Una vegada analitzada tota la documentació presentada, el vicepresident del FOGAIBA va resoldre favorablement la concessió de l'ajuda a favor, entre altres, de l'interessat Puigmenor Vell SRM, amb NIF E57335424, que figura en l'annex de la Resolució amb les dades i els imports corresponents.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>3. En data 23 de novembre de 2020 i registre núm L95E24656, Antonio Allés de Olives, amb DNI ***2550**, en representació de Puigmenor Vell SRM, va presentar la renuncia a l'ajuda concedida a causa de que els treballs varen ser realitzats per TRAGSA dins del MEPRO de la conselleria de Medi Ambient durant la campanya de neteja dels boscos afectats pel cap de fibló del 28 de juliol de 2018.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-left:0,0000pt; margin-right:0,0000pt; margin-top:5,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>4.
