    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprovada inicialment per l'Ajuntament Ple en sessió de dia 19 d'octubre de 2020 l'actualització del Reglament per a regular l'ús i gestió de la Deixalleria Municipal de l'Ajuntament de Felanitx, i atès que durant el termini d'exposició pública no s'hi ha presentat cap reclamació, i per tant, esdevé aprovada definitivament, es publica íntegrament en compliment del disposat a la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, i a la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra l'aprovació definitiva d'aquest Reglament se pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptats des del dia de la present publicació, d'acord amb el disposat en els articles 10.1.b i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1. Objecte.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Aquest reglament pretén regular l'ús i gestió de la instal·lació definida en el present document com a deixalleria, situada a C/ Son Cerdà, parcel·la 39, polígon industrial, Felanitx, per aconseguir el seu correcte funcionament com a centre de recepció, emmagatzematge i preclassificació de residus domèstics i, en alguns casos, també comercials, de procedència municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Tot això d'acord amb les corresponents ordenances municipals degudament aprovades per l'Ajuntament de Felanitx, i resta de normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Accessòriament, aquest reglament també es pot aplicar a la regulació de l'ús i gestió dels parcs verds municipals en tot allò que sigui d'aplicació, als efectes del vigent Pla d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;irector &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ectorial per la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;estió dels &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;esidus &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;no perillosos de Mallorca, així com la Llei 08/2019 de residus i sòls contaminats de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2. Objectius.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Els objectius del present reglament són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1. Definir els aspectes generals relacionats amb la gestió i l'ús de la deixalleria, i fomentar la seva utilització i bon funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2. Contribuir a la reducció, reutilització i el reciclatge de residus municipals, amb l'acceptació de manera selectiva els diferents fluxos de residus, per permetre la seva correcta reutilització, reciclatge i valorització, o subsidiàriament, la correcta gestió, amb la finalitat primordial de reduir, en la mesura del possible, l'impacte negatiu que genera sobre el medi la mala gestió dels residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3. Assolir els màxims nivells de qualitat en les fraccions dipositades, amb la reducció al mínim la presència de materials impropis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4. Facilitar l'aportació de residus domèstics de difícil gestió per part de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;le&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;persones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; usuàries admes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;es, com són els voluminosos, restes de podes, residus de construcció i demolició resultants d'obres menors, i altres residus especials, amb l'objecte de contribuir a l'eliminació d'abocaments incontrolats d'aquests.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5. Facilitar la recollida diferenciada de residus perillosos domèstics, per tal de gestionar-los adequadament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6. Millorar la gestió dels residus municipals en el seu conjunt, amb l'adaptació a les normatives estatals i locals en matèria de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;7. Adaptar-se als requisits tècnics mínims especificats en la normativa vigent a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;8. Adaptar-se a les condicions requerides per a l'obtenció de l'autorització administrativa com instal·lacions d'emmagatzematge i preclassificació de residus en l'àmbit de la recollida, d'acord amb l'article 27-1 de la Llei 22/ 2011, de residus i sòls contaminats (BOE núm 181, de 29 de juliol de 2011) i la Llei 8/2019, de residus i sòls contaminats a les Illes Balears, al seu article 46.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3. Definicions.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'efecte d'aplicar aquest Reglament, s'assumeixen les definicions incloses en la normativa sectorial següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El que disposa l'article 3 de la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de residus i sòls contaminats (BOE núm. 181, de 29 de juliol de 2011). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Respecte dels residus d'envasos, el que disposa l'article 2.2 de la Llei 11/1997, de 24 d'abril, d'envasos i residus d'envasos (BOE núm. 99, de 25 d'abril de 1997).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Respecte als residus de la construcció, el que disposa l'article 2 del RD 105/2008, d'1 de febrer, pel qual es regula la producció i la gestió dels residus de construcció i demolició. (BOE núm. 38, de 13 de febrer de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Llista Europea de Residus, la llista de residus publicada a l'annex segon de l'Ordre del Ministeri de Medi Ambient 304/2002, de 8 de febrer (BOE 43, de 19 de febrer de 2002) i les successives actualitzacions que se'n facin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Respecte dels residus d'aparells elèctrics i electrònics, el que disposa l'article 3 del Reial Decret 110/2015, de 20 de febrer, sobre residus d'aparells elèctrics i electrònics (BOE núm. 45 dissabte 21 de febrer de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A més, es defineixen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aparells elèctrics i electrònics: els aparells que necessiten corrent elèctric o camps electromagnètics per funcionar degudament i els aparells necessaris per generar, transmetre i mesurar aquests corrents i camps, i s'utilitzin amb una tensió nominal no superior a 1.000 W de corrent alterna i 1.500 W de corrent continua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Deixalles d'origen animal: els subproductes animals, segons el que disposa el Reglament (CE) núm. 1069/2009 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell i el Reglament (UE) núm. 142/2011, de la Comissió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fracció orgànica dels residus urbans o municipals (FORM): els residus orgànics propis de la llar ―que es produeixen principalment a les cuines en la manipulació, preparació i consum del menjar―, i també els residus provinents de generadors singulars com mercats municipals, restaurants, hotels, grans superfícies i similars. El contingut de residus impropis, això és, no matèria orgànica, inclosos en la FORM, és com a màxim d'un 10 % en pes del total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Parc verd o deixalleria: la instal·lació vigilada, equipada i condicionada amb uns requisits adients que permet la recollida selectiva de residus d'origen domèstic, perillosos i no perillosos, que no són objecte de recollida domiciliària. Al mateix temps, pot actuar com a servei de suport per a les fraccions que disposen de recollida municipal i per recollir els residus produïts per activitats econòmiques petites en quantitats limitades, que compleixin els requisits tècnics mínims establerts a la normativa vigent (Llei 8/2019, de residus i sòls contaminats a les Illes Balears i Pla Director de residus no perillosos de Mallorca).