&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la negociació prèvia de l'oferta pública d'ocupació per a l'exercici 2021, amb els representants sindicals de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí, en la qual s'arriba a un acord en data 28 de gener de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Legislació aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Llei 11/2021, de 30 de desembre, de Pressuposts Generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Articles 37.1 i 70 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el text refòs de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
