    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eugènia en data 24 de març de 2021 va aprovar per unanimitat les bases reguladores de subvencions de desenvolupament i difusió d'obres audiovisuals per a la promoció del poble de Santa Eugènia 2021, així com la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears com a continuació es transcriuen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Bases reguladores subvencions de desenvolupament i difusió d'obres audiovisuals per a la promoció del poble de Santa Eugènia 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Objecte i finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1 L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és convocar subvencions per al desenvolupament i la difusió de productes audiovisuals vinculats a Santa Eugènia ja sigui per l'autoria (guió, direcció, producció), pels continguts de l'obra (que serveixen per donar a conèixer, aprofundir o difondre els valors culturals, històrics, ambientals o patrimonials de Santa Eugènia a través de personatges, paisatges, històries), les localitzacions o qualsevol altre vincle demostrable amb el poble.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2 La finalitat és fomentar la producció audiovisual vinculada al municipi de Santa Eugènia per l'impacte que té com a mitjà de promoció turística i econòmica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3. Seran subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquells projectes desenvolupats i/o produïts entre l‘1 de gener de 2020 i l'31 de desembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Consignació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durant l'exercici pressupostari 2021, es destina la quantitat de 8.000-€ a les subvencions objecte de les presents bases, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària següent: 334 22799.01 Promoció audiovisuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Import màxim subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'import màxim subvencionable serà de 2.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1. Podem ser beneficiaris de les subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Les &lt;em&gt;empreses de producció audiovisual independents &lt;/em&gt;amb residència fiscal a Mallorca i les associacions relacionades amb el sector audiovisual amb residència fiscal a Mallorca, així com les que tinguin residència fiscal fora de Mallorca que estiguin inscrites en un registre d'empreses audiovisuals o cinematogràfiques d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea o associat a l'Espai Econòmic Europeu i amb establiment operatiu a l'Estat espanyol, sempre que en el moment de la sol·licitud de l'ajut tinguin un establiment operatiu a Mallorca, amb un any d'antelació a la data de publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Les persones físiques que estiguin donades d'alta d'una activitat econòmica en epígrafs relacionats amb el sector audiovisual, empadronades a Mallorca, amb un any d'antelació a la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Per a l'apartat 5.3. poden ser beneficiaris les persones físiques sense necessitat d'estar donades d'alta d'activitats econòmiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. Queden expressament exclosos d'aquesta convocatòria els projectes en els quals es dóni qualsevol de les següents circumstàncies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Pel·lícules produïdes directament per operadors de televisió o altres prestadors de serveis de comunicació audiovisual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Les obres finançades íntegrament per Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Les que tinguin un contingut essencialment publicitari, les de propaganda política i els noticiaris cinematogràfics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Les que per contingut puguin ser qualificades de «pel·lícula X».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Les que vulnerin o no respectin la normativa sobre la cessió de drets de la propietat intel·lectual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Les que per sentència ferma fossin declarades en algun extrem constitutives de delicte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Despeses subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es consideraran despeses 100% subvencionables, vinculades sempre a alguna de les tres línies definides anteriorment, les següents despeses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1. Desenvolupament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Planificació del guió literari. Inclou assessorament extern pel guió, contractació d'una persona consultora de guió, argumentista i/o dialoguista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Planificació del guió tècnic. Inclou assessorament extern pel guió, desenvolupament d'storyboard i les plantes d'acció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Escriptura del guió literari i del guió tècnic (escriptura o re-escriptura del guió duta a terme pel mateix guionista o per un nou guionista contractat posteriorment).