&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“RESOLUCIÓ DE PRESIDÈNCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;NOMENAMENT REPRESENTANTS A ÒRGANS COL·LEGIATS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;ALEJANDRA FERRER KIRSCHBAUM, PRESIDENTA DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Vist l'ofici emès per la Direcció General de Comerç de la Conselleria de Transició Energètica i Sectors Productius amb Registre d'entrada en aquest Consell Insular núm. 2020/25115, de 18 de novembre, relatiu a la designació del vocals i suplents de la Comissió d'Artesania de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Decret 6/2009, de 6 de febrer, pel qual es modifiquen l'article 2 i l'article 4 del Decret 103/2000, de 7 de juliol, pel qual es regulen la composició i les funcions de la Comissió d'Artesania de les Illes Balears, estableix, en el seu article 2, la composició d'aquest òrgan col·legiat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Entre els vocals, hi ha d'haver el conseller o la consellera delegada de l'àrea que exerceix les competències en matèria d'artesania del Consell Insular de Formentera, i dues persones representants del sector artesà de Formentera, que siguin prioritàriament Mestres artesans o Mestre artesana amb la condició afegida d'empresa artesana amb Document de Qualificació Artesanal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Atesa &lt;strong&gt;l'Estructura organitzativa i competencial del Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;, així com les delegacions de Presidència i del Ple, per al mandat 2019-202, publicat al BOIB núm. 102, de 25 de juliol, on s'inclou en el seu apartat núm. XVI, els nomenaments dels representants del Consell a òrgans col·legiats d'altres administracions i pròpies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Per tot l'anterior, en virtut de les competències que m'atribueix l'article 9.2.x de la Llei 8/2000 de 27 d'octubre de Consells Insulars, i la normativa abans esmentada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;HE RESOLT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- NOMENAR com a membres de la Comissió d'Artesania de les Illes Balears, per part del Consell Insular de Formentera, segons l'establert a l'article 2 del Decret 6/2009, de 6 de febrer, les següents persones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

ANA JUAN TORRES, Consellera d'Habitatge, Comerç i Emprenedoria del Consell de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sra. AMALIA MORA SÁNCHEZ, Cap de servei de la conselleria de Comerç del Consell de Formentera, com a suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- COMUNICAR aquesta Resolució de Presidència als interessats, i a la Direcció General de Comerç del Govern de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- DONAR TRASLLAT d'aquesta Resolució de Presidència, al Ple de la Corporació per a la seva ratificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;QUART&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- PUBLICAR aquesta Resolució de presidència al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB),&amp;nbsp; als efectes adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
