&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisits &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar matriculat en un curs postobligatori (batxiller, cicle formatiu, universitari, estudis de règim especial i/o estudis que condueixin a l'obtenció d'un títol oficial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar empadronat al municipi d'Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar al corrent de les obligacions fiscals amb aquest Ajuntament, i no ser-hi deutors per qualsevol altre concepte tributari. De no ser així, tendran 10 dies hàbils per resoldre la deficiència detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El simple fet de presentar la sol·licitud de les beques 2020/2021 suposa acceptar-les i en cas de falsedat o omissió total o parcial de la documentació presentada s'incorrerà en responsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- S'estableix la compatibilitat amb altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualsevol Administració o ens públic o privat, nacional, de la Unió Europea o d'organismes internacionals &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sempre i quan la quantia total de tots els ajuts no superi les despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és regular els ajuts que concedeixi l'Ajuntament d'Andratx als estudiants que cursen estudis postobligatoris (batxiller, cicle formatiu, estudis universitaris, estudis de règim especial i/o estudis que condueixin a un títol oficial) durant el curs 2020/2021 amb independència del centre en el que estiguin matriculats per tal de sufragar les despeses consistents en escolarització, llibres, allotjament, material escolar, activitats de reforç i programes especials d'educació així com les despeses derivades del transport dels alumnes al centre educatiu matriculats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si a l'hora de determinar els ajuts corresponents a les sol·licituds, el crèdit pressupostari no fos suficient per concedir-les totes, es reduirien proporcionalment les quanties resultants fins que no es superi l'import global de la concessió pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de les sol·licituds &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds es podran presentar d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques de les següents formes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;TELEMÀTICAMENT : a través de la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx (https://andratx.sedelectronica.es/) pel seu tràmit específic establert. Per poder dur a terme un registre telemàtic cal disposar d'un certificat electrònic o DNI electrònic o Cl@ve pin. (obligatori per als subjectes obligats a relacionar-se electrònicament amb les administracions per l'article 14.2 i 3 de la llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Illes Balears, i opcional per a les persones físiques)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PRESENCIALMENT (només per a persones físiques): Al Casal de Can Riera de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx obligatòriament amb cita prèvia que pot sol·licitar a www.andratx.cat (de 08:30 a 13:30 de dilluns a divendres) o a qualsevol de les oficines de registre de l'Administració autonòmica, de l'Administració General de l'Estat, de la resta de comunitats autònomes o de les entitats que integren l'Administració local. A més, també podeu enviar la documentació per correu postal (només per a persones físiques). En aquest cas, heu de presentar els documents dins un sobre obert, a fi que el personal de l'oficina de Correus hi pugui indicar, mitjançant el segell oficial, el lloc, la data i l'hora exacta en què s'ha efectuat el registre. Aquestes dades també quedaran anotades en el resguard justificatiu de la presentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Subjectes obligats segons article 14.2 i 14.3 són: les persones jurídiques, entitats sense personalitat jurídica, els qui realitzen una activitat per la que es requereixi col·legiar-se obligatòriament per als tràmits que realitzen amb les Administracions públiques en l'exercici de la seva activitat professional inclosos els notaris i registradors de la propietat i mercantils, els qui representen a un interessat que estigui obligat a relacionar-se electrònicament amb l'Administració i el personal funcionari de les Administracions Públiques pels tràmits i actuacions que realitzin en la seva condició de funcionaris-es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini serà de 20 dies hàbils de l'endemà de la seva publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
