    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant Resolució de Batlia núm. 507 de data 15 de març de 2021, s'aprova la relació provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos de la convocatòria del procediment selectiu per a la provisió de 2 places de la categoria d'oficial o oficiala de policia local de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, com a personal funcionari de carrera per promoció interna, mitjançant concurs-oposició, que a continuació es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“Mitjançant resolució de Batllia núm. 1800/2020, de 2 d'octubre, es varen aprovar la convocatòria i les bases reguladores del procediment selectiu per a la provisió de 2 places de la categoria d'oficial o oficiala de policia local de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, com personal funcionari de carrera, per promoció interna; la qual fou objecte de publicació en data 3 d'octubre de 2020 al BOIB núm. 171, així com al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (http://www.alcudia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb les bases de la convocatòria, el termini de presentació d'instàncies era vint dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOE, la qual fou objecte de publicació en data 16 d'octubre de 2020 al BOE núm. 274.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds va finalitzar el dia 13 de novembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de participació en el procediment selectiu; i fent ús de les atribucions que em confereixen l'apartat g) de l'article 21.1 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, l'apartat d) de l'article 24 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 781/1986, de&amp;nbsp; 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de Règim Local; i l'apartat 14 de l'article 41 del Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Nomenar el Tribunal Qualificador, d'acord amb la Base Sisena de les bases reguladores del procediment selectiu per a la provisió de 2 places de la categoria d'oficial o oficiala de policia local de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, com personal funcionari de carrera, per promoció interna; aprovat per resolució de Batllia núm. 1800/2020, de data 2 d' octubre de 2020 (BOIB núm. 171, de 3 d' octubre de 2020), designant les persones que s'indiquen a l' &lt;strong&gt;Annex&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt; de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les llistes d'aspirants admesos i exclosos al procediment selectiu, les quals figuren als &lt;strong&gt;Annexos II&lt;/strong&gt; i &lt;strong&gt;III&lt;/strong&gt;, respectivament, de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En tot cas, a l'objecte d'evitar errades, i en el supòsit que se'n produeixin, possibilitar la seva esmena en temps i forma, els aspirants comprovaran no només que no figuren en la relació d'exclosos, si no a més, que les seves dades consten correctament en la relació d'admesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Concedir un termini de deu (10) dies hàbils, a comptar des del següent a la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (http://www.alcudia.net), per presentar esmenes o reclamacions. Una vegada examinades i resoltes les que s'haguessin presentat, es publicarà la relació definitiva. De no presentar-se'n cap es considerarà definitiva la inicialment publicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; Convocar les/els aspirants admeses/os a la realització del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició de la convocatòria, que tindrà lloc el dia 12 d'abril de 2021, a les 10:00 hores, a les dependències de &lt;strong&gt;l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia&lt;/strong&gt;, situades al &lt;strong&gt;C/ Major, 9&lt;/strong&gt;, d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els aspirants han d'anar proveïts de mascareta i bolígraf de tinta negra o blava. Així mateix, hauran de presentar el seu document nacional d'identitat, permís de conduir o passaport per tal de poder realitzar la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, així com al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia i la pàgina web de la Corporació (http://www.alcudia.net/ajuntament), la llista provisional dels aspirants admesos i exclosos, als efectes oportuns, i la data i lloc de convocatòria per al primer exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
