    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En no haver-se presentat reclamacions durant el termini d'exposició al públic, queda automàticament elevat a definitiu l'Acord provisional de la Junta de Govern Local de data 10/12/2020 d'aquest Ajuntament de Sa Pobla sobre establiment i l'Acord regulador de preus públics, el text íntegre dels quals es fa públic, en compliment de l'article 70.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANÇA REGULADORA DEL PREU PÚBLICS PER A LA VENDA DE LLIBRES&amp;nbsp; I CDs A L'ÀREA DE CULTURA DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE SA POBLA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1.Concepte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En virtut del que estableixen els articles 21.e),41 a 47 i 127 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, s'estableixen els preus públics per la venta de llibres, publicacions i CDs de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2.Obligats al pagament&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estan obligats al pagament&amp;nbsp; del preu públic les persones físiques o jurídiques, públiques o privades, amb o sense ànim de lucre, que adquireixin els llibres i els CDs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3. Quantia.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.La quantia del preu públic regulat en aquesta ordenança serà la que es fixa en la tarifa continguda en l'annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.La tarifa d'aquest preu públic serà la que figura a l'annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4. Obligació al pagament.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'obligació de pagament del preu públic regulat en aquesta ordenança neix, quan es realitzin la venda dels llibres i els CDS, a petició de l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5.&amp;nbsp; Normes de gestió. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un cop aprovada l'ordenança, els llibres i els CDS, es posaran a la venda directament per l'àrea de cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6. Cobrament&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pagament es realitzarà al moment de l'entrega del llibre, publicació o material. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició final&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;En tot allò que no és previst en aquest acord s'hi aplicarà el que s'estableix en la vigent llei de règim local i altres disposicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Aquest acord de regulació de preu públic entrarà en vigor el dia següent de la seva publicació en el butlletí oficial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB). El seu període de vigència s'ha de mantenir fins que s'esdevingui la seva modificació o la seva derogació expressa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Tarifa A:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estarà composta per llibres de fins 150 pàgines, de tapa blana i amb nombre d'exemplar no superior a 100.D'aquesta forma, el preu públic per aquest tipus de llibre ascendirà a &lt;strong&gt;7.05€&lt;/strong&gt; per unitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Tarifa B:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estarà composta per llibres de fins 150 pàgines, de tapa blana i amb nombre d'exemplar no superior a 300.D'aquesta forma, el preu públic per aquest tipus de llibre ascendirà a &lt;strong&gt;5.95€&lt;/strong&gt; per unitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Tarifa C:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estarà composta per llibres de fins 300 pàgines, de tapa blana i amb nombre d'exemplar no superior a 100.D'aquesta forma, el preu públic per aquest tipus de llibre ascendirà a &lt;strong&gt;14.66€&lt;/strong&gt; per unitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Tarifa D:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estarà composta per llibres de fins 300 pàgines, de tapa blana i amb nombre d'exemplar superiors a 300.D'aquesta forma, el preu públic per aquest tipus de llibre ascendirà a &lt;strong&gt;6.65€ &lt;/strong&gt;per unitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Tarifa E:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estarà composta per llibres de fins 150 pàgines, de tapa blana i amb nombre d'exemplar superiors a 300.D'aquesta forma, el preu públic per aquest tipus de llibre ascendirà a &lt;strong&gt;2.80€&lt;/strong&gt; per unitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