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Traducció del guió a llengua diferent de les llengües cooficials de Mallorca o viceversa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Determinació de les pautes de treball i d'organització per a dur a terme la producció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;escaleta, pla de rodatge i disponibilitat d'infraestructures&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estudi i recerca de localitzacions (inclou despeses de desplaçaments i allotjament derivats d'scoutings)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Planificació i realització de càsting (inclou despeses de desplaçaments, lloguer d'espais, lloguer d'equip)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Opció o compra sobre la cessió de dret d'obres literàries o artístiques per a la seva adaptació cinematogràfica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Planificació i realització del &lt;em&gt;teaser, &lt;/em&gt;inclosos rodatge i edició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. Produccció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Producció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Contractació de professionals: direcció, tècnics i personal artístic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Contractació d'equipament tècnic per al rodatge i la postproducció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Despeses de viatge per al rodatge: mitjans de transport, hotels o&amp;nbsp; càtering durant la fase de producció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Despeses derivades de la gestió de localitzacions (taxes de permisos públics, lloguers d'espais privats)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. Desenvolupament per a òperes primes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les despeses subvencionables seran les mateixes que al punt 5.1., dedicades a autors/es novells/es, no professionals, estudiants, etc., que presentin el seu primer projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Compatibilitat amb altres ajudes o subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquestes subvencions són compatibles amb altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat sempre que l'import no sigui d'una quantia que, aïlladament o conjuntament amb les altres, superi el cost de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Termini i lloc de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termini per presentar la sol·licitud i tota la documentació annexa és de 10 dies hàbils a comptar a partir de l'endemà a la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Presentació de sol·licituds. Termini, lloc i forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds serà de 10 dies hàbils des del dia següent a la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB.&amp;nbsp; En el cas de que el darrer dia sigui inhàbil, el termini s'entendrà ampliat fins el dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Les sol·licituds s'han de formular mitjançant instància, s'han de dirigir al Sr. Batle-President de l'Ajuntament&amp;nbsp; i s'han de presentar en el Registre General de l' Ajuntament de Santa Eugènia&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; o bé a qualsevol dels llocs assenyalats en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Publiques. En tant les sol·licituds es presentin per part de persones jurídiques o entitats sense personalitat jurídica les instàncies s'hauran de presentar a través de mitjans electrònics d'acord amb l'article 14.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Publiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Les sol·licituds es formularan d'acord amb el model instància (ANNEX I). Juntament amb la sol·licitud, que anirà signada pel legal representat de l'entitat, s'ha de presentar la següent documentació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a.Fotocòpia del NIF de l'entitat sol·licitant i fotocòpia del DNI/NIE/Passaport de la persona que signa la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b.Documentació acreditativa de la representació en virtut de la qual actua la persona que signa la sol·licitud. S'ha d'acreditar el nomenament i la vigència del càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c.Fotocòpia dels Estatuts o Acta Fundacional inscrits en el Registre Oficial Corresponent. No serà necessari presentar aquest document&amp;nbsp; si l'entitat sol·licitant ho ha acreditat en anteriors convocatòries de subvencions i ajudes econòmiques de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eugènia i no s'ha produït cap modificació des de llavors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d.Projecte explicatiu de les activitats o actuacions per a les quals se sol·licita l'ajuda econòmica. Entre d'altres aspectes, hi han de constar, els objectius perseguits, el col·lectiu al qual van dirigit, el pressupost (on s'indicaran les despeses i els ingressos), els mitjans humans i els materials necessaris per dur-ho a terme, les dates de realització, les persones responsables de la seva execució, les formes de col·laboració previstes en el finançament i les mesures de difusió adoptades que, com a mínim, han de consistir amb la inclusió del nom i de la imatge corporativa de l'Ajuntament com entitat que subvenciona l'esdeveniment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si escau, en el pressupost s'haurà de desglossar la part corresponent a imposts. (ANNEX III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas de que a la data de sol·licitud ja s'hagi realitzat el projecte pel qual es sol·licita la subvenció, s'adjuntarà una memòria descriptiva de les actuacions realitzades. En ella hi han de constar, en la mesura en que sigui possible, els aspectes indicats en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e.Certificat bancari que acrediti el compte corrent o la llibreta en què s'ha d'ingressar l'import de la subvenció. (ANNEX V). No serà necessari presentar aquest certificat bancari si l'entitat sol·licitant ho ha acreditat en anteriors convocatòries de subvencions i ajudes econòmiques de l'Ajuntament i no s'ha produït cap modificació des de llavors. Declaració què l'entitat sol·licitant