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Productors o generadors singulars qualificats: els productors o posseïdors de residus qualificats així per l'ens local al que pertanyen, per ordenar i millorar la recollida selectiva dels seus residus. Aquesta qualificació és en funció de la qualitat i la quantitat dels residus que produeixen, la seva localització, el tipus d'activitat i els criteris ambientals i econòmics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Residu inert: el que disposa l'article 2 del RD 1481/2001, de 27 de desembre, pel qual es regula l'eliminació de residus mitjançant dipòsit en abocador (BOE núm. 25, de 29 de gener de 2002).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Residus sanitaris grup II: el que disposa l'article 5 del Decret 136/1996, de 5 de juliol, d'ordenació de la gestió dels residus sanitaris a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOCAIB núm. 91, de 20 de juliol de 1996).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Residus voluminosos (RV): residus que per les dimensions, el pes i les propietats no poden ser objecte de recollida ordinària. En qualsevol cas, es consideren residus voluminosos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Altres residus assimilables als anteriors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Electrodomèstics i aparells elèctrics i electrònics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Matalassos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mobles i altres estris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transportista: el gestor dels residus que, únicament, els recull i els transporta amb caràcter professional des del centre productor fins a la destinació final a un gestor autoritzat de residus, tot complint les condicions establertes a l'article 20 de la Llei 22/2011, esmentada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4. Competències municipals.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1. Responsabilitzar directament o indirectament del funcionament de la instal·lació i de la gestió logística dels residus que es dipositen, i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;aporta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;r els recursos materials i humans necessaris a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2. Complir i fer complir les condicions mínimes de funcionament, de seguretat i prevenció a la deixalleria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3. Realitzar la gestió logística dels residus, d'acord amb la normativa específica aplicable, i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;aten&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;dre els sistemes i tractaments previstos en els corresponents plans directors sectorials i resta de normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5. Concepte de la instal·lació.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es tracta d'una instal·lació que ha de permetre la recollida selectiva dels residus d'origen domèstic, perillosos i no perillosos, que no són objecte de recollida domiciliària. Alhora, també presta un servei de suport per a les fraccions que disposen de recollida municipal i un servei per recollir els residus produïts per activitats econòmiques petites en quantitats limitades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix es podran realitzar a les instal·lacions activitats de prevenció i reutilització d'objectes que comprenguin, entre altres, la sensibilització, informació, formació, intercanvi, donació, venda i recollida d'objectes cedits per a la seva reutilització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es preveu realizar operacions de valorització, codi R12, corresponent a intercanvi de residus per sotmetre-los a qualsevol de les operacions enumerades entre R1 i R11, en terminología de l'annex II de la Llei 22/2011 de residus i sòls contaminats. Queden incloses aquí operacions prèvies a la valorització, inclòs el tractament previ, operacions tals com el desmuntatge, classificació, compactació, condicionament, separació i combinació o mescla, prèvies a qualsevol de les operacions de la R1 a la R11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També es preveu realitzar operacions de valorització R13, corresponent a emmagzamament de residus a l'espera de qualsevol de les operacions numerades de la R1 a la R12, exclòs l'emmagatzament temporal, a l'espera de recollida, al lloc on se va produir el residu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tot i sempre respectant les vigents condicions establertes als Plans directors sectorials vigents, per la gestió dels residus no perillosos de la illa de Mallorca, i en detriment dels drets dels concessionaris vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6. Criteris generals&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Es facilitarà en tot moment l'ús per part de les persones usuàries, el treball per part dels treballadors i treballadores i la recollida dels residus per part de le&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;persones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;encarrega&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;des del transport. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Els criteris a tenir en compte per complir els criteris esmentats són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1. La seguretat i la facilitat d'ús, tant de les persones usuàries com dels treballadors i treballadores o del personal que realitza el transport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2. Els contenidors han d'estar distribuïts adequadament i han de ser de fàcil accés per a les persones usuàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3. Les instal·lacions han d'estar adequades perquè el personal de la deixalleria pugui realitzar la seva tasca i ha d'estar equipat en tot moment amb els elements de prevenció de riscos laborals necessaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4. La deixalleria ha de ser accessible per a totes les persones usuàries, incloses les persones amb mobilitat reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5. Les instal·lacions han d'estar dissenyades i s'han d'adaptar, en la mesura que sigui possible, a criteris paisatgístics que afavoreixin la integració en l'entorn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6. Les instal·lacions han d'estar adequades per prevenir qualsevol tipus de risc ambiental com a possibles vessaments, i proveïdes en tot moment dels sistemes i equipaments de seguretat que evitin possibles riscos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;7. Cal evitar en tot moment les possibles fonts d'olor i brutícia, i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;evita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;r així el possible impacte negatiu sobre l'entorn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7. Equipaments.