    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera va iniciar, mitjançant decret de 16 de juny de 2020, expedient sancionador en matèria d'ocupació de via publica PS OVP 8/2019, contra la persona que s'esmenta a continuació per&amp;nbsp; no respectar el compromís de tenir el establiment obert en el període mínim de 15 de maig i el 15 d'octubre, segons l'Ordenança municipal reguladora d'ocupació de la via publica amb terrasses i altres instal·lacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No havent estat possible la notificació a la persona&amp;nbsp; interessada i d'acord amb l'article 44 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, es procedeix a la publicació d'aquest anunci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