no rep cap més ajuda pel mateix concepte, o l'import de l'ajuda rebuda o sol·licitada amb relació al total i declaració responsable davant autoritat administrativa de no incórrer en cap de les prohibicions establertes a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions (ANNEX II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f.Declaració responsable de trobar-se al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries davant la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, davant l'Agència Tributària i davant aquest Ajuntament (ANNEX II). La presentació de la sol·licitud de la subvenció implicarà, excepte que expressament es manifesti el contrari, l'autorització del sol·licitant per a que l'òrgan atorgant obtingui de forma directa l'acreditació del compliment d'aquestes obligacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g.Memòria detallada del projecte que inclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els objectius. Tipus de projecte, el públic objectiu, la durada i les dates de rodatge. Els propòsits creatius i comunicatius de l'autor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Condicions &amp;nbsp;en &amp;nbsp;què &amp;nbsp;apareix &amp;nbsp;el municipi de Santa Eugènia &amp;nbsp;a &amp;nbsp;l'obra &amp;nbsp;(autoria, &amp;nbsp;argument, &amp;nbsp;nom, localitzacions, patrimoni, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Currículum del director/a, realitzador/a, creador/a i/o guionista (es recomana acompanyar una obra o mostra d'altres treballs realitzats).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Trajectòria de la productora. En cas d'empreses de nova creació es té en compte l'historial de la persona que realitza la producció executiva. En aquesta convocatòria, s'entén per empresa productora de nova creació la que hagi estat constituïda en els quatre anys anteriors al de concessió de la subvenció, exclòs l'any de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas que es tracti d'una coproducció, contracte o coproducció corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de d'ajut per la fase de desenvolupament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sinopsi, tractament o guió literari, descripció de personatges, mostra del guió tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Pla de treball en què constin les dates i etapes previstes per a la pre-producció i producció. Relació de l'equip tècnic i artístic, amb les dades curriculars que es creguin oportunes. Relació i import de les despeses previstes en aquesta fase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Pla de finançament de la producció audiovisual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de guions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Si qui presenta la sol·licitud és qui ha escrit el guió, ha d'adjuntar el justificant d'haver satisfet els drets de propietat del guió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Si qui presenta la sol·licitud és una productora, agència, direcció, etc. (qualsevol persona diferent a l'autoria), a més d'adjuntar el justificant dels drets de propietat del guió, haurà de presentar l'acreditació del pagament efectiu del guió del projecte presentat a la convocatòria d'ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de d'ajut per la fase de producció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Pla de producció/rodatge&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Guió tècnic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Càsting&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Llistat definitiu de localitzacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Relació i import de les despeses previstes en aquesta fase&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. D'acord amb l'establert en l'article 28.3 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Publiques, en el cas que la documentació exigida ja estigui en poder de l'Ajuntament, la persona aspirant, sempre que no hagin transcorregut més de cinc anys des de la finalització del procediment de que formin part, podrà fer ús del seu dret a no presentar-la, fent constar la data, el procediment i l'òrgan o dependència en que varen ser presentats o emesos. En els supòsits d'impossibilitat material d'obtenir el document, l'òrgan competent podrà requerir al sol·licitant la seva presentació, o, en defecte d'això, l'acreditació per altres mitjans dels requisits al fet que es refereix el document, amb anterioritat a la formulació de la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Si la sol·licitud no reuneix els requisits establerts en la convocatòria, es requerirà a la persona interessada perquè en el termini màxim de 10 dies naturals esmeni les deficiències, advertint-la que si no ho fa se la tindrà per desistida de la seva petició, prèvia resolució que es dictarà en els termes previstos en l'article en l'article 21 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Publiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Qualsevol dels òrgans que intervenen en el procediment de concessió podrà, en qualsevol moment del procés, sol·licitar&amp;nbsp; a l'interessat la informació complementària, les dades i les acreditacions que estimi necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Procediment de concessió. inici, instrucció i resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El procediment de concessió de la subvenció l'iniciarà JGL, amb l' aprovació de les Bases Específiques. La convocatòria serà publicada en la Base Nacional de Subvencions, en el BOIB i a la pàgina web d'aquest Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'òrgan instructor del procediment de concessió