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La instal·lació comptarà amb els següents equips:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1. Un magatzem de residus perillosos que consisteixi en un espai tancat i correctament ventilat, on els residus d'aquesta categoria han de ser dipositats en quantitats reduïdes que no siguin perilloses per a la seva acumulació. Aquests habitacles han d'estar adaptats per evitar pèrdues i dotats de mecanismes de seguretat, tant de contenció com orientats a la prevenció de riscos laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2. Contenidors adequats en nombre i també segons el tipus de residu a emmagatzemar. Els contenidors han de complir les condicions de seguretat i higiene de conformitat a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3. Contenidors de gran volum per a la recollida de residus voluminosos o que tinguin un gran flux d'entrada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;S'ha d'intentar maximitzar la capacitat d'aportació dels contenidors i facilitar l'aportació de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4. Àrees de contenidors de petit volum destinades a materials que es reben minoritàriament o tenen mida reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5. Sistemes de senyalització per facilitar l'ús de la instal·lació per part de les persones usuàries (horaris, residus admesos i restriccions d'aportació, taxes, etc.) i per informar dels riscos, obligacions i prohibicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6. L'equip i les eines per al personal, necessaris per realitzar les tasques de manera adequada, el material de neteja i sanejament i el material de prevenció de riscos laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;7. Tots els elements de seguretat i de prevenció d'incendis i d'accidents necessaris per complir en tot moment la normativa vigent en aquest aspecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;8. Instal·lacions i equipaments que permetin una ràpida i adequada evacuació de l'aigua de pluja per no danyar els edificis, els elements constructius, els contenidors o els residus que es dipositen, així com les mesures necessàries per evitar sobre aquests els efectes del vent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;9. Les instal·lacions i equipaments necessaris per afavorir la preparació per a la reutilització i reutilització de les diferents fraccions de residu segons estableix la Llei 8/2019 de residus i sòls contaminats de les illes Balears, així com les previstes en el Reial Decret 110/2015, de 20 de febrer, sobre residus d'aparells elèctrics i electrònics (BOE núm. 45 dissabte 21 de febrer de 2015), tot i sempre respectant les condicions establertes als Plans directors sectorials per la gestió dels residus no perillosos de l'illa de Mallorca, i en detriment dels drets dels concessionaris vigents si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8. Model de gestió.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La gestió interna de la instal·lació é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;s en tot cas de titularitat de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Ajuntament, i la pot exercir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1. Gestió directa, amb l'exercici de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;l'Ajuntament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;l'explotació, el manteniment i la gestió administrativa, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;amb l'aportació d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;els recursos necessaris per al seu funcionament i assumi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;r la càrrega administrativa associada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2. Gestió indirecta, mitjançant concessió administrativa o altra figura admesa a la normativa de contractació, de l'explotació de la instal·lació a una empresa o entitat gestora de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En el cas que l'Ajuntament no dugui a terme la gestió directa de la instal·lació, assegurarà els pertinents controls, nomenant un director del contracte, amb capacitat i competència tècnica adient, segons estableix la Llei 9/2017 de contractes del sector públic, i garantir en tot cas el correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat, i en tot cas el correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9. Persones usuàries.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podran fer ús del servei sense contraprestació econòmica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Els particulars que la seva residència estigui inclosa en el padró municipal d'habitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les persones, físiques o jurídiques, que posseeixin residus generats per activitats comercials o de serveis, ubicades en el terme municipal de Felanitx, sempre que aquests residus, per la seva naturalesa, siguin similars als domèstics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Els organismes públics i entitats (centres educatius, culturals, protecció civil, etc. i les entitats sense ànim de lucre – associacions, fundacions, ONG …-).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament podrà establir uns límits en funció del volum, pes o freqüència al lliurament de residus per part de les persones usuàries abans indicades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas que l'Ajuntament ho consideri oportú, s'autoritzarà a recepcionar residus procedents de petites empreses, sempre que siguin de la mateixa naturalesa que els acceptats pels particulars, i s'hagi aprovat prèviament la corresponent tarifa, que hauran d'abonar obligatòriament les empreses usuàries del servei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;L'ús de la instal·lació està previst fonamentalment per a l'entrada de persones usuàries particulars, i es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;facilita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;rà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; en tot moment l'ús d'aquesta instal·lació per part d'aquests, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;i s'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;informa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;rà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; adequadament i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;s'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;rà en la disposició dels residus. És molt important que el personal de la instal·lació es prepari per donar servei a aquest tipus d'usuari particular, sense coneixements previs de gestió de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es podran recepcionar residus procedents de petites activitats comercials i econòmiques en quantitats limitades. L'Ajuntament, mitjançant la persona encarregada, o bé el director del contracte en cas de dubte, decidirà en cada cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Les&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; visit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; a la instal·lació es farà amb cura i sota la responsabilitat de les persones usuàries, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;i queda totalment alliberat l'Ajuntament de qualsevol responsabilitat que pogués derivar d'una manipulació indeguda dels residus en ser traslladats i abocats per les persones usuàries, o d'una maniobra indeguda del conductor/a del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En tot cas, les persones usuàries han de respectar en tot moment les normes i indicacions de circulació dins de la instal·lació, la limitació de la velocitat, sentit de rotació dels vehicles, lloc d'aturada i resta de condicionants propis del moviment a l'interior del recinte, tot respectant en tot moment les indicacions que els facin els operaris i operàries de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En cas de trobar o deixar els contenidors plens en el moment del lliurament dels respectius residus, s'ha de comunicar als operaris i operàries, o bé trucar a l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Està totalment prohibit fumar al recinte de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10. Control d'accés i identificació de les persones usuàries.