    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió de caràcter ordinari celebrada el 26 de juny de 2020, i en exercici de les seves competències sobre la base d'allò proposat (conforme a la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques), i l'article 10.30 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars, i en virtut del Decret de Presidència de 25 de juny de 2019, publicat al BOIB número 102, de 25 de juliol de 2019, mitjançant el qual es deleguen atribucions a la Comissió de Govern i la resta d'atribucions que li atorga la legislació vigent va adoptar, per unanimitat, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acceptar la justificació de la subvenció 2019 mitjançant la presentació del estats comptables degudament auditats presentats al consell insular de Formentera en data 31 de març de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Concedir una subvenció directa al Fons Pitiús de Cooperació, amb CIF G57008559, per un import de 30.000,00 € (trenta mil euros)&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;per a l'any 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La gestió de la subvenció es durà a terme d'acord amb les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE: &lt;em&gt;Llei 38/2003 i bases d'execució del Pressupost&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;FINALITAT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ: C&lt;em&gt;ooperació al desenvolupament&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERMINI DE REALITZACIÓ DE L'ACTIVITAT SUBVENCIONADA: &lt;em&gt;Des de l'1 de gener de 2020 fins al 31 de desembre de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERMINI DE JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LA SUBVENCIÓ: &lt;em&gt;Abans de 15 d'agost de 2021.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓ SUBVENCIÓ: &lt;em&gt;Mitjançant presentació d'estats comptables.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;IMPORT DE DESPESES A JUSTIFICAR: &lt;em&gt;La quantia a justificar haurà de ser com a mínim l'import de la quantitat concedida&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;MOTIUS DE LA PÈRDUA DE LA SUBVENCIÓ: &lt;em&gt;La falta de justificació de l'activitat o l'objecte de la subvenció suposarà la pèrdua de la subvenció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;OBLIGACIÓ DE COMUNICAR &lt;em&gt;la concessió d'altres ajudes o subvencions públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PAGAMENT: &lt;em&gt;anticipat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RÈGIM DE GARANTIES: &lt;em&gt;S'eximeix de la presentació de garanties [art.43 L9/2008 de cooperació al desenvolupament].&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUART.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Autoritzar i disposar la despesa amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2020/01/924/48.000/02 a favor del beneficiari “&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fons Pitiús de Cooperació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;” amb CIF G57008559 per l'import concedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CINQUÈ.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reconèixer l'obligació, ordenar el pagament i pagar l'import íntegrament de la subvenció i registrar l'operació com a pendent de justificar fins que el beneficiari no procedeixi a la justificació de la mateixa d'acord amb les normes de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