correspon a la Regidoria de Cultura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una Comissió Avaluadora es reunirà per examinar si els beneficiaris compleixen tots els requisits necessaris per accedir a les subvencions i avaluar les sol·licituds conforme als criteris de valoració establerts en aquestes Bases. De tot l'actuat en aquesta reunió, s'aixecarà acta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comissió Avaluadora estarà integrada pels següents membres: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sr. José Luís Urraca Martin, Batle de l'Ajuntament que actuarà com a President de la Comissió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sra. Maria Magdalena Guàrdia Crespí, que actuarà com a Secretària de la Comissió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sr. Cristina Ballester Parets, Vocal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Un representant del grup municipal de l'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sr. Raimundo Tomás Montis Sastre, que actuarà com a Secretari o regidor/a de l'oposició en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, a la vista de l'expedient i de l'acta de la reunió de la Comissió, formularà proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que es publicarà a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament, obrint-se un termini de deu dies per presentar al·legacions. L'instructor incorporarà a l'expedient una diligència signada per la persona responsable en que consti lloc i data de publicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pel que fa a la presentació d'al·legacions s'estarà a l'establert per la presentació de sol·licituds. Si no es presenten al·legacions dins del termini concedit, la proposta de resolució formulada tindrà el caràcter de definitiva. En altre cas, una vegada examinades les al·legacions presentades pels interessats, l'òrgan instructor formularà proposta de resolució definitiva, que haurà d'expressar: el sol·licitant o la relació de sol·licitants pels que es proposa la concessió de la subvenció, la seva quantia, especificant la seva avaluació i els criteris de valoració seguits per efectuar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La proposta de resolució definitiva es publicarà a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament atorgant als beneficiaris un termini de 10 dies perquè comuniquin la seva acceptació. S'entendrà acceptada si dins d'aquest termini no s'expressa el contrari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La competència per resoldre el procediment i concedir la subvenció s'atribueix a la Junta de Govern Local, que dictarà aquesta resolució un cop dictada la proposta de resolució definitiva i emès informe de fiscalització pel secretari interventor.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolució es notificarà a tots els sol·licitants i es publicarà a la pàgina web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Criteris que han de regir l'atorgament i quantia de les subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La concessió de les subvencions d'aquestes bases es regeix pels principis de publicitat, concurrència, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Amb la finalitat d'establir la puntuació de les sol·licituds presentades, els criteris de valoració per resoldre la convocatòria seran els següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Currículum i professionalització del director/a, guionista i/o productor/a: fins a 20 punts, distribuïts com segueix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Obres anteriors, fins a 10 punts (s'entén com a obra anterior qualsevol peça de ficció acabada)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Llargmetratge o sèrie sencera: 3 punts per obra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Episodi d'una sèrie: 2 punts per episodi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Curtmetratge o videoclip: 1 punt per curtmetratge o videoclip&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditació de la realització d'estudis relacionats amb la matèria objecte de la convocatòria (audiovisual) fins a 10 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 4 punts per a cada titulació d'entre les següents: diplomatura, llicenciatura, grau, doctorat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 3 punts per a cada titulació d'entre les següents: màster oficial, postgrau oficial, curs oficial de 200 hores o més&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 2 punts per cada curs, taller o formació de 50 hores o més&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 1 punt per cada curs, taller o formació de menys de 50 hores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Contribució a la internacionalització de Santa Eugènia, fins a 50 punts: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Repercussió d'obres anteriors realitzades pel director/a, guionista i/o productor/a, fins a 10 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Obra premiada en l'àmbit local/nacional: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mencions especials de jurats internacionals: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Obra finalista o premiada en l'àmbit internacional: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Mobilitat sostenible: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contractació d'un servei de restauració local proper als voltants de la localització, compra de productes &amp;nbsp;locals &amp;nbsp;i &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;temporada, &amp;nbsp;reducció &amp;nbsp;del &amp;nbsp;consum &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;carn, &amp;nbsp;vaixella &amp;nbsp;i &amp;nbsp;coberts biodegradable o reutilitzable, evitant l'ús de recursos d'usar i llençar, promou del consum de cafè procedent de comerç just.