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Abans de l'acceptació del residu, cada visitant haurà d'informar el personal encarregat d'allò que pretén abocar, tant pel control estadístic com per l'orientació de l'abocament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El personal encarregat durà a terme, sempre que sigui possible, un registre de les persones usuàries de la instal·lació amb la finalitat de conèixer la tipologia (particulars, comercials, etc.), els tipus de residus aportats, els dies i les hores de màxima utilització de la instal·lació i el nombre de persones usuàries. A partir d'aquesta informació, es podrà conèixer l'evolució de la gestió de la instal·lació i estudiar possibles accions de millora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El servei de recollida de residus de construcció i demolició està limitat als particulars que hagin realitzat petites obres domèstiques. La persona encarregada només acceptarà aquest tipus de residus (sense impropis) un cop hagi registrat les dades particulars de la persona usuària, la matrícula del vehicle i la quantitat aproximada lliurada. Amb aquest control es pretén evitar que una persona usuària aporti periòdicament i en petites quantitats residus de construcció i demolició que no siguin domèstics. Aquest mateix sistema de control es durà a terme en el cas de persones usuàries que vulguin dipositar residus d'amiant i altres tipus de residus perillosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;L'accés a la instal·lació estarà limitat als vehicles, turismes i furgonetes amb un màxim de pes autoritzat de 3.500 kg. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;D'aquesta limitació queden exclosos els camions de transport dels contenidors i altres vehicles autoritzats per l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Els operaris i operàries de la instal·lació recolliran de totes les persones usuàries les dades que s'indiquin per part de l'Ajuntament. Aquestes dades serviran per controlar la gestió i per un control estadístic del funcionament general de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 11. Informació a la persona &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;usu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;à&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ri&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Senyalització dins la deixalleria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La correcta senyalització és imprescindible per facilitar l'ús de la instal·lació a la ciutadania. L'Ajuntament de Felanitx senyalitzarà els principals carrers d'accés a la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per una altra banda, s'instal·larà un rètol ben visible a l'entrada de la instal·lació que indicarà, com a mínim:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El nom de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Els horaris d'obertura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Residus que es recullen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Telèfon de contacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Imatge corporativa de l'Ajuntament de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La informació del rètol es complementarà mitjançant la col·locació d'un tauler d'anuncis petit i tancat davant l'oficina de recepció on poder-hi penjar fulls informatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les vies d'entrada i sortida, tant dels vehicles com de les persones usuàries vianants, se senyalitzaran al terra de la instal·lació. Tots els contenidors de la instal·lació s'identificaran amb un logotip i el nom dels residus que s'hi poden dipositar. Els elements de contenció dels residus especials i perillosos duran també els corresponents pictogrames de seguretat dels productes químics (inflamable, corrosiu, comburent, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El personal de la instal·lació complementarà la senyalització mitjançant accions informatives i d'assessorament destinades a les persones usuàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Bústia de suggeriments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'oficina de recepció de la instal·lació s'hi instal·larà una bústia de suggeriments. D'aquesta manera, els responsables tècnics podran rebre les opinions, les queixes i els suggeriments de les persones usuàries que servirà per millorar la qualitat del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;c) Horaris de funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;L'Ajuntament establir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;à&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;els horaris, que seran exposats tant a la pròpia deixalleria com mitjançant la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 12. Personal.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La instal·lació comptarà com a mínim i durant tot el seu horari de funcionament, amb un/a encarregat/encarregada que vetlli per la correcta dinàmica del servei, i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;controla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;rà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; que es faci ús correcte i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;responsabilitza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;rà de la instal·lació durant l'horari d'obertura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El personal podrà ser propi de l'Ajuntament o subcontractat. Tot el personal de la instal·lació ha de rebre una formació adequada en matèria de prevenció de riscos laborals per dur a terme el seu treball, especialment en el cas de residus perillosos o problemàtics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Les tasques a realitzar per part de la persona encarregada, o pel personal sota la seva direcció, són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1. Obertura i tancament de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2. Gestió i control de les activitats que es duen a terme a l'interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3. Desenvolupament de les tasques administratives associades a la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4. Atenció a les persones usuàries i resoldre els seus dubtes sobre la separació dels residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5. Registrar en el llibre d'incidències les situacions que puguin considerar anòmales en relació al funcionament de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6. Enregistrar en un document o sistema informàtic les entrades i sortides de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;7. Dur a terme el control i coordinació en les tasques de retirada dels residus pels distints gestors autoritzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;8. Vetllar pel compliment de la normativa de seguretat i evitar casos de risc o accident.