Els llocs de treball normalitzats poden ser traslladats de dependència en funció de les necessitats del servei.</span></span></span></span></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="10" style="vertical-align:top; width:428.15pt"> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="line-height:150%">(6) Els llocs de treball singulars podran ser coberts, o bé per concurs <strong>(CO) </strong>entre empleats públics que compleixin els requisits del lloc de treball i pertanyin a les administracions públiques esmentades a l'apartat “Mobilitat”; o bé pel procediment de lliure designació <strong>(LD)</strong> per part de l'Alcalde,&nbsp; entre empleats públics que compleixin els requisits del lloc de treball i pertanyin a les administracions públiques esmentades a l'apartat “Mobilitat”; però per decisió municipal hauran de ser designacions motivades en els mèrits dels nomenats, així com el cessament haurà de ser motivat en demèrits dels titulars. Els càrrecs reservats a funcionaris d'habilitació estatal <strong>(HE)</strong> es regiran per la seva normativa específica. Mentre no se celebrin els concursos i processos de lliure designació amb concurrència pública l'Alcalde per Decret podrà adscriure provisionalment a funcionaris o personal laboral de l'Ajuntament als diferents llocs de treball.
