&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En data 27 de novembre de 2020, la presidenta de l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears (ICIB) va dictar la Resolució per la qual es convoca la convocatòria de subvencions per a la promoció del territori de les Illes Balears com a espai de rodatges, derivat de l'Acord marc de col·laboració entre la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat i l'Agència d'Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 201, de 28 de novembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Durant el termini de presentació de sol·licituds per optar a les subvencions esmentades, l'ICIB va rebre quatre &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. El 28 de desembre de 2020 l'instructor va signar i publicar en el web de l'ICIB la Proposta de resolució de concessió provisional en relació amb les sol·licituds presentades a la convocatòria de subvencions per a la promoció del territori de les Illes Balears com a espai de rodatges, derivat de l'Acord marc de col·laboració entre la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat i l'Agència d'Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. D'acord amb l'apartat 11.1 de la convocatòria, les persones interessades disposaven d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils per presentar al·legacions a la Proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. Durant aquest termini, no s'han presentat al·legacions contra la Proposta de resolució esmentada&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. L'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d'11 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. L'article 20.&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;) dels Estatuts de l'ICIB, aprovats pel Decret 50/2018, de 21 de desembre, que disposa que la directora de l'ICIB és l'òrgan competent per a la concessió de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. La Resolució de la presidenta de l'ICIB de 27 de novembre per la qual es convoca la convocatòria de subvencions per a la promoció del territori de les Illes Balears com a espai de rodatges, derivat de l'Acord marc de col·laboració entre la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat i l'Agència d'Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 201, de 28 de novembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Aprovar i concedir subvencions per l'import total de &lt;strong&gt;7.296&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; a favor dels beneficiaris que s'inclouen en l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa indicada per a cadascun dels beneficiaris amb càrrec als pressuposts, amb els imports detallats en l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la presidenta de l'ICIB, en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