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;9. Dur a terme les tasques de manteniment i neteja de les instal·lacions i maquinària que tinguin encomanades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;10. Manipulació de residus perillosos en petites quantitats (els no perillosos els pot dipositar la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; mateix&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;a persona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; usu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;compli&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;r les següents normes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;- Impedir l'accés de les persones usuàries a la zona reservada per a aquests residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;- Manejar aquests residus amb els equips de protecció individual i seguretat requerits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;- Comunicar qualsevol anomalia que s'observi i controlar l'ompliment dels contenidors per a la retirada en condicions normalitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;11. Informar amb la suficient antelació el responsable de l'estat dels contenidors per a la seva substitució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;12. Atendre les possibles trucades i donar a la ciutadania tota la informació que aquesta sol·liciti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;13. Avisar i denunciar immediatament a la Policia Municipal i als òrgans competents de l'Ajuntament, les persones i/o empreses que incompleixen les normes d'utilització de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;14. Permetre i facilitar inspeccions i verificacions dels responsables en matèria de residus de les distintes administracions competents en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.Avisar els transportistes perquè vinguin a recollir residus a la instal·lació i donar-los les instruccions necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16. Actuar immediatament en cas de situacions de risc (vessament d'algun residu, incendi, actes de vandalisme, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17. Recuperar els materials valoritzables dels mobles i estris vells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18. Posar els residus que s'han lliurat de manera incorrecta en el contenidor corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

S'utilitzaran 3 o 4 contenidors verds tipus iglú de càrrega superior i de 2,5 m3 de capacitat per a la recollida dels envasos de vidre i 3 o 4 més de color groc per als envasos lleugers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els contenidors tipus iglú de la deixalleria seran recollits mitjançant un camió amb grua i es transportaran fins a una de les estacions de transferència designades pel Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Per això, és imprescindible que la instal·lació, com a principal àrea d'emergència, disposi de contenidors de 800-1.000 litres de capacitat per a l'aportació de les fraccions orgànica i rebuig, en el moment en que es posi en marxa la recollida de matèria orgànica, d'acord amb el que estableix la llei 8/2019 al seu article 29. L'Ajuntament de Felanitx és l'administració encarregada de dur a terme la recollida d'aquestes fraccions mitjançant els sistemes de recollida municipal de què disposi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es disposarà de contenidors de grans dimensions, tipus banyera, de 14 a 30 m3 de capacitat per a la recollida de les restes de poda i fusta no tractada que s'ubicarà a la zona de contenidors. En el cas de rebre palets en bon estat, se separaran i es posaran a disposició de les persones usuàries que els vulguin reutilitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El contenidor amb les restes de poda es transportarà mitjançant un camió amb ganxo hidràulic (tipus &lt;em&gt;multilif, ampliroll, multivol, etc)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. El material es deixarà a la planta de compostatge de Felanitx, on es mesclarà amb fang d'EDAR per obten&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r compost, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o altre instal·lació quan així ho disposi la normativa vigent. El camió amb ganxo deixarà un contenidor buit de substitució abans de carregar el contenidor ple de restes de poda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ferralla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La ferralla és una mescla de metalls que es recolliran dins un mateix contenidor metàl·lic de 20 a 30 m3, tipus banyera, que s'instal·larà a la zona de contenidors, prop de la resta de contenidors de grans dimensions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una empresa gestora autoritzada s'encarregarà de buidar la ferralla del contenidor mitjançant un camió amb grua i “pop” o bé mitjançant un camió amb ganxo hidràulic (tipus &lt;em&gt;multilif, ampliroll, multivol, etc)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. En aquest darrer cas, s'haurà de deixar sempre un contenidor buit per substituir el contenidor ple recollit. En aquest procés, prendrà les mesures que siguin necessàries per evitar tota classe d'accidents. Abans d'abandonar la instal·lació, el transportista recollirà del terra el material que hagi pogut caure en la realització dels t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;reballas de càrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Residus voluminosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els residus voluminosos agrupa un conjunt molt variat de materials (mobles vells, matalassos, estris, etc.) que vénen definits a l'article 3 del present Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els residus voluminosos recollits es dipositaran dins un contenidor metàl·lic de 14 a 30 m3 tipus banyera que s'instal·larà en la zona de contenidors de grans dimensions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Un cop el contenidor estigui ple, l'encarregat avisarà una empresa transportista autoritzada per transportar-los fins als centres de transferència i pretractament o directament a les plantes de tractament degudament autoritzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Residus d'aparells elèctrics i electrònics (RAEE). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es recolliran únicament els RAEE d'origen domèstic que inclouen tots els grans i petits electrodomèstics, aparells d'informàtica, telèfons o aparells d'il·luminació que es fan servir a les llars particulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els RAEE s'emmagatzemaran sota una part del cobert de la instal·lació que disposarà d'arquetes de seguretat per a la recollida de possibles vessaments, tal i com s'estableix en el Reial Decret 110/2015, de 20 de febrer, sobre residus d'aparells elèctrics i electrònics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la instal·lació se separaran en les fraccions establertes a la taula 1 del Reial Decret 110/2015:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- RAEE de la línia blanca amb CFC: són els RAEE de la fracció de recollida 1 de la taula 1 del Reial Decret 110/2015. Inclouen els frigorífics, congeladors, aires condicionats, radiadors i emissors tèrmics amb oli, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- RAEE de la línia blanca sense CFC: són els RAEE de la fracció de recollida 4 de la taula 1 del Reial Decret 11/2015. Inclouen grans aparells amb una dimensió exterior superior a 50 cm:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Grans electrodomèstics: rentadores, cuines, rentavaixelles, forns, assecadores, ventiladors elèctrics, plaques de calor elèctriques, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Equips d'informàtica i telecomunicacions de grans dimensions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Altres aparells electrònics de consum: instruments musicals, aparells de gravació d'imatges, aparells d'enregistrament o reproducció de so, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Lluminàries de les vies públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Eines elèctriques i electròniques de mida grossa: serres, foradadores, màquines de cosir, eines per tornejar, polir, motllurar, perforar, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Joguines o equips esportius de mida grossa: ordinadors per a ciclisme, córrer, rem, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Monitors i pantalles: constitueixen els RAEE de la fracció de recollida 2 de la taula 1 del