136116 CAIB 2021-05-01 ca text/html ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de data 31 de març de 2021, es va aprovar el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“<strong>Primer</strong>.- Aprovar la relació de llocs de treball del personal laboral del Patronat Municipal de l'Habitatge i de Rehabilitació Integral de Barris PMHRIBA, que s'adjunta com annex I al present acord, del qual en forma part. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segon</strong>.- Aprovar les funcions genèriques i específiques dels llocs de treball del PMHRIBA, que s'adjunten com annex II al present acord, del qual en formen part. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercer</strong>.- Aprovar l'organigrama del PMHRIBA, que s'adjunta con annex III al present acord, del qual en forma part. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quart</strong>.- Iniciar els tràmits per a la implantació del registre de personal -que es durà a terme a través del programa informàtic de l'Ajuntament de Palma en un termini no superior als 3 mesos- per a què es dugui a terme la consolidació de l'ocupació concreta del personal a cada lloc, amb caràcter provisional o definitiu, una vegada revisada definitivament i validada la documentació dels expedients del personal del Patronat per part de l'Oficina municipal de Registre de Personal. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quint</strong>.- Aprovar el catàleg dels alts càrrecs, que s'adjunta con annex IV al present acord, del qual en forma part.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Sisè</strong>.- Publicar el contingut de l'acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, a la pàgina web del Patronat i al portal de transparència de l'Ajuntament de Palma.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