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Materials: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Evitar la compra de materials o elements de rodatge, fomentant el lloguer dels mateixos, seleccionar productes amb certificats de responsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Redueix l'ús de el paper i les impressions. Si és imprescindible el seu ús, promou el paper certificat ecològic o reciclat i tintes d'impressió vegetal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Localització responsable: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Seleccionar localitzacions intentant que tinguin proximitat, informació prèvia sobre les característiques i normatives ambientals de les localitzacions, consideració dels efectes ambientals que pugui implicar la producció en les àrees seleccionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Comunicar en verd: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Defineix de mesures comunicatives: cartells informatius, memoràndums ambientals, anuncis en call sheets i llistes de verificació d'accions sostenibles, publicitat a l'experiència i als resultats ambientals obtinguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Seguiment mediambiental: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definir funcions en matèria de sostenibilitat en l'equip de treball o contractar un Green Runner o Eco Advisor per dur a terme el seguiment ambiental de la producció, dissenyar un pla de seguiment ambiental que inclogui llistes de revisió mèdica, un sistema d'indicadors d'avaluació o el càlcul de la petjada de carboni (si es tracta d'un espai natural protegit, coordinar aquestes accions amb el seu òrgan gestor), compensa les emissions produïdes directament o mitjançant associacions, fundacions o empreses locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contribució a la igualtat de gènere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que &amp;nbsp;l'autoria &amp;nbsp;del &amp;nbsp;guió &amp;nbsp;o &amp;nbsp;la &amp;nbsp;tasca &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;direcció &amp;nbsp;o &amp;nbsp;producció &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;la &amp;nbsp;pel·lícula &amp;nbsp;sigui íntegrament femenina: 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que l'autoria del guió o la tasca de direcció o producció de la pel·lícula sigui fruit de co-participació femenina/masculina (a un 50%): 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El contingut de la peça inclou la integració de la perspectiva de gènere: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participació d'un 50% o més de dones als equips de direcció o producció: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La puntuacio màxima total és de 100 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Quedaran automàticament exclosos del procediment els sol·licitants que no obtinguin una puntuació mínima de 50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.. En cas que l'import consignat a l'aplicació pressupostària amb càrrec a la qual s'ha d'abonar a subvenció sigui suficient, s'adjudicarà el màxim import a cada sol·licitud. En cas contrari, que no sigui suficient per atendre totes les sol·licituds, per determinar l'import de la subvenció s'aplicarà el següent sistema:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Es suma el nombre de punts obtinguts per totes les entitats que compleixin els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Es divideix l'import total del crèdit assignat a la convocatòria entre el nombre total de punts, i així s'obtindrà el valor de cada punt en euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) La quantia que correspon a cada subvenció és el resultat de multiplicar el número de punts obtinguts per cada sol·licitant pel valor en euros de cada punt sempre i quan no superi l'import màxim subvencionable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas que de l'aplicació d'aquest sistema en resulti un romanent, s'aplicarà de bell nou el sistema entre les associacions que no arribin al màxim. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La quantia de la subvenció tindrà com a límit màxim el crèdit consignat contemplat en aquestes bases i no podrà superar el 100% del cost de l'actuació subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Termini de resolució i notificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar la resolució del procediment no podrà excedir de sis mesos, a comptar des de la publicació de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El venciment del termini màxim sense que s'hagi notificat la resolució legitima als interessats per entendre desestimada per silenci administratiu la sol·licitud de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Obligacions dels beneficiaris. