En data 15 de maig de 2017 i en sessió de caràcter ordinari, el Consell Executiu del CIM va aprovar les bases i la convocatòria dels ajuts en matèria cinegètica per a l'any 2017 (BOIB núm. 74 de 17 de juny de 2017).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">2. El 19 d'octubre de 2020 i en sessió de caràcter ordinari, el Consell Executiu del CIM va aprovar la convocatòria dels ajuts en matèria cinegètica per a l'any 2020 amb les mateixes bases de l'any 2017, tot substituint l'any 2017 pel 2020 (BOIB núm. 188 de 31 d'octubre de 2020).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">3. L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és donar suport a determinades activitats sense ànim de lucre en matèria cinegètica que contribueixin a millorar la capacitat, l'aprofitament i la sostenibilitat dels recursos que són objecte d'explotació, dutes a terme entre l'1 de desembre de 2019 i el 30 de novembre de 2020.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">4. La dotació pressupostària d'aquesta convocatòria és de 15.000 € de la partida 5.41910.4890000. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">5. La 4a de les bases especifica les activitats subvencionables, la 6a n'especifica els requisits i la 7a indica la documentació, tant administrativa com específica, que han de presentar els sol·licitants dels ajuts. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">6. La base 8a especifica que el percentatge màxim de subvenció per sol·licitant serà d'un 80 % del cost de les actuacions, i que cada sol·licitant podrà rebre un màxim de 5.000 €, excepte que es demostri que el beneficiari representa el conjunt de les entitats de caçadors de Menorca.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">7. L'1 de desembre de 2020 s'exhauria el termini de presentació de sol·licituds (30 dies naturals a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el BOIB). margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">b) Esperar el resultat del requeriment al Club Esportiu Societat de Caçadors d'Alaior perquè esmeni la sol·licitud i els annexos III i IV i presenti, en fase de comprovació, els justificants de tres de les despeses relacionades. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">9. L'11 de desembre de 2020, l'instructor de l'expedient va emetre un segon informe del qual es desprèn: que el Club Esportiu Societat de Caçadors d'Alaior ha aportat, en temps i forma, la documentació requerida, i que la Societat Perdigoters de Menorca no ha justificat adequadament la despesa del viatge.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">10.
