&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant la Resolució de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 29 d'abril de 2021 es van convocar les proves de setembre de 2021 per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 57, d'1 de maig). Els membres, titulars i suplents, de cada tribunal figuren en l'annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El dia 18 de maig de 2021, la cap del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català va emetre un informe justificatiu sobre la modificació de la composició del Tribunal del nivell A2 de les proves de coneixements convocades. A conseqüència d'un error material detectat (aparició d'un mateix membre del Tribunal com a vocal segon titular i com a vocal tercer suplent), és necessari modificar la composició del Tribunal esmentat. També és necessari modificar la composició del Tribunal de llenguatge administratiu, atès que hi ha un membre que no compleix els requisits exigits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Decret 21/2019, de 15 de març, d'avaluació i certificació de coneixements de llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 15 de març).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrer).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar la composició del Tribunal dels nivell A2&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de les proves de llengua catalana de la convocatòria de setembre de 2021 que figura en l'annex 2 de la Resolució de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 29 d'abril de 2021 per la qual es convoquen les proves de setembre de 2021 per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana. La composició és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interposar un recurs de reposició davant la directora general de Política Lingüística en el termini &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
