APROVAR INICIALMENT</strong> el <strong>projecte d'Estudi de Detall</strong> visat pel COAIB núm. <strong><span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:black">13/00796/19</span></span></strong>, redactat per l'arquitecta Sra. Maria Blanca Castiella, i <strong>l'Escriptura de Reparcel·lació Voluntària</strong> segons escriptura efectuada davant el notari Sr. Javier González Granado amb núm. protocol 689 de l'any 2.020, i <span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:black">escriptura d'esmena de l'anterior escriptura de reparcel·lació voluntària redactada pel Notari Javier González Granado en data 12/02/21</span></span>, per tal de desenvolupar la unitat d'actuació anomenada UA SFR 04, de Sant Ferran. L'Estudi de Detall es promou per la Sra.
