2021-01-21 1964 2021-01-23 CAIB ![CDATA[Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 19 de gener de 2021 per la qual s'aproven les llistes provisionals de persones aspirants admeses i excloses en el concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria de facultatiu/facultativa especialista d’àrea d’oncologia mèdica i es designen les persones que integren el Tribunal qualificador ]] CAIB 1961 text/html 2021-01-23 ca 550 CAIB 644091 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Fets</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1.- Per mitjà de la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 12 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB&nbsp; núm. 48/2019, de 13 d'abril) es va convocar un concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria de facultatiu/facultativa especialista d'àrea d'oncologia mèdica, entre d'altres especialitats. Aquesta resolució va ser modificada per altres dues: la de data de 2 de juliol de 2020 (BOIB núm. 119/2020, de 7 de juliol) i la de data de 22 de juliol de 2020 (BOIB núm. 132/2020, de 28 de juliol).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2.- La base 4.1. de la convocatòria estableix que una vegada vençut el termini per presentar sol·licituds, el director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears dictarà una resolució per aprovar les llistes provisionals de persones aspirants admeses i excloses del procés selectiu, que es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el portal web www.ibsalut.es.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3.- Així mateix, la base 5.2 de la convocatòria fixa que les persones que integren el Tribunal qualificador han de ser designades pel director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears a través d'una resolució que s'ha de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears amb una antelació de, com a mínim, un mes abans de la data d'examen.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">4.- Per la seva part, la base 7.2. assenyala que, sempre que sigui possible, en la resolució en la qual es publiquin les llistes provisionals de persones admeses i excloses es fixaran la data, l'hora i el lloc en el qual es realitzarà la prova.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Per tot això dict la següent</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:115%"><em><strong>Resolució</strong></em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1.- Aprovar les llistes provisionals de persones aspirants admeses i excloses en el concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria de facultatiu/facultativa especialista d'àrea d'oncologia mèdica dependents del Servei de Salut, convocat mitjançant les resolucions del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears </span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">que s'assenyalen en el punt 1 de l'apartat “Fets” i que figuren en l'Annex 1 d'aquesta resolució. En la llista provisional de persones admeses figuren el nom, els llinatges i el document d'identitat. En la llista provisional de persones excloses figura també la causa d'exclusió.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.- Establir que, amb la finalitat d'evitar errors i, si se'n produeixen, possibilitar que es corregeixin en el termini i en la forma procedent, les persones aspirants han de comprovar no només que no figuren en la llista de persones excloses sinó que, a més, han de confirmar que figuren en la de persones admeses. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.- Disposar que, tal i com indiquen les bases de la convocatòria, les persones aspirants tenen un termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquesta resolució per presentar reclamacions, que no tindran caràcter de recurs, o per reparar el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió. Les reclamacions que es presentin s'han d'entendre rebutjades quan les persones que les hagin presentat no apareguin com a admeses en la resolució en què es publiquin les llistes definitives. Les persones que no reparin els defectes en el termini establert seran excloses del procés selectiu. Així mateix, les qui hagin detectat errors en la consignació de les seves dades personals poden manifestar-ho en aquest mateix termini.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.- Determinar que la persona que figuri en la llista provisional de persones excloses per al torn de promoció interna -independentment del seu dret a reparar defectes o a presentar reclamacions contra l'exclusió- pot pagar la taxa del torn d'accés lliure dins del termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de la publicació d'aquesta resolució. Si finalment és inclosa en les llistes definitives de persones candidates admeses en el torn de promoció interna, tindrà dret a sol·licitar la devolució de la taxa del torn d'accés lliure, d'acord amb el que disposa la base 4.7 de la convocatòria. Si ha estat exclosa de la llista definitiva del torn de promoció interna, serà inclosa d'ofici en la llista definitiva de persones admeses en el torn d'accés lliure i podrà sol·licitar la devolució de la taxa del torn de promoció interna. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.- Resoldre que les persones que figuren com a excloses en la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat, independentment del seu dret a reparar defectes o a presentar reclamacions contra l'exclusió, poden pagar la taxa del torn corresponent dins del termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de la publicació d'aquesta resolució. Si finalment són incloses en les llistes definitives de persones candidates admeses en la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat, tindran dret a sol·licitar que se les torni la taxa abonada, d'acord amb el que disposa la base 4.7 de la convocatòria. Si han estat excloses de la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat, seran incloses d'ofici en la llista definitiva de persones candidates admeses del torn corresponent.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.- Designar les persones que integren el Tribunal qualificador del procés selectiu, que figuren a l'Annex 2.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7.- Informar que l'examen es realitzarà el dia 21 de març de 2021, a las 10:00 hores, en els llocs següents:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:106%"><span style="line-height:106%">Mallorca: Universitat de les Illes Balears.
