    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per unanimitat dels membres assistents, s'aprova la urgència d'aquest assumpte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Executiu de 12 de febrer de 2018, aprovà la modificació de l'oferta pública d'ocupació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del Consell Insular de Menorca per a l'any 2017 (BOIB núm. 25 de 24 de febrer de 2018), acord modificat p&lt;/span&gt;el Decret de Presidència núm.2018/638 de 30 de juliol de 2018 (BOIB núm.95 de 2 d'agost de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant Decret de Presidència núm. 2018/638, de data 30 de juliol de 2018, es van aprovar les Bases generals del concurs oposició per a l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca 2016-2017 (BOIB núm. 95 de data 2 d'agost de 2018), acord modificat pel Consell Executiu de 8 de març de 2021 (BOIB núm. 42 de 27 de març de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'accés a la funció pública es regeix pel que estableixen el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic i per la Llei de Funció Pública, per Llei 3/2007, de 22 de febrer, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i la resta de normativa d'aplicació general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vist el que disposen la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès l'informe emès per la cap del Servei de Gestió de Persones de data 16 d'octubre de 2018;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesa la proposta de la consellera executiva del Departament de Serveis Generals,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell executiu, per unanimitat i en votació ordinària, adopta l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar les bases específiques i convocar el procés de selecció de provisió de places de la plantilla del Consell Insular de Menorca de fisioterapeuta i Tae (arqueòleg), de conformitat amb el contingut de la modificació de les bases generals de l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca 2017 (BOIB núm. 42 de 27 de març de 2021), excepte en el punt 2.1.1., l'apartat &lt;em&gt;d), &lt;/em&gt;que s'ha de regir pel Reglament d'ús de la llengua catalana al CIM, i específiques que consten en l'annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenar la publicació de les esmentades bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qual cosa es publica per a públic coneixement i tengui els efectes que corresponguin, al mateix temps que es fa saber que contra l'acord precedent, que no esgota la via administrativa, es pot interposar, en el termini d'un mes a partir de l'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquest acord, recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular, sens perjudici que pugueu utilitzar qualsevol altre recurs que considereu procedent en dret. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat si no s'ha notificat la resolució quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte de les bases específiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és cobrir dues places vacants de fisioterapeuta del Consell Insular de Menorca de l'Oferta pública de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'entén per places vacants, tant aquelles no cobertes temporalment, com les places cobertes temporalment per funcionaris interins, laborals temporals o laborals indefinides no fixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les dues places que ara es convoquen, corresponen al torn lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els temaris específics que han de regir aquesta convocatòria són els que s'estableixen en &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'Annex I d'aques&lt;/span&gt;t document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per la modificació de les Bases &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;generals que han de regir els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari previstes en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca (BOIB núm 42, de 27 de març de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al llarg del procés selectiu, es publicarà a la web de les oposicions del Consell Insular de Menorca www.oposicions.cime.es tota la informació relacionada amb els diferents aspectes del desenvolupament d'aquest procés. A aquesta web, l'aspirant hi podrà accedir també a partir de la pàgina oficial del Consell Insular de Menorca: www.cime.es/portal.aspx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A través d'aquest portal podeu accedir al formulari d'inscripció i les instruccions corresponents. També es podrà accedir a la instància per presentar en paper.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquelles persones que per motiu de violència de gènere necessitin protegir la seva identitat pública, hauran d'indicar en la sol·licitud l'anomització de les seves dades, presentant en el moment de la inscripció la documentació que estableix l'article 23 de la Llei Orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de Mesures de Protecció Integral contra la Violència de Gènere, modificada pel Real Decret-llei 9/2018, de 3 d'agost, de mesures urgents per al desenvolupament del Pacte d'Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Drets d'examen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'aspirant podrà abonar els drets d'examen a través de banca electrònica, físicament a qualsevol entitat en el següent compte bancari: 20383498916400000712 (Bankia) o bé al Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà de Maó o Ciutadella. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si el pagament no és a través de banca electrònica, l'aspirant haurà d'adjuntar el resguard del pagament a la inscripció del procés selectiu. Per això, l'haurà d'escanejar i adjuntar en el camp específicament destinat a aquesta finalitat (apartat 5. Documentació). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Altres mèrits al·legats &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En referència a l'apartat cinquè de l'Annex I de les Bases Generals, en el qual es deixava oberta la valoració d'altres mèrits al·legats amb la suma de fins a 1 punt com a màxim, no s'estableixen mèrits específics per la qual cosa aquest punt s'acumularà als de formació que passaran a distribuir 8 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Calendari previst&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La primera prova d'oposició està prevista pel mes d'octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Nomenament del personal de nou ingrés.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els nomenaments del personal seleccionat en aquestes ofertes públiques, es farà en règim funcionarial independentment de que el personal que les pugui ocupar temporalment estiguin en aquest moment contractats en règim laboral. Aquesta funcionarització de places té el seu fonament en la potestat d'autoorganització de les administracions i en l'article 70.3 del TREBEP estableix que les ofertes públiques poden contenir mesures derivades de la planificació de recursos humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El cessament del personal que ocupa temporalment les places de forma interina, temporal o com a personal indefinit no fix, en aplicació de l'article 18 de l'Acord Marc que regeix les relacions entre el Consell Insular de Menorca i el seu personal funcionari, es produirà per ordre invers al de l'antiguitat a la plaça objecte de les OPO. Cal dir que s'exceptuaran d'aquest ordre les places que estiguin cobertes interinament o temporalment per cobrir situacions especials dels seus titulars (Comissió de Serveis, Serveis Especials, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les places vacants de fisioterapeuta, objecte d'aquest concurs oposició són de tipus Funcionari, del Grup A, subgrup A2, d'acord l'article 76 de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic del Treballador Públic, independentment de la tipologia originària de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Ordre