Reial Decret 11/2015. Inclouen monitors, pantalles i televisors, televisors de raigs catòdics, monitors d'ordinadors personals, pantalles LED, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Petits aparells elèctrics i electrònics: constitueixen els RAEE de la fracció de recollida 4 de la taula 1 del Reial Decret 11/2015. Inclouen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Petits electrodomèstics: aspiradores, torradores, fregidores, cafeteres, planxes, radiadors sense oli, màquines d'afeitar, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Equips d'informàtica i telecomunicacions: ordinadors personals sense monitor, miniordinadors, ordinadors portàtils, impressores, telèfons, telèfons mòbils, ordinadors tipus tauleta, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Altres aparells de consum: ràdios, videocàmares, cadenes d'alta fidelitat, petits instruments musicals, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Eines elèctriques i electròniques petites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Joguines i equips esportius de mida petita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La fracció de monitors i pantalles i la fracció de petits aparells elèctrics i electrònics s'emmagatzemaran, separadament, dins gàbies metàl·liques d'1,2 m x 1,2 m x 1,6 m que s'ubicaran sota la zona coberta. Cada una de les dues fraccions s'emmagatzemarà en una gàbia diferent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Làmpades: constitueixen els RAEE de la fracció de recollida 3 de la taula 1 del Reial Decret 110/2015. Inclou les làmpades fluorescents rectes, làmpades fluorescents compactes, làmpades de descàrrega, bombetes de baix consum, LED, lluminàries, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquests residus s'emmagatzemaran dins un contenidor de polietilè específic que n'impedirà el trencament. Aquest contenidor romandrà dins el magatzem per als residus especials/perillosos o, en el cas de no haver-hi espai suficient, sota la zona coberta, per tal d'evitar l'acció corrosiva per causes meteorològiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els corresponents SIG de cada una de les fraccions es faran càrrec de la seva recollida i del seu tractament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Residus de Construcció i Demolició. (RCD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El servei de recollida de la deixalleria d'aquests tipus de residus està limitat als particulars que hagin realitzat petites obres domèstiques. Només s'admetran residus de construcció i demolició nets d'altres materials com fustes, plàstics, ferralla, uralita, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es recollirà dins un contenidor metàl·lic de 10 m3 atès que contenidors amb volums més grossos són difícils de transportar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'empresa autoritzada contractada per l'Ajuntament recollirà i transportarà aquest residus fins als centres de transferència i pretractament o directament a les plantes de tractament degudament autoritzadoes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Roba i calçat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es disposarà d'un contenidor metàl·lic per a la recollida de roba i calçat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que aquest contenidor protegeix aquest tipus de residus de les inclemències meteorològiques, es pot ubicar a la zona de contenidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Poliestirè expandit (porexpan).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El poliestirè expandit, anomenat també suro blanc o porexpan, pot ser de dos tipus diferents: per una banda, els de mida petita o mitjana que poden provenir dels embalatges de productes domèstics com per exemple petits electrodomèstics, joguines, aliments, etc. Per una altra banda, hi ha els embalatges de grans dimensions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El porexpan de mida petita/mitjana provinents de residus domèstics pot recollir-se mitjançant els contenidors tipus iglú de color groc instal·lats. En canvi, el porexpan de grans dimensions es recollirà mitjançant 2 o 3 saques d'1 m3 de capacitat i es lliuraran a empreses especialitzades en el seu reciclatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.b) Residus especials i/o perillosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Bateries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les bateries s'emmagatzemaran dins un contenidor específic, resistent a la corrosió dels àcids que contenen i amb tapa. El contenidor s'ubicarà sota la zona coberta per evitar el contacte de l'aigua amb les bateries. Les bateries seran recollides exclusivament per gestors autoritzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Piles i acumuladors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es recolliran els grups següents de piles i acumuladors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Piles estàndard: són les piles salines i alcalines que s'utilitzen en aparells domèstics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Piles botó: són les que són rodones i tenen una dimensió reduïda. S'utilitzen per a aparells especials com rellotges, audífons, marcapassos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Acumuladors portàtils: són piles recarregables domèstiques que poden utilitzar-se molt de temps com les utilitzades a telèfons mòbils, videocàmeres, PC, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les piles i els acumuladors s'emmagatzemaran dins els contenidors específics que determini &lt;em&gt;l'Oficina de Coordinación de los Sistemas Integrados de Gestión de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;pilas y acu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;m&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;uladores &lt;/em&gt;(OFIPILAS), els quals s'ubicaran dins el magatzem per a residus perillosos o sota la zona coberta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Residus perillosos en petites quantitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'acceptaran els envasos que contenguin restes de substàncies perilloses o estiguin contaminats per aquestes substàncies (pintures, dissolvents, àcids, etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els envasos que contenen substàncies perilloses s'emmagatzemaran dins caixes o contenidors de polietilè resistents d'alta densitat. S'instal·larà un contenidor d'1m3 per a la recollida dels envasos que contenguin pintura i dues caixes o dos contenidors de menor capacitat per emmagatzemar-hi els envasos que contenguin altres substàncies perilloses. A la part exterior dels contenidors o caixes es col·locarà, en un lloc ben visible, l'etiqueta de classificació del grup de residus. Els residus es posaran dins de les caixes o contenidors en posició vertical i tapats hermèticament. No es mesclaran baix cap concepte i es deixaran dins l'envàs amb el qual han estat lliurats a la deixalleria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tenint en compte que la població de Felanitx és de 17.291 habitants (INE, 2014) es pot estimar que inicialment se'n recolliran menys de 10 tones a l'any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per aquest motiu, l'operador de la instal·lació es considerarà inicialment un petit productor de residus perillosos. Si no fos així, caldria modificar aquesta consideració i tramitar les pertinents autoritzacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les caixes o contenidors específics per a aquests residus perillosos aniran col·locats sobre cubetes de retenció resistents de polietilè per recollir possibles vessaments accidentals. La capacitat de les cubetes de retenció serà igual al