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les entitats beneficiàries han de complir les obligacions establertes en les disposicions normatives que hi són d'aplicació, i de les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Acceptar i complir la normativa de l'Ajuntament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Dur a terme l'objecte de la subvenció d'acord amb les condicions establertes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Acreditar davant l'Ajuntament que han executat o realitzat l'activitat subvencionada amb la documentació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Comunicar a l'òrgan competent per resoldre d'acord amb l'article 8.3 de les presents bases l'obtenció de subvencions o ajudes per la mateixa finalitat no previstes inicialment, així com qualsevol eventualitat que alteri el desenvolupament de l'activitat subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Facilitar tota la informació complementària que requereixi l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Fer constar que l'activitat està subvencionada per l'Ajuntament mitjançant el logotip o les identificacions corporatives de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. Informar i convidar a les autoritats de l'Ajuntament a la presentació, inauguració i cloenda de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h. Fer la publicitat de l'activitat subvencionada amb llengua catalana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Presentar, una vegada conclosa l'activitat subvencionada, la documentació justificativa requerida en la base següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Justificació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La justificació de les despeses subvencionades haurà de realitzar-se fins dia 31 de desembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'abonament de la subvenció es farà prèvia justificació, per part de l'entitat beneficiària, de la realització de l'activitat subvencionada, el compliment de la finalitat i el 100% de la despesa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Per justificar la subvenció atorgada s'ha de presentar un compte justificatiu integrat per la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Una memòria de l'actuació justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades en la concessió de la subvenció, amb les activitats que s'han fet i els resultats obtinguts, la temporalització, mitjans de difusió utilitzats, l'avaluació i qualsevol altre aspecte que pugui resultar adient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Una memòria econòmica justificativa del cost de les activitats que s'han fet, que contindrà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Una relació classificada de les despeses i inversions de l'activitat, amb identificació del creditor i del document, l'import, data d'emissió i data de pagament. Si la subvenció s'atorga d'acord a un pressupost, s'indicaran les desviacions esdevingudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Les factures o documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa incorporats en la relació referida en el paràgraf anterior i, si escau, la documentació acreditativa del pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Declaració responsable d'haver fet el projecte o activitat subvencionada, en la qual s'han de detallar els ingressos i les despeses que se n'han derivat assenyalant-ne l'import i la procedència (ANNEX IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Declaració responsable que les factures presentades per justificar la subvenció atorgada no superen el valor de mercat i que no es recuperarà ni es compensarà l'IVA (ANNEX IV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Justificant de pagament de les factures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Una relació detallada d'altres ingressos o subvencions que hagin finançat l'activitat subvencionada assenyalant-ne l'import i la procedència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Una mostra, si pertoca, del material de difusió de l'activitat subvencionada: cartells, fullets de ma i qualsevol altre element publicitari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Les despeses s'han de justificar amb factures i altres documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa, en original i còpia per compulsar. Si s'han de retornar les factures o justificants originals, a petició de l'entitat subvencionada, s'hi ha de reflectir amb un segell la data de concessió de la subvenció, així com l'import del justificant que s'imputa a la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Les factures originals, a persones o entitats subvencionades i amb el seu NIF, han d'expressar clarament: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Data d'emissió, que haurà de correspondre al període subvencionable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Dades fiscals (Nom, domicili, NIF, etc.) de l'entitat emissora i de l'entitat pagadora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Número de la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Concepte detallat pel qual s'expedeix, que haurà de ser suficientment clar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Import, desglossant la part que correspon a IVA, si procedeix. Si l'operació està exempta d'IVA s'ha d'esmentar a la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si l'entitat beneficiària únicament disposa de la factura o document justificatiu que acredita la despesa rebuda per correu electrònic, s'admetrà sempre que a la impressió de la factura s'adjunti un certificat signat pel representant legal de l'entitat en que manifesti la impossibilitat o dificultat greu per obtenir el document original i declari que la factura ni s'ha utilitzat ni s'utilitzarà per justificar cap altre subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per justificar les indemnitzacions que per despeses efectives ocasionades s'han abonat als col·laboradors en l'esdeveniment (no pels serveis prestats), l'entitat beneficiària haurà d'aportar un certificat signat pel representant legal de l'entitat, i per la persona col·laboradora on s'esmenti el concepte, l'import abonat i les dades personals (nom, domicili i NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. No obstant això, l'Ajuntament podrà demanar qualsevol