    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'instructor de l'expedient, en data 9 de març de 2021, va emetre acord d´obertura de període de prova de 30 dies, relatiu a l´expedient sancionador de turisme PS TUR 21/2020 per la publicitat, contractació o comercialització turística d'habitatge sense haver presentat la corresponent declaració responsable d'inici d'activitat turística que s'estableix en la Llei 8/2012 de 19 de juliol de Turisme de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No havent estat possible la notificació per carta certificada amb avís de rebut a l' interessat que s'esmenta a continuació, i d'acord amb l'article 44 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, es procedeix la publicació d'aquest anunci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
