0,30 punts per cada mes treballat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;B) Formació ( puntuació màxima 10 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Formació reglada que tengui relació directa amb el Sector del Turisme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Grau, diplomatura o llicenciatura: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Màster o post grau: 3 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cursos de formació que tinguin relació directa amb el lloc de feina:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Amb certificat d'aprofitament: 0,10 punts per cada 10 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;-Amb certificat d'assistència: 0,20 punts per cada 10 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Altres accions formatives relacionades amb el lloc de feina (seminaris, congressos, jornades o similar) : 0,10 punts per certificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Només es tindran en compte els cursos i accions formatives realitzades amb posterioritat a l'any 2001&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;C) Coneixement de llengües (puntuació màxima 20 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Llengua catalana: Màxim 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell C1: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell C2: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell LA: 0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Llengua anglesa: Màxim 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell C1: 1,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell C2: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Llengua alemanya: Màxim 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell Bàsic (A2): 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell Intermedi (B1): 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell Avançat (B2): 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell C1: 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les sol·licituds per a participar en el procediment selectiu s'han de formular mitjançant el model adjunt com Annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Amb la presentació de l'Annex I emplenat, s'haurà d'acompanyar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. LLOC, FORMA I TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les sol·licituds i els documents annexos requerits en la convocatòria, s'hauran de presentar a l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, situat al C/ Sant Bartomeu 55 en horari d'atenció al públic (de 9:00h a 14:00h).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;També es poden presentar en el Registre Electrònic General d'aquest Ajuntament (carpeta ciutadana) o en algun dels llocs previstos en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds serà de &lt;strong&gt;deu dies hàbils &lt;/strong&gt;comptats des de l'endemà de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els òrgans de selecció seran col·legiats i la seva composició haurà d'ajustar-se als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres, i es tendirà, així mateix, a la paritat entre dona i home.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El personal d'elecció o de designació política, els funcionaris interins i el personal eventual no podran formar part dels òrgans de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar-se aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del Tribunal serà de conformitat amb els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'Alcaldia dictarà resolució&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt; declarant aprovada la llista de persones admeses i excloses, i en la qual es determinaran els membres del Tribunal. Aquesta llista, que contindrà les causes d'exclusió, es farà pública en la pàgina web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els sol·licitants exclosos podran presentar al·legacions din el termini de tres (3) dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU PER A LA CONSTITUCIÓ DE LA BORSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un cop resoltes les al·legacions eventualment presentades, es procedirà a la valoració dels mèrits de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Amb la valoració total elaborarà la llista amb ordre decreixent de puntuació de tots els aspirants i s'assignarà a cadascun el número d'ordre corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas d'empat, tindrà preferència l'aspirant que hagi acreditat un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%. De no existir cap aspirant amb discapacitat tindrà preferència el que hagi obtingut major puntuació en l'apartat d'experiència professional. En cas de persistir igualment l'empat, tindrà preferència el que hagi obtingut més puntuació en l'apartat de formació directament relacionada amb el lloc de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Posteriorment es constituirà una borsa d'informador turístic amb caràcter de laboral temporal amb les persones que hagin superat el procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10. PUBLICACIÓ DE LA BORSA AMB LA LLISTA DE PERSONES INCLOSES I LA SEVA PUNTUACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un cop finalitzar el procés anterior, es publicarà a la pàgina web municipal la constitució de la borsa definitiva amb la numeració de les persones per ordre decreixent de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dins el termini màxim de tres dies hàbils a partir del següent de la data de publicació de la borsa, els aspirants podran presentar al·legacions, que seran resoltes pel tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;11. NORMES DE FUNCIONAMENT DE LA BORSA D'INFORMADOR TURÍSTIC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vigència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La vigència de la borsa tindrà una durada de tres anys. Aquest termini podrà ser inferior en cas que es convoqui una nova borsa d'informadors turístics, que substituirà a aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ordre de crida: Per cobrir una vacant temporal, l'Ajuntament cridarà els membres de la borsa seguint l'ordre de la mateixa .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Seguint l'ordre previst es contactarà amb les persones en borsa a través de telèfon com a màxim dos cops. Les persones aspirants comptaran amb un termini de 48 hores per acceptar o rebutjar l'oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Quan s'ofereixi una oferta de treball a una persona de la bora i aquesta no respongui o no l'accepti, la seva situació serà la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Si es tracta de la primera renuncia a una oferta de treball, mantindrà la mateixa posició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Si es tracta de la segona renuncia, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;-Si es tracta de la tercera renuncia, quedarà exclosa de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Suspensió temporal de la llista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones que formin part de la borsa poden sol·licitar la suspensió temporal per qualsevol de les causes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Incapacitat temporal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Llicència per maternitat o paternitat. En el cas de la mare, també es pot demanar la suspensió de la llista entre el període comprés entre el setè mes de l'embaràs i el moment del part.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Matrimoni propi o regularització de la situació de la parella de fet si ha tingut lloc dintre dels 20 dies naturals anteriors a l'oferiment d'un lloc de treball o s'ha de produir dins els 20 dies naturals següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les circumstàncies esmentades només donen lloc a la suspensió quan ho sol·licita la persona interessada mitjançant sol·licitud de suspensió i documentació acreditativa corresponent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Causes d'exclusió de la borsa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- La falsedat en la informació aportada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- La pèrdua dels requisits necessaris per cobrir el lloc de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
