    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, en la sessió de dia 12-11-2018, va aprovar inicialment el Reglament que desplega l'ús de la marca i el logotip Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, &lt;/span&gt;publicat en la versió definitiva en el BOIB de 15 d'abril de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;D'acord amb l'art. 13 de l'esmentat reglament, poden emparar-se en la marca i el logotip Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 9 i següents del mateix reglament, els recursos locals, productes, béns o serveis que compleixin els requisits establerts en les fitxes corresponents a cadascun d'ells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;D'acord amb l'esmentat article 13, «L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;a modificaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;ó o inclusió dels recursos, productes, béns o serveis autoritzats és competència exclusiva del Consell d'Administració de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que és l'òrgan competent per aprovar les fitxes que estableixin els requisits corresponents a cada un d'ells per poder emparar-se en el marca i logotip de Menorca Reserva de Biosfera».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesa la proposta de la Presidència;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Rector de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, per unanimitat dels membres presents, adopta els acords següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar una nova fitxa específica de la marca Menorca Reserva de Biosfera per als productes del blat i els seus derivats, que consta en annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la fitxa en el BOIB i establir un període d'exposició pública de 30 dies naturals des del dia que es publiqui per tal que les persones o entitats interessades puguin fer-hi les al·legacions que considerin escaients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
