    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'article 78 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, amb la redacció feta per la reforma realitzada per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, disposa que el Consell Econòmic i Social de les Illes Balears (CES) és l'òrgan col·legiat de participació, estudi, deliberació, assessorament i proposta en matèria econòmica i social, i ordena que una llei del Parlament n'ha de regular la composició, la designació dels seus membres, l'organització i les funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En compliment del que disposa l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, es va aprovar la Llei 10/2000, de 30 de novembre, del Consell Econòmic i Social de les Illes Balears, l'article 1 de la qual estableix que té la naturalesa d'òrgan col·legiat de caràcter consultiu, de participació, estudi, deliberació, assessorament i proposta en matèria econòmica i social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'article 5 de la Llei 10/2000, de 30 de novembre, determina que la forma de designació i nomenament dels membres del CES, es realitzarà mitjançant Decret del Consell de Govern de les Illes Balears, després d'haver rebut les propostes i les designacions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En data de 12 de gener de 2021 es va publicar al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, el Decret 1/2021, d'11 de gener, pel qual es nomenen els membres del Consell Econòmic i Social (BOIB núm. 005, de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En data de 31 de març de 2021, l'organització sindical Unió General de Treballadors va presentar un escrit mitjançant el qual modificava la designació dels seus representants en el Consell Econòmic i Social de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;D'acord amb el que preveu l'article 5.4 de la Llei 10/2000, esmentat amb anterioritat, correspon al Consell de Govern de les Illes Balears el nomenament dels nous representants del Consell Econòmic i Social, d'acord amb la designació i proposta prèvia efectuada per les esmentades organitzacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, a proposta del conseller de Model Econòmic, Turisme i Treball i havent-ho considerat el Consell de Govern, en la sessió de 12 d'abril de 2021,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Es deixen sense efectes els nomenaments dels membres titulars i suplents del Consell Econòmic i Social de les Illes Balears efectuats en la lletra b) de l'apartat segon del punt primer, a proposta de l'organització sindical Unió General de Treballadors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;D'acord amb el que preveu l'article 5 de la Llei 10/2000, de 30 de novembre, es nomenen com a membres del Consell Econòmic i Social de les Illes Balears, a proposta de l'organització sindical Unió General de Treballadors, les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Com a titulars:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
