&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESOLC FORMULAR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'informe d'impacte ambiental sobre &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;projecte &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de nou Parc Verd (TM de Marratxí)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;, en els termes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Determinació de subjecció a avaluació ambiental i tramitació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 13.2 del Decret Legislatiu 1/2020, de 28 d'agost, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei d'Avaluació Ambiental de les Illes Balears, han de ser objecte d'avaluació d'impacte ambiental simplificada els projectes inclosos en l'annex II d'aquesta Llei. Entre els projectes inclosos a l'annex 2, el projecte de nou Parc Verd al TM de Marratxí s'inclou als punts 3 i 4 del grup 6:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Instal·lacions d'emmagatzematge de residus perillosos fora del lloc de producció (incloses operacions prèvies al tractament) que facin operacions de la D13 a la D15 de l'annex 1 o operacions R12 i R13 de l'annex 2 de la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de residus i sòls contaminats, que no es desenvolupin a l'interior d'una nau a polígon industrial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Instal·lacions d'emmagatzematge de residus no perillosos fora del lloc de producció (incloses operacions prèvies al tractament) que facin operacions de la D13 a la D15 de l'annex 1 i operacions R12 i R13 de l'annex 2 de la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de residus i sòls contaminats, amb una capacitat superior a 100 t i que no es desenvolupin a l'interior d'una nau a polígon industrial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tant, el projecte s'ha de tramitar com a una Avaluació d'Impacte Ambiental Simplificada i seguir el procediment establert a la secció 2a del Capítol II d'avaluació d'impacte ambiental de projectes del Títol II d'avaluació ambiental de la Llei 21/2013. S'han de complir també les prescripcions de l'article 21 del Decret Legislatiu 1/2020, de 28 d'agost, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei d'avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears, que li siguin d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Descripció i ubicació del projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El projecte pretén la construcció d'un&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Parc Verd al TM de Marratxí, com a instal·lació de recollida i pretractament dels residus domiciliaris especials (perillosos i no perillosos) que no es poden dipositar als contenidors de recollida ordinària, a l'espera del seu tractament o eliminació, d'acord amb la normativa vigent. També &lt;/span&gt;suposarà un servei de suport per a les fraccions que disposen de recollida municipal i podrà recollir, en determinades condicions, els residus produïts per petits comerços, oficines i empreses de serveis pròpies de la tipologia urbana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Actualment, la parcel·la referida, de titularitat municipal i amb una superfície total de 3.523 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, no disposa de cap mena d'instal·lació, i donades les seves característiques i ubicació, es vol aprofitar la disponibilitat d'espai, per incorporar les instal·lacions de parc verd municipal, amb una superfície d'ús exclusiu per aquesta finalitat de 1.945 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. D'acord amb les NNSS de Marratxí, aquest terreny es troba qualificat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de sòl urbà, amb ús industrial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les actuacions previstes al projecte són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;I. Condicionament i pavimentat de tot el recinte, amb disposició dels elements que es relacionen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;-Un edifici, amb una superfície total construïda de 90,27 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, per acollir diferents instal·lacions: espai de preparació per reutilització i emmagatzematge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Una caseta de control de 30,10 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, amb bany adaptat, situada a l'entrada del recinte, que permeti disposar dels sistemes de control adients (ordinador, accés, registres, pesatge...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;-Una zona tancada i coberta, de 60,43 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, per la disposició dels residus perillosos, amb els corresponents contenidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;-Una zona tancada i coberta, de 60,43 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; per la disposició dels residus d'aparells &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;elèctrics i electrònics (RAEE), amb els corresponents contenidors i gàbies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;-Una zona de circulació de vehicles, amb rampes d'accés i sortida i plataforma elevada a 1 m, per la disposició dels residus voluminosos, podes, d'obra i metàl·lics o de vidre. Aquesta zona serà convenientment protegida amb baranes metàl·liques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;-Una zona d'aparcament per a vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;-Un dipòsit soterrat, de cabuda 6 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, per la recollida de pluvials de les cobertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;II. Tancaments perimetrals de la parcel·la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;III. Incorporació de totes les mesures de seguretat necessàries per al correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;IV. Construcció de les corresponents instal·lacions auxiliars, segons projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;V. Xarxa de subministrament d'aigua potable, recollida de pluvials de les cobertes dels edificis, drenatge i pluvials dels terrenys integrant el parc verd i xarxa de reg de les zones enjardinades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;VI. Subministrament elèctric de xarxa i fotovoltaica per a producció d'energia elèctrica, i la corresponent instal·lació permanent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;VII. Sistema d'aigua calenta sanitària (ACS) amb panells solars d'escalfament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;VIII. Zona perimetral amb vegetació, segons previsions del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Avaluació dels efectes previsibles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesa la naturalesa de l'activitat a desenvolupar es preveu que els efectes sobre el medi ambient siguin mínims si s'apliquen les mesures preventives i correctores de l'estudi d'impacte ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les obres generaran els següents impactes: emissions de pols i altres materials, emissions de gasos i sorolls, risc de contaminació de sòls i aigües. