782 ca text/html CAIB 2021-01-11 2021-01-14 781 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">La Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió celebrada el 23 de desembre de 2020, i en exercici de les seues competències, sobre la base d'allò proposat (conforme a la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques), i l'article 10.3 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars, i en virtut del Decret de Presidència de 3 de juliol de 2019, publicat al BOIB número 102, de 25 de juliol de 2019, mitjançant el qual es deleguen atribucions a la Comissió de Govern i la resta d'atribucions que li atorga la legislació vigent va aprovar, el següent acord:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“(...)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primer.-</strong> <strong>Aprovar</strong> la despesa per un import de 12.500,00 € (dotze mil cinc-cents euros) amb càrrec a la partida 334.48000 del pressupost anual 2020 per els ajuts de les beques d'estudis superiors per a estudiants de Formentera, curs 2018-2019. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segon.- Aprovar</strong> l'atorgament de deu beques d'estudis superiors per a estudiants de Formentera, curs 2018-2019, de conformitat amb allò que estableix el capítol II de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i d'acord amb els principis de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, i d'acord amb la puntuació obtinguda sobre la valoració dels criteris de les bases de la concessió de la subvenció, en el clàusula vuitena de la convocatòria, que les atorgades contenen tota la documentació correcta, i que correspon als següents estudiants: </span></p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" class="MsoTableGrid" style="border-collapse:collapse;