altre documentació que consideri adient, ateses les circumstàncies i característiques del cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Si la documentació presentada és incompleta o incorrecta, l'Ajuntament requerirà a l'entitat beneficiària perquè la completi o esmeni la deficiència en el termini improrrogable de 10 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Si de la documentació presentada per a la justificació de la subvenció es desprèn que no s'han complert les previsions d'aspectes que s'han tingut en compte per puntuar, es modificarà la quantia de la subvenció concedida en funció de la puntuació que efectivament hauria obtingut. L'import corresponent a la minoració retornarà a l'aplicació pressupostària corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No s'admetran pagaments realitzats en efectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Revocació i reintegrament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les subvencions són de concessió voluntària, revocables i reductibles si l'entitat beneficiària es veu afectada per alguna de les causes previstes a la Llei, l, així com en el cas de que incompleixi alguna de les obligacions previstes en aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aquests casos, prèvia tramitació del corresponent procediment administratiu, l'entitat beneficiària haurà de reintegrar les quantitats percebudes i els interessos de demora que reditatives de la despesa subvencionada, expedides a nom de les corresponguin.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Infraccions o sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'incompliment dels requisits establerts en aquestes bases o a la normativa d'aplicació, donarà lloc a l'aplicació del règim d'infraccions i sancions establert a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En allò no previst en aquestes bases es d'aplicació la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions; el Reial Decret 877/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003; Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Publiques; el Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004 pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals; les Bases d'Execució del Pressupost Municipal per a l'any 2017 i demés normativa que hi resulti d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolució que recaigui en aquest procediment no posa fi a la via administrativa. Contra ella es pot interposar el recurs de reposició en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la seva notificació. Alternativament, i en el termini de dos mesos, es pot interposar davant el Jutjat de lo Contenciós-Administratiu recurs contenciós administratiu. Tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs que hi procedeixi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

No podran obtenir la condició de beneficiari o entitat col·laboradora de les subvencions les persones o entitats en qui concorri alguna de les circumstàncies següents, excepte que per la naturalesa de la subvenció s'exceptuï per la seva normativa reguladora: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.Haver estat condemnades mitjançant sentència ferma a la pena de pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir subvencions o ajuts públics. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Haver sol·licitat la declaració de concurs, haver estat declarades insolvents en qualsevol procediment, trobar-se declarades en concurs, excepte que en aquest hagi adquirit eficàcia un conveni, estar subjectes a intervenció judicial o haver estat inhabilitades d'acord amb la Llei 22/2003, de 9b.de juliol, Concursal, sense que hagi conclòs el període d'inhabilitació fixat a la sentència de qualificació del concurs.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.Haver donat lloc, per causa de la qual hagin estat declarats culpables, a la resolució ferma de qualsevol contracte subscrit amb una administració pública.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.Estar incursa la persona física, els administradors de les societats mercantils o aquells que ostentin la representació legal d'altres persónes jurídiques, per algun dels supòsits de la Llei 5/2006, de 10 d'abril, de regulació dels conflictes d'interessos dels membres del Govern i dels alts càrrecs de l'Administració General de l'Estat, la Llei 2/1996, de 19 de novembre, d'incompatibilitats dels membres del Govern i dels alts càrrecs de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, o tractar-se de qualsevol dels càrrecs electius regulats a la Llei Orgànica 5/1985, de 19 de juny, del règim electoral general, en els termes que s'hi estableixen o en la normativa autonòmica que reguli aquestes matèries.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.No trobar-se al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries o de la Seguretat Social imposades per les disposicions vigents, en els termes que reglamentàriament es determinin&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.Tenir la residencia fiscal en un país o territori qualificat reglamentàriament com a paradís fiscal. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.No estar al corrent en el compliment d'obligacions per reintegrament de subvencions en els termes que reglamentàriament es determinin. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d.Haver estat sancionades amb caràcter ferm amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir subvencions segons la Llei 38/2003 General de Subvencions o altres Lleis que així ho estableixin.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Que l'entitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