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durant la fase d'explotació els impactes més importants seran els produïts per les emissions de sorolls, sobre el sòl i les aigües en cas de vessaments accidentals, impacte a les aigües pluvials, impactes per residus especials, residus que contenen amiant, consum energètic i contaminació lumínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Consultes a les administracions públiques afectades i persones interessades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;S'han efectuat les següents consultes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;+Servei d'Estudis i Planificació, de la DG de Recursos Hídrics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;+Servei de Gestió Forestal i Protecció del Sòl, de la DG d'Espais Naturals i Biodiversitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;+Direcció Insular d'Urbanisme, del Departament de Territori del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;+D&lt;/span&gt;irecció Insular de Territori i Paisatge, del Departament de Territori del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;+Direcció Insular de Residus, del Departament de Sostenibilitat i Medi Ambient del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;+Direcció Insular d'Infraestructures, del Departament de Mobilitat i Infraestructures del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Direcció Insular d'Urbanisme, del Departament de Territori del Consell de Mallorca, en data 27 de novembre de 2020, va informar el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El present projecte no suposa cap intervenció sobre el territori i es desenvolupa sobre un sòl urbà i industrial, apte, pels usos prevists, dins el projecte de Parc Verd.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Servei de Gestió Forestal i Protecció del Sòl, de la DG d'Espais Naturals i Biodiversitat, en data 14 de desembre de 2020, va informar el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ateses les característiques i la naturalesa del projecte a informar, ubicat en un entorn plenament urbà, el Servei de Gestió Forestal i Protecció del Sòl, no té cap inconvenient en relació amb el risc d'incendi forestal, i als aspectes de gestió forestal i protecció del sòl.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Direcció Insular de Residus, del Departament de Sostenibilitat i Medi Ambient del Consell de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;en data 14 de desembre de 2020, va informar el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consideracions tècniques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1) Emprar en tota la documentació, projecte i plànols la terminologia vigent de Deixalleria municipal d'acord amb la normativa actual de residus no perillosos Pla Director Sectorial de Residus no Perillosos de l'illa de Mallorca (BOIB Núm. 81 de 18 de juny de 2019) en lloc de parc verd de l'anterior PDSGRUM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2) La normativa vigent referent a residus no perillosos és Pla Director Sectorial de Residus No Perillosos de l'illa de Mallorca (BOIB Núm. 81 de 18 de juny de 2019) (Normativa de referència del projecte i altres).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3) Complir l'article 21. Xarxa de deixalleries municipals del PDSGRNPMA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Tots els municipis han de garantir el servei de deixalleries als seus ciutadans, ja sigui de forma independent o mancomunada, per a la recepció, emmagatzematge selectiu i preclassificació de productes usats destinats a la reutilització de residus municipals en espera de tractaments posteriors, com la preparació per a la reutilització, la valorització i l'eliminació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Les deixalleries s'han de preveure en els respectius instruments de planejament urbanístic, havent de complir amb les prescripcions tècniques que siguin aprovades pel Govern de les Illes Balears i comptar amb les autoritzacions previstes per la normativa sectorial en matèria de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Correspondrà als municipis, o als ens en què hagin delegat, regular les normes de funcionament de les deixalleries a través de les ordenances corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4) Al punt 5. Exercici de l'activitat del Projecte obres i activitat, al començament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«L'exercici de l'activitat consisteix en l'emmagatzematge i preclassificació de residus municipals en l'àmbit de la recollida a l'espera del seu tractament o eliminació...»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha d'especificar totes les operacions indicades al punt 1 de l'article 21 del PDSGRNPMA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- recepció,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- emmagatzematge selectiu i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- preclassificació de productes usats destinats a la reutilització de residus municipals en espera de tractaments posteriors, com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- la preparació per a la reutilització (superfície de 93.36 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- la valorització i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- l'eliminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Encara que més endavant en faci menció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5) Als plànols la zona que posa Preparació per a la reutilització es suposa que es refereix englobada dins la preclassificació de productes usats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclusions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Des del punt de vista del compliment del Pla Director Sectorial de Residus No Perillosos de l'illa de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 81 de 18/06/2019), s'informa favorablement el projecte de la deixalleria municipal de Marratxí, C/ Conradors, parcel·la 33 –PEM Can Rubiol– 2 de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Direcció Insular de Territori i Paisatge, del Departament de Territori del Consell de Mallorca, &lt;/span&gt;en data 17 de desembre de 2020, va informar el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;III. Consideracions tècniques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Sobre l'ordenació territorial general: segons el Pla Territorial Insular de Mallorca, la parcel·la on s'ubicarà el nou Parc Verd està situada en una Àrea de desenvolupament urbà i sòl urbà o urbanitzable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Sobre l'ordenació territorial sectorial: cal tenir en compte que el document de revisió del Pla Director Sectorial