de prelació i adjudicació de places de les persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La relació d'aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició, quedarà determinada per la puntuació obtinguda en el conjunt dels exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de l'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'ordre de prelació final de les persones aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició vindrà determinat per la suma de tots els barems inclosos en les Bases Generals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquelles persones que per motiu de violència de gènere necessitin protegir la seva identitat pública, hauran d'indicar en la sol·licitud l'anomització de les seves dades, presentant en el moment de la inscripció la documentació que estableix l'article 23 de la Llei Orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de Mesures de Protecció Integral contra la Violència de Gènere, modificada pel Real Decret-llei 9/2018, de 3 d'agost, de mesures urgents per al desenvolupament del Pacte d'Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Drets d'examen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'aspirant podrà abonar els drets d'examen a través de banca electrònica, físicament a qualsevol entitat en el següent compte bancari: 20383498916400000712 (Bankia) o bé al Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà de Maó o Ciutadella. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'haurà d'aportat el permís de l'excavació i certificat o document acreditatiu del nomenament com director o assistent. En el cas dels controls en obres, s'haurà d'aportar la documentació acreditativa de les obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Calendari previst&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La primera prova d'oposició està prevista pel mes d'octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els nomenaments del personal seleccionat en aquestes ofertes públiques, es farà en règim funcionarial independentment de que el personal que les pugui ocupar temporalment estiguin en aquest moment contractats en règim laboral. Aquesta funcionarització de places té el seu fonament en la potestat d'autoorganització de les administracions i en l'article 70.3 del TREBEP estableix que les ofertes públiques poden contenir mesures derivades de la planificació de recursos humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El cessament del personal que ocupa temporalment les places de forma interina, temporal o com a personal indefinit no fix, en aplicació de l'article 18 de l'Acord Marc que regeix les relacions entre el Consell Insular de Menorca i el seu personal funcionari, es produirà per ordre invers al de l'antiguitat a la plaça objecte de les OPO. Cal dir que s'exceptuaran d'aquest ordre les places que estiguin cobertes interinament o temporalment per cobrir situacions especials dels seus titulars (Comissió de Serveis, Serveis Especials, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La plaça vacant de tae (arqueòleg), objecte d'aquest concurs oposició són de tipus Funcionari, del Grup A, subgrup A1, d'acord l'article 76 de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic del Treballador Públic, independentment de la tipologia originària de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La relació d'aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició, quedarà determinada per la puntuació obtinguda en el conjunt dels exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de l'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Subgrup A2: 90 preguntes, amb un temps de 108 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grup C. Subgrup C1: 70 preguntes, amb un temps de 105 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grup C. Subgrup C2: 50 preguntes, amb un temps de 75 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grup AP: 30 preguntes, amb un temps de 60 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Prova pràctica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prova pràctica té un valor de 18 punts. Per superar aquesta fase d'oposició fa falta una puntuació mínima de 9 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grup A i C1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prova pràctica consistirà en la resolució de dos casos pràctics referits al contingut del temari específic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer cas pràctic: el tribunal proposarà un supòsit pràctic sobre el qual hi haurà un qüestionari de 25 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives, amb una única resposta correcta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada pregunta valdrà un punt. Les preguntes que els aspirants no hagin contestat o en què hagin marcat més d'una resposta no es tindran en compte, per la qual cosa no restaran puntuació, mentre que les respostes errònies es valoraran de manera negativa. Per cada resposta errònia es descomptarà una quarta part del valor d'una resposta encertada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El resultat del qüestionari es ponderarà a un valor de 9 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segon cas pràctic: el tribunal proposarà un supòsit pràctic amb tres propostes de resolució alternatives. Cal indicar la proposta correcta i raonar en un màxim d'un full la motivació de l'elecció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El resultat del qüestionari es ponderarà a un valor de 9 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prova pràctica consistirà en la resolució de dos casos pràctics referits al contingut del temari específic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer cas pràctic: el tribunal proposarà un supòsit pràctic, sobre el qual hi haurà un qüestionari de 15 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives, amb una única resposta correcta. Cada pregunta valdrà un punt. Les preguntes que els aspirants no hagin contestat o en què hagin marcat més d'una resposta no es tindran en compte, per la qual cosa no restaran puntuació, mentre que les respostes errònies es valoraran de manera negativa. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prova pràctica consistirà en la resolució de dos casos pràctics referits al contingut del temari específic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer cas pràctic: el tribunal proposarà un supòsit pràctic, sobre el qual hi haurà un qüestionari de 15 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives, amb una única resposta correcta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segon cas pràctic: el tribunal proposarà un supòsit pràctic d'informàtica amb 15 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives, amb una única resposta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ambdós casos pràctics, cada pregunta valdrà un punt. Les preguntes que els aspirants no hagin contestat o en què hagin marcat més d'una resposta no es tindran en compte, per la qual cosa no restaran puntuació, mentre que les respostes errònies es valoraran de manera negativa. Per cada resposta errònia es descomptarà una quarta part del valor d'una resposta encertada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El resultat de cadascun dels qüestionaris es ponderarà a un valor de 9 punts, amb una suma total de 18 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Temps: 60 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grup AP &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prova pràctica consistirà en la resolució d'un cas pràctic referit al contingut del temari específic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tribunal proposarà un supòsit pràctic, sobre el qual hi haurà un qüestionari de 30 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives, amb una única resposta correcta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Temps: 60 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Disposició de material de consulta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