volum màxim dels residus líquids o semilíquids que es puguin emmagatzemar a les caixes o contenidors utilitzats. Així mateix, es disposarà de sepiolita o materials absorbents similars per a la contenció de possibles vessaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona encarregada anotarà a l'envàs la data de recollida del residu perillós. A més, disposarà d'un registre físic o telemàtic dels residus perillosos que es lliurin als gestors autoritzats. Cada vegada que es lliurin residus perillosos a un gestor autoritzat, emplenarà un albarà físic amb la informació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Número d'albarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nom del gestor autoritzat que recull els residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Data i hora del lliurament al gestor autoritzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Data en què varen ser recollits a la deixalleria (figurarà als envasos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nom del treballador o treballadora de l'empresa gestora que reculli els residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Matrícula del vehicle de recollida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tipus o grup de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Quantitat aproximada de residus que s'entreguen al gestor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Signatura de la persona encarregada i del treballador o treballadora del gestor autoritzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Olis minerals i vegetals usats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els olis minerals usats són els procedents d'automòbils i maquinària. Aquests residus no es mesclaran amb altres olis de característiques diferents. L'oli mineral es recollirà dins un contenidor metàl·lic d'entre 600 i 1.000 litres de capacitat que s'ubicarà davall la zona coberta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'oli vegetal també es recollirà mitjançant un contenidor metàl·lic de 600 a 1.000 litres de capacitat que s'ubicarà davall la zona coberta. No obstant això, se separarà a una distància prudent del contenidor per a l'oli mineral per tal d'evitar possibles mescles accidentals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els contenidors d'oli mineral i vegetal aniran col·locats sobre cubetes de retenció que recolliran l'oli en cas de vessaments accidentals. D'acord amb la normativa vigent, si una cubeta conté un sol contenidor d'oli, la seva capacitat serà igual al 100% de la capacitat del contenidor. Si la cubeta conté més d'un contenidor, la seva capacitat serà igual al major dels volums següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Igual al del contenidor de major volum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Igual al 10% del volum total emmagatzemat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per una altra banda, la instal·lació disposarà sempre de material absorbent tipus sepiolita o similar per a la recollida de lixiviats, en el cas que els altres sistemes de seguretat no funcionin correctament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalment, cal recordar que les aigües pluvials que es recullin, es canalitzaran i es conduiran per gravetat cap a un separador d'olis i greixos. Les aigües pluvials lliures de greixos s'abocaran cap als filtres verds perimetrals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Residus de construcció i demolició amb amiant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'amiant, d'acord amb el Reial Decret 952/1997 és considerat un residu perillós i per això, s'establirà un protocol d'actuació per tal que aquests residus siguin emmagatzemats de forma correcta a la deixalleria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El protocol d'actuació de la instal·lació per l'amiant serà el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PROTOCOL D'ACTUACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Metodologia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Seran objecte d'aquesta metodologia tots aquells materials que puguin contenir amiant (fibrociment, aïllants,...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament acceptarà materials amb amiant, sempre i que se segueixin les normes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Els materials friables (facilitat d'emetre pols a l'ambient) es rebran perfectament tancats amb bosses o embalats amb plàstics de tal manera que s'eviti la dispersió de fibres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Els materials no friables s'acceptaran sempre i quan les peces tenguin una mida adequada per poder ser introduïdes dins les saques o els contenidors específics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Llistat de treballs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament farà recepció d'amiant en la instal·lació de recepció de residus municipal, per la qual cosa els treballadors i treballadores poden estar exposats a fibres d'amiant. Les tasques que han de dur a terme els treballadors i treballadores són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Controlar visualment el material admès a la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Indicar a les persones usuàries el lloc on s'han de dipositar els materials que contenguin amiant. El treballador o treballadora de la instal·lació no tocarà el material rebut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Gestionar correctament els residus admesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Recollir els materials amb amiant que s'hagin romput accidentalment dins la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Gestionar els materials amb risc de contenir amiant abandonats davant la porta de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Procediments de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La recepció dels materials que contenen amiant no és un fet previsible. Per aquest motiu, els treballadors i treballadores han de disposar de totes les proteccions i els equips necessaris per fer la recepció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els equipaments necessaris són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Es disposarà d'una zona per dipositar l'amiant, perfectament senyalitzada i tancada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Es disposarà dels equips de treball necessaris: bosses adequades per als residus, saques homologades de dipòsit senyalitzades, mànegues per polvoritzar aigua i martells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Els equips de protecció individual seran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mascaretes filtrants FFP3 EN149 d'un sol ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Granota d'un sol ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Guants d'un sol ús o fàcils de netejar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Botes de goma fàcils de netejar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mètodes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mètode de treball s'ha de definir de manera que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Limiti l'exposició dels treballadors i treballadores a les fibres d'amiant durant les operacions de retirada i neteja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Redueixi al màxim possible l'emissió de fibres d'amiant de les proximitats de l'àrea de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La metodologia per a una manipulació sense risc dels materials amb amiant haurà de seguir les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Material perfectament embalat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest cas, la persona encarregada no té cap risc