    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ple d'aquesta Corporació municipal en sessió ordinària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;celebrada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;26 de novembre de 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, ha adoptat, entre d'altres l'acord que es transcriu literalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Examinada la documentació obrant dins l'expedient 6779/2019 relatiu a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vist l'informe emès pel &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tècnic municipal&lt;/span&gt; en data de data &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16 de novembre de 2020&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vists l'informe emès per la Cap d'urbanisme i la secretaria municipal de data 17 de novembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tot això es PROPOSA al Ple Municipal l'adopció del següent acord:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Desestimar l'al·legació presentada pel Col·legi Oficial d'Arquitectes de les Illes Balears el 28 de març de 2015.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar definitivament l'Adaptació al Pla Territorial de Mallorca del Catàleg de Patrimoni Històric del municipi d'Andratx.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Trametre un exemplar diligenciat de la documentació aprovada a l'Arxiu d'Urbanisme de les Illes Balears i al Consell de Mallorca, en compliment del que disposa l'article 53.2 de la LOUS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
