Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-693 relativa a la unificació de la denominació dels llocs de feina del laboratori.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Les funcions que tindrà el lloc de feina de tècnic/a de laboratori seran les que estaven definides al lloc de Inspector/a químic-farmacèutic, concretament les següents:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Prendre mostres i analitzar els aliments, begudes i aigües dins l'àmbit de les seves competències.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Inspeccionar els locals.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Supervisar el treball dels auxiliars i ajudants.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Complir les directrius, normes, procediments i accions preventives establertes en matèria de Prevenció de Riscs Laborals i assumir les funcions que li siguin encomanades en matèria d'actuació en emergències, col•laborant amb el Servei de Prevenció quan li sigui requerit.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Qualsevol altra tasca que li sigui encomanada pel superior jeràrquic d'entre les que corresponen a l'escala, subescala, classe, especialitat o categoria d'adscripció del lloc de treball.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent de la seva aprovació.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Publicar el contingut de l'Acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
