&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Vistes les Bases de la convocatòria per proveir, com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí, sis (6) places de policia local vacants a la plantilla de personal i dotades pressupostàriament, ocupades per personal funcionari interí, corresponents a l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2018, pel sistema d'accés de torn lliure, per concurs-oposició (BOIB núm. 158, de 21 de novembre de 2019; BOE núm. 295, de 9 de desembre de 2019).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vista la publicació a la pàgina web i al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí, de l'Acta de resultats definitius del procés selectiu, de data 16 de desembre de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vistes les bases que regeixen aquest procés selectiu, les quals estableixen que les 6 persones amb major puntuació seran nomenades com a personal funcionari en pràctiques en la categoria de policia local.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vist que l'aspirant que ha quedat en sisè lloc hi ha presentat la seva renúncia expressa a la presa de possessió com a funcionari en pràctiques, en data 4 de març de 2021.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DISPÒS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La durada d'aquest serà d'un any, moment en el qual el tribunal qualificador elevarà a la batlessa de la corporació la llista definitiva de les persones aspirants declarades aptes i no aptes, la qual resoldrà i n'ordenarà la publicació en el termini de quinze dies.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCER. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Procedir a la publicació d'aquest Decret al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar, alternativament, o recurs de reposició potestatiu, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà a la recepció d'aquesta notificació, davant la batlessa d'aquest Ajuntament, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà a la recepció d'aquesta notificació, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa. Si s'optàs per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu, no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. Tot això sense perjudici de què es pugui exercitar qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