d'exposició a les fibres d'amiant. L'operari no ha de tocar la bossa sinó que només ha d'indicar els contenidors flexibles específics on s'ha de deixar el residu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;_ Material no embalat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona encarregada de la instal·lació lliurarà bosses de plàstic o plàstic per embalar a les persones usuàries que vulguin entregar material no embalat. Les persones usuàries dipositaran el material embalat dins els contenidors flexibles tipus &lt;em&gt;big bag &lt;/em&gt;específics. No s'acceptaran les peces que no tenguin la mida adequada per poder ser introduïdes dins les saques o els contenidors específics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas que es produeixi una ruptura accidental de material no embalat dins la instal·lació, se seguiran les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Materials que tenen la mida adequada per poder ser introduïts dins les saques o contenidors específics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Abans d'iniciar qualsevol manipulació l'operari haurà de col·locar-se tots els equips de protecció individual (EPI) necessaris: mascaretes autofiltrants FFP3 EN149 i guants d'un sol ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Banyar el material que conté amiant amb una solució aglutinant o amb aigua polvoritzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Embalar, sempre que sigui possible, el material amb plàstic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Col·locar el material dins les saques o altres recipients homologats per procedir al seu segellament. Aquestes saques o recipients s'emmagatzemaran en una zona de la deixalleria específicament dissenyada per contenir aquest residu perillós.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Retirar els equips de protecció individual i dipositar-los dins els contenidors flexibles utilitzats per emmagatzemar els residus que contenen amiant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Materials que tenen una mida massa grossa per introduir-se dins les saques o contenidors específics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- S'avisarà una empresa autoritzada per a la seva recollida. En cap cas no es manipularà aquest tipus de material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas que es deixi abandonat davant la porta de la instal·lació material amb possible contingut d'amiant, s'avisarà una empresa autoritzada per a la&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;seva recollida. En cap cas no es manipularà aquest tipus de material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Retirada de material i equips de protecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La retirada dels equips de protecció individual, un cop hagin finalitzat els treballs de gestió relacionats amb els materials que puguin contenir amiant, es durà a terme amb la metodologia següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Mitjançant una baieta humida o baieta adherent s'ha de netejar, sense llevarse'ls, la mascareta i els guants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Retirar els guants i dipositar-los dins les saques o els recipients utilitzats per a l'emmagatzematge dels residus que contenen amiant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Rentar-se bé les mans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Procedir a la retirada de la mascareta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Netejar-se les mans i la cara amb aigua neta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Gestió dels residus que contenen amiant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els treballadors i treballadores de la instal·lació seran els encarregats d'avisar l'empresa gestora autoritzada per dur a terme la retirada de les saques i, posteriorment, tractar-les correctament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Preparació per la reutilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es disposa d'espai adient. En el cas que es volgués dur a terme dites operacions, les instal·lacions i les actuacions de preparació per a la reutilització estan sotmeses a les obligacions derivades de la normativa en matèria de residus pel fet de ser operacions de tractament de residus, i caldria sol·licitar prèviament autorització al servei de residus de la Conselleria de Medi Ambient del Govern de les illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 16. Control de la gestió de la deixalleria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El control de la gestió es fonamenta en quatre aspectes fonamentals: el control de l'ús de la instal·lació per part de les persones usuàries, el control de la gestió dels residus, el control de la gestió econòmica i el control del manteniment de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pel que fa a la gestió econòmica, s'analitzaran i avaluaran totes les operacions que afectin l'àmbit econòmic de la deixalleria aniran acompanyades de tota la documentació de suport corresponent (factures, albarans, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona encarregada haurà de mantenir un control actualitzat de les tasques de neteja, de manteniment de la instal·lació i de la maquinària (dipòsits, fossa sèptica amb filtre percolador, separador de greixos, etc.) i de manteniment de les zones de vegetació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació al control de la gestió dels residus, cada vegada que un gestor autoritzat reculli un residu, excepte el paper, envasos de vidre, envasos lleugers, rebuig i fracció orgànica, la persona encarregada expedirà un albarà com a comprovant de la recollida realitzada. El comprovant ha d'incloure, com a mínim:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Número d'albarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Lloc, data i hora de recollida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nom de l'empresa gestora autoritzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nom del treballador o treballadora de l'empresa gestora que reculli el residu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Destinació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tipus de residus recollits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Quantitat aproximada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Signatura de la persona encarregada i del treballador o treballadora del gestor autoritzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Matrícula del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No serà necessari que la persona encarregada expedeixi l'albarà quan ho faci el personal de l'empresa gestora autoritzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 17. Responsabilitat administrativa i règim sancionador.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En tot el que es refereix a l'incompliment del que regula la present norma, s'aplicarà la responsabilitat administrativa i règim sancionador regulats per l'Ordenança municipal de residus i per les disposicions regulades en la Llei 22/2011 (BOE núm. 181, de 28 de juliol) de residus i sòls contaminats, així com la Llei 8/2019 de residus i sòls contaminats a les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 23, de 21 de febrer de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entrada en vigor.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En aplicació de l'article 103 de la LMRLIB, el reglament entrarà en vigor quan s'hagi publicat íntegrament en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i quan hagi transcorregut el termini de quinze dies hàbils que indica l'article 113 de la LMRLIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
