&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Productors del sector agroalimentari de Mallorca amb establiment de venda obert al públic domiciliat a Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cooperatives agràries inscrites en el Registre de Cooperatives de les Illes Balears amb establiment de venda obert al públic domiciliat a Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aquelles que gestionin un establiment de venda al públic basat en economia social i solidària, que li resulti d'aplicació els principis de la llei 5/2011, de 29 de març, d'economia social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A més, han de reunir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Complir amb els requisits de l'article 8 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca per obtenir la condició de beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Que l'establiment o cooperativa tingui el domicili fiscal a Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tenir la consideració de petita i mitjana empresa, segons la Recomanació de la Comissió Europea 2003/361/CE, de 6 de maig, sobre la definició de microempreses, petites i mitjanes empreses, DOUE de 20 de maig de 2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segon. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la compra, elaboració i distribució de productes que composaran els “lots de productes de Mallorca”.&amp;nbsp; Els beneficiaris lliuraran aquests lots als clients finals que facin una despesa mínima mitjançant un sistema de bons, per tal de reactivar l'economia dels productors, cooperatives agràries i demés entitats de l'economia social i solidaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El contingut dels lots de productes a subvencionar serà obligatòriament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Una greixonera de test artesana d'un diàmetre entre 25 i 30 cm. (valor 12,50 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Una botella de vi de la IGP “Vi de la Terra” de 75 cl. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les bases reguladores de la present convocatòria són les establertes en l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca, aprovada per Acord del Ple de 23 de desembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18.02.2017), modificada per Acord del Ple de 14 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 04.08.2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quart. Quantia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El pressupost de despeses del Consell de Mallorca del 2021 ha assignat un import total &amp;nbsp;d'1.000.000,00 € a les subvencions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, amb càrrec a les següents aplicacions&amp;nbsp; pressupostàries següents, atenent a la finalitat i ànim de lucre del beneficiari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds és de 25 dies naturals des del dia següent de la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de dirigir al Departament de Promoció Econòmica i Desenvolupament Local i s'han&amp;nbsp; de presentar exclusivament per via telemàtica a través de la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o https://ajutsmallorca.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El període subvencionable serà els mesos que duri la campanya de foment de compra de productes de Mallorca:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tres mesos comptadors a partir dels 15 dies naturals de la publicació de la concessió de les subvencions en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentació justificativa de l'activitat subvencionada es presentarà d'una vegada, per import total de l'activitat subvencionada i desenvolupada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de la documentació justificativa finalitza als dos mesos de concloure la campanya compra productes de Mallorca 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El model normalitzat de sol·licitud i la documentació que s'hi ha d'acompanyar, es troba disponible igualment a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
