    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 210, de 17 de desembre de 2020, s'ha publicat la Resolució del director general de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres d'11 de desembre de 2020 per la qual s'autoritza l'adscripció del Centre Concertat d'Educació Infantil San Vicente de Paúl, del Port de Pollença, al Col·legi Públic d'Educació Infantil i Primària Miquel Capllonch, del Port de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'ha observat una errada en la publicació de la versió en català pel que fa al nom de la titularitat del Centre Concertat d'Educació Infantil San Vicente de Paúl, en el punt 1 de la Resolució.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segons l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició; la rectificació d'errors ha d'especificar, si escau, els efectes jurídics que se'n deriven, i s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan faci referència a actes que hagin estat notificats o publicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'ha comprovat que hi va haver una errada de transcripció en la versió en català, a l'hora de redactar el nom de la titularitat del Centre Concertat d'Educació Infantil San Vicente de Paúl, en el punt 1 de la Resolució i és necessari corregir-ho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Corregir les errades advertides en la versió en català, en el sentit següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el punt 1 de la Resolució, &lt;strong&gt;on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Codi de centre: 07004451&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
