&lt;ol class="decimal" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral, estableix en l‘article 25 els requisits per ser assessor i/o avaluador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;L'article 7 del Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, regulador de l'estructura organitzativa del procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per l'experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, fa referència a les funcions d'assessorament i avaluació. D'acord amb aquest article, en relació amb la fases d'assessorament i d'avaluació regulades en els articles 15 i 16 del Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, corresponen a l'Institut de Qualificacions Professionals de les Illes Balears les funcions següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Expedir les habilitacions necessàries per poder desenvolupar les funcions d'assessorament i/o d'avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Designar el personal assessor i avaluador i proposar la composició de les comissions d'avaluació d'entre les persones que comptin amb la corresponent habilitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Formar el personal assessor i avaluador que participa en el procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals que regula el Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Per poder convocar els procediments d'acreditació de les competències professionals adquirides per l'experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, és necessari comptar amb un nombre suficient de persones que estiguin habilitades per exercir les funcions d'assessorament i avaluació d'aquestes competències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Al llarg dels darrers anys, s'ha format un nombre considerable de persones per exercir com a assessors o avaluadors, les quals han estat habilitades per desenvolupar unes funcions concretes en el procediment. Algunes de les persones habilitades tenen la formació i l'experiència necessàries per poder ser habilitades en altres funcions, la qual cosa facilitaria a l'Administració la convocatòria d'altres procediments de reconeixement de competències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Així mateix, les persones que estan habilitades per desenvolupar determinades funcions d'assessor i/o avaluador poden estar interessades a ampliar les seves funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Així, doncs, és necessari establir el procediment perquè les persones interessades puguin sol·licitar ampliar les seves funcions com a assessors i/o avaluadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="decimal" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Reial Decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, regulador de l'estructura organitzativa del procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per l'experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="decimal" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aprovar les instruccions que regulen el procediment per sol·licitar l'ampliació de funcions dels assessors i/o avaluadors que ja estan habilitats. Aquestes instruccions figuren en l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Establir que aquesta Resolució entri en vigor l'endemà d'haver-se publicat en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la direcció general de Formació Professional i Ensenyaments Artístics Superiors en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de publicar-se, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i els articles 25.5 i 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de publicar-se, d'acord amb els articles 8 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Per poder participar en aquest procediment, les persones interessades han d'estar habilitades com a assessors i/o avaluadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;A més, han de tenir quatre anys d'experiència relacionada amb la funció o funcions que volen ampliar. Per acreditar aquesta experiència, es té en compte l'exercici professional en alguna de les situacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Professors que pertanyen als cossos de catedràtics, professors d'ensenyament de secundària o tècnics de formació professional, amb atribució docent en la família professional corresponent a la nova o noves funcions en què volen ampliar l'habilitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Formadors especialitzats en les unitats de competència que es corresponguin amb les noves funcions que sol·liciten ampliar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Professionals experts en les unitats de competència que es corresponen amb les noves funcions que sol·liciten ampliar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sol·licitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="decimal" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds està obert de manera permanent. La Comissió de Valoració que ha d'analitzar i informar les sol·licituds s'ha de reunir dues vegades a l'any per valorar les sol·licituds rebudes: l'una, la primera quinzena de juny, i l'altra, la primera quinzena de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Les persones interessades han d'emplenar la sol·licitud telemàtica mitjançant el formulari establert a l'efecte que es troba disponible a la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://iqpib.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;. &amp;nbsp;La tramitació telemàtica només es completa quan s'envia la sol·licitud. No es consideren vàlides les sol·licituds amb la marca d'aigua «sense validesa», ja que això indica que no s'ha enviat. En el cas d'haver tramitat més d'una sol·licitud, només es considera vàlida la darrera que s'ha registrat telemàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La documentació que s'ha d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si és formador:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
		&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Documentació acreditativa en què constin les funcions pròpies del lloc de feina. (RLT)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat o certificats dels cursos impartits amb indicació expressa de les hores o crèdits i dels continguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si és professional expert:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
		&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vida laboral, expedida per l'administració competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat emès per l'empresa que acrediti les funcions desenvolupades, la categoria professional i els anys de feina. En cas de no disposar d'aquest certificat, còpia dels contractes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el cas dels treballadors autònoms, una declaració responsable amb indicació de l'activitat laboral, un resum breu de les funcions desenvolupades i els anys de feina acumulats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar de manera telemàtica mitjançant el programa habilitat per a aquest tràmit, que es trobarà en la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://iqpib.caib.es,&lt;/em&gt; i s'han de seguir les instruccions que s'hi especifiquin. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Comissió de Valoració és l'òrgan col·legiat encarregat d'examinar les sol·licituds presentades i emetre l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar les propostes de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Comissió de Valoració està integrada per les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;La directora de l'IQPIB, que actuarà com a presidenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://iqpib.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; es publicarà la llista provisional de les persones que han obtingut una resolució favorable i de les persones que han obtingut una resolució desfavorable, amb indicació de la causa de no habilitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;S'ha d'obrir un termini de cinc dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la llista provisional perquè les persones interessades puguin presentar al·legacions i esmenar la causa que els impedeix l'habilitació mitjançant la presentació dels documents que acreditin que compleixen els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El director general de Formació Professional i Ensenyaments Artístics Superiors ha d'aprovar, mitjançant una resolució, la llista definitiva de les sol·licituds favorables i desfavorables, amb indicació de la causa de no habilitació, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aquesta resolució s'ha de publicar en la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://iqpib.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; el dia que es dicti. Així mateix, s'ha de publicar en el BOIB la resolució amb el llistat de les persones que han obtingut la nova habilitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
