Si no hi ha acreditació específica, s'ha d'entendre que correspon a qui exerceixi la representació de l'òrgan, l'ens o la institució de què emana el text.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, d'acord amb l'article 27 dels Estatuts de la Fundació, el director gerent de la Fundació és la persona competent per desenvolupar la política de personal aprovada pel Patronat i, amb aquesta finalitat, seleccionar el personal, subscriure o rescindir els contractes, executar els acords del Patronat en matèria de retribucions, acordar les sancions, exercir la direcció superior del personal al servei de la Fundació i mantenir les relacions amb els òrgans de representació de personal, a més de totes aquelles altres actuacions que en aquesta matèria li encomanin, sense perjudici de les funcions que corresponen al president.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Fundació té encomanades, entre d'altres, les funcions de gestionar mitjans i recursos al servei de l'execució de programes d'investigació clínica, bàsica i aplicada, desenvolupament tecnològic i innovació en el camp de la salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per poder dur a terme aquestes funcions, la Fundació té la necessitat de realitzar la incorporació temporal d'un tècnic o tècnica amb titulació superior de suport a la investigació per a la Plataforma Biobanc de la Fundació Institut d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 23.2 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix els criteris que han de seguir els ens públics de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en la contractació de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els articles 17 i 18 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposen que s'han d'aplicar els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat en les contractacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'apartat segon B de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de febrer de 2007, de modificació de l'àmbit d'aplicació i de determinació de l'abast del control del punt 5 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 de desembre de 1995, preveu la comptabilitat i la rendició de comptes de les empreses públiques de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, pel que fa a la selecció de personal dels ens públics de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, i en exercici de les competències que m'atribueix l'article 28.1 &lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt; dels Estatuts fundacionals vigents,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procés per a la contractació d'una tècnica o un tècnic amb titulació superior de suport a la investigació per a la Plataforma Biobanc de la Fundació Institut d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears, dins el projecte PT20/00209 de la convocatòria de plataformes de l'ISCIII de suport a la I+D+I en Biomedicina i Ciències de la Salut, amb les característiques i els criteris de selecció següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I. Requisits de la plaça&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar en possessió de titulació universitària de llicenciatura o grau més màster en Ciències de la Salut o Ciències de la Vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivell B2 de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Experiència laboral acreditada a unitats o plataformes biobanc a l'àmbit biomèdic, durant almenys 2 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra en els casos en què, d'acord amb l'article 57 de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (EBEP), es permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No haver estat separat o separada mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap entitat del sector públic, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar en estat d'inhabilitació de manera absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no estar en estat d'inhabilitació o en situació equivalent, ni haver rebut sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Formulari d'autoavaluació de la convocatòria emplenat (annex III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Funcions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Seguiment i justificació de projectes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gestió de sol·licituds i cessions de mostres.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donar suport en la preparació de la memòria descriptiva i de les memòries anuals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Manteniment de la documentació interna del Biobanc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Elaboració del Manual de Qualitat, implementació i manteniment de la certificació segons la Norma ISO 9001.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Garantir l'assegurament de la qualitat, la seguretat i la traçabilitat de les mostres emmagatzemades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Realitzar, juntament amb els tècnics de suport, el manteniment, el calibratge o verificació dels equips.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Control del compliment de las normes de seguretat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Manteniment de la plataforma informàtica de gestió de mostres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Desenvolupament i implementació de noves tècniques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Guàrdies localitzables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds es poden presentar al registre físic o a través del correu electrònic del Departament de Recursos Humans (idisba.rrhh@ssib.es), o bé de qualsevol altra manera prevista en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la persona sol·licitant hagués presentat la sol·licitud en un registre diferent del IdISBa, haurà d'enviar a l'IdISBa per correu electrònic (idisba.rrhh@ssib.es) la sol·licitud amb el segell d'entrada dins de les 24 hores següents a la presentació en el registre de la sol·licitud. De la mateixa manera, si s'envia per correu certificat, s'ha d'enviar per correu electrònic el full de sol·licitud, datada i segellada per l'oficina de correus en què consti que s'ha enviat en el termini hàbil per a la presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El termini de recepció de sol·licituds serà de 15 dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la data de publicació de la convocatòria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud la documentació acreditativa dels requisits i dels mèrits que al·leguin en la forma que estableixen aquestes bases. No es podrà valorar cap mèrit que no s'hagi acreditat amb l'aportació de la documentació corresponent dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i de documentació relativa als requisits per participar en el procediment de selecció, es publicarà una resolució a la pàgina web de la Fundació, mitjançant la qual s'aprova la llista provisional de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, amb la indicació de les causes d'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a partir del dia següent a la publicació de la resolució provisional, per esmenar els defectes o adjuntar la documentació que sigui preceptiva. En cas de no esmenar o adjuntar la documentació indicada, s'entendrà que desisteixen en la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalitzat el termini indicat en el paràgraf anterior, es dictarà una resolució mitjançant la qual s'aprovarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses del procés selectiu. La esmentada resolució serà publicada a la pàgina web de la Fundació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V. Reserva en favor de les persones amb discapacitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Existeix a l'IdISBa una reserva del 7 % dels llocs de treball per a persones amb discapacitat, segons el Reial decret llei 5/2015 del TREBEP. No obstant això, aquesta plaça no està reservada per a aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VI. Tribunal qualificador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal qualificador pot declarar, previ informe motivat, la convocatòria deserta per la no adequació de candidats i candidates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
