    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atès l'acord del Consell Executiu de dia 5-10-2020 (BOIB núm. 181 de 22-10-2020) pel qual s'aproven la convocatòria i les bases dels ajuts del Consell Insular de Menorca a les escoles de música de Menorca per al curs 2019-2020;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atès que el termini de presentació de sol·licituds finalitzava dia 13 de novembre de 2020 i que s'hi han presentat vuit sol·licituds;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atès que a aquesta convocatòria&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;es destinaven 66.000 € amb càrrec a la partida 4620000 del programa 32600 i que l'import màxim per sol·licitud és de 15.000 €;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atès que s'ha reunit la comissió avaluadora per valorar les sol·licituds presentades;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atesa la proposta del conseller executiu del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Consell Executiu, per unanimitat i en votació ordinària, adopta l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Concedir a les entitats que es relacionen a continuació els ajuts següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1) Beneficiari: Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Es distribueixen un total de 66.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La qual cosa us comunic perquè en prengueu coneixement i tengui els efectes que corresponguin, al mateix temps que us faig saber que contra l'acte precedent, podeu interposar, en el termini de dos mesos a partir de l'endemà de la data de recepció d'aquesta notificació, recurs contenciós administratiu davant el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Jutjat contenciós administratiu competent; tot&lt;/span&gt; això sens perjudici de la possibilitat d'efectuar el requeriment a què fa referència l'article 44 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, que regula de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, que s'haurà de dirigir a aquest mateix òrgan en el termini màxim de dos mesos comptats d'ençà de la data de la notificació del present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Finalment, escau d'indicar que el fet de formular el requeriment o d'interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu a què s'ha fet referència en el paràgraf anterior no suspèn l'eficàcia de l'acord impugnat ni interromp els terminis que se'n puguin derivar, excepte que l'autoritat competent ho acordi expressament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
