    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els articles 17.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; i 41.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 1/2019, de 31 de gener, del Govern de les Illes Balears, determinen, respectivament, que són competència del Govern el nomenament i la separació d'alts càrrecs de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma, i dels consellers, elevar-ne la proposta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, l'article 20.3 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que els cessaments del personal eventual s'han de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i que, en tot cas, el personal eventual cessa automàticament quan cessa l'autoritat que el va nomenar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, a proposta de les conselleres i consellers, cadascun respecte dels càrrecs dependents de la seva conselleria, i havent-ho considerat el Consell de Govern en la sessió del dia 15 de febrer de 2021,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRET &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El cessament dels alts càrrecs té efectes des de la publicació d'aquest Decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposar la publicació com a annex d'aquest Decret, i a l'efecte de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, &lt;/em&gt;de la relació del personal eventual que ha cessat automàticament en el moment en què s'ha produït el cessament de les autoritats que els van nomenar, tot i que, per imperatiu legal, el cessament efectiu coincideix amb el dels consellers i conselleres. En conseqüència, el cessament del personal eventual té efectes des del dia 14 de febrer de 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
