La Junta de Govern Local de data 7 d'agost de 2018, va acordar entre d'altres el següent:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>«Primer. </strong>Nomenar en propietat a l'aspirant amb DNI ***7455**, B. En data 20 d'agost de 2018, B. B. i F., amb DNI ***7455**, va prendre possessió del càrrec d'arquitecte tècnic, com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Felanitx.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">4. En data 9 de febrer de 2021, RGE 488, el Tribunal Superior de Justícia de Balears va remetre a l'Ajuntament de Felanitx la Sentència núm. 34/2020 de dia 21 de gener de 2020 del Jutjat Contenciós Adminsitratiu núm. 3 de Palma de Mallorca, i la Sentència núm. 480/2020 de dia 14 d'octubre de 2020 del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears. La Sentència del TSJIB confirma íntegrament la sentència núm. 34/2020 dictada pel Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu núm. 3, d'acord amb la qual s'estima parcialment el recurs contenciós-administratiu PA núm. 334/18, interposat per la persona aspirant C. R. R., amb DNI ***1453** contra l'Ajuntament de Felanitx, anul·lant l‘acta del Tribunal Qualificador de 19 de febrer de 2018 que va avaluar el tercer exercici de la fase d'oposició de la convocatòria de referència, i el Decret 609/2018, d'1 de juny de 2018, desestimatori del recurs d'alçada, i declarant que la puntuació que havia de tenir en aquest exercici era de 7,93 punts, amb la consegüent retroacció procedimental. Així mateix, a la sentència es desestimen la resta de peticions, per adequar-se els actes impugnats a l'ordenament jurídic.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Per altra part, a la mateixa Sentència es declara inadmissible l'ampliació de la demanda i es desestimen els recursos contenciosos administratius PA núm. 354/18, del Jutjat núm. 1 i PA núm 387/18, del Jutjat núm. 2, interposats per la persona aspirant B. B. i F. amb DNI ***7455** contra l'Ajuntament de Felanitx, confirmant els actes impugnats. </span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">5.
