&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'anterior no obstant, i atès que el temari que regirà el procés selectiu s'ha d'ajustar a l'aprovat per la Resolució de la de la directora gerent de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, de 27 d'octubre de 2020, s'ha emès el decret de Batlia núm. 2020-0538, que modifica per error material l'annex II de les bases aprovades pel decret 2021-0491, anteriorment esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per decret de batlia núm. 2021-0274 de data 4 de març de 2021, es va aprovar l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació per l'any 2020 (BOIB núm. 34 d'11 de març de 2021), en la qual s'inclou l'oferta de set places de Policia Local funcionari de carrera, pel sistema d'oposició i torn lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 19 d'abril de 2021 s'emet Decret de Batlia 2021-0491 mitjançant el qual s'aproven les bases que han regir el procés selectiu per cobrir set places de policia local, per oposició, mitjançant el procediment ordinari, i es convoca aquell. Les esmentades bases són publicades al BOIB núm. 53, de 22 d'abril de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que en l'annex II de les bases publicades existeixen inexactituds respecte dels temaris aprovats per resolució de la directora gerent de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, de 27 d'octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