per a la gestió dels residus urbans de l'illa de Mallorca i el Pla Director Sectorial per a la gestió dels residus de construcció-demolició, voluminosos i pneumàtics fora d'ús de l'illa de Mallorca, han estat derogats pel nou Pla Director Sectorial de Residus no Perillosos de l'illa de Mallorca (PDSRNPM), aprovat definitivament pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca el 09 de maig de 2019, i publicat al BOIB núm. 81 amb data 18 de juny de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Segons l'art. 25 del PDSRNPM, la implantació de les instal·lacions de residus, es regirà sota els criteris d'eficiència energètica, mitjançant la incorporació de mesures ambientals i d'eco disseny en els edificis i potenciant l'ús d'energies renovables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Segons la documentació del projecte, es proposa com a mesures per reduir el consum: la selecció d'enllumenat amb làmpades LED, la instal·lació de plaques fotovoltaiques per autoconsum i connexió a xarxa, la instal·lació d'un sistema de generació d'ACS amb panells solars i la instal·lació d'un dipòsit d'aigua soterrat de recollida de pluvials de les cobertes per neteja i reg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per tant, tenint en compte els objectius principals de la nova Llei 10/2019, de canvi climàtic i transició energètica, i els criteris d'eficiència energètica del nou Pla Director Sectorial de Residus no Perillosos de l'illa de Mallorca, així com els objectius d'eficiència energètica i estalvi energètic del PTIM, es consideren mesures adequades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;IV. Conclusions – Proposta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha dit, s'informa favorablement el projecte de nou Parc Verd al TM de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclusions de l'informe d'impacte ambiental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer. No subjectar a avaluació d'impacte ambiental ordinària el Projecte de nou Parc Verd (TM de Marratxí), sempre que es compleixin les mesures proposades a l'Estudi d'Impacte Ambiental, r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;edacta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;amb data 14 d'octubre de 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; pel Sr. Juan Mateo Horrach Torrens, enginyer industrial - promotor Ajuntament de Marratxí -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la normativa vigent, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;els següents condicionants: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.La ubicació de la deixalleria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ha d'estar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;prou &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;senyalitzada per a facilitar l'accés dels potencials usuaris des de qualsevol dels nuclis de població als quals doni servei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ls accessos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al recinte hauran d'estar convenientment senyalitzats per evitar situacions perilloses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.L'Ajuntament haurà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de designar un responsable &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ediambiental, encarrega&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;supervisar el compliment del Pla de Vigilància Ambiental previst al Document Ambiental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.El disseny de la instal·lació ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;urà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'evitar l'entrada i l'acumulació d'aigües pluvials a l'interior dels contenidors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, per evitar, entre d'altres, que els residus es puguin fer malbé i la proliferació de moscard tigre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.Els &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cartells indicatius específics que identifiqui&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el contenidor o la zona on ha de ser dipositat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cada tipologia de residu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, hauran d'incloure, si escau, informació del volum o quantitat màxima de cada residu que cada usuari pot aportar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.En relació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mb l'estalvi d'aigua, s'haurà d'ajustar l'horari del reg de les zones enjardinades i la seva durada durant l'època estival. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.La barrera perimetral vegetal del recinte, haurà de ser d'arbusts o arbres perennes frondosos d'espècies autòctones, la qual s'haurà de mantenir en un estat òptim al llarg del període de funcionament de la deixalleria, substituint els exemplars morts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i regant, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per altra banda, es recomana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Disposar d'un espai o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'una aula per a activitats d'educació ambiental &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a la deixalleria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, amb la finalitat d'informar i sensibilitzar als usuaris en relació a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mb la correcta gestió de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;stablir els mecanismes oportuns per tal d'incentivar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;‘ús d'aquesta instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segon. Es publicarà el present informe ambiental al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.3 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1a1718"&gt;Tercer. L'informe d'impacte ambiental perdrà la seva vigència i cessarà en la producció dels efectes que li són propis si, una vegada publicat en el BOIB, no s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'hagués procedit a l'aprovació del projecte en el termini màxim de quatre anys des de la publicació, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.4 de la Llei 21/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quart. L'informe d'impacte ambiental no ha de ser objecte de cap recurs, sense perjudici dels que, si s'escau, siguin procedents en la via administrativa o judicial davant de l'acte, si s'escau, d'autorització del projecte, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.6 de la Llei 21/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cinquè. Aquesta resolució s'emet sense perjudici de les competències urbanístiques, de gestió o territorials de les administracions competents i de les autoritzacions o informes necessaris per a l'aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
