    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació amb l'assumpte de referència, i d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 24.3 del RDL 1/2016, de 16 de desembre, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de prevenció i control integrats de la contaminació, es publica l'Acord del Ple de la CMAIB, en sessió de dia 23 de juliol de 2020, corregit en sessió de dia 29 d'octubre de 2020,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ATÈS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Que CEMEX España Operacions SLU ha sol·licitat la modificació substancial de l'autorització ambiental integrada de la fàbrica de ciment de Lloseta, consistent en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#808080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'obtenció i expedició d'àrid per a la construcció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Que la documentació aportada justifica que es tracta d'una modificació substancial, en compliment de l'art. 14 del RD 815/2013 de 18 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'emissions industrials i de desenvolupament de la Llei 16/2002.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Que els informes emesos pels òrgans consultats són favorables, consideren la modificació com a substancial i proposen una sèrie de condicionants i/o modificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ACORDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer.- Atorgar la modificació substancial de l'autorització ambiental integrada de la fàbrica de ciment de Lloseta, a sol·licitud de CEMEX España Operacions SLU, consistent &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#808080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'obtenció i expedició d'àrid per a la construcció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, amb les condicions d'explotació, capacitat i processos indicats al projecte tècnic que acompanya la sol·licitud i amb subjecció a les següents condicions i/o modificacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La present AAI es concedeix a Cemex España Operaciones S.A.U., únicament i exclusivament per a la fabricació de ciment, tot segons l'establert al projecte d'adequació de 22 de desembre de 2005, amb les mesures correctores que s'hi proposen i la documentació complementària aportada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La instal·lació es categoritza dins l'epígraf 3.1.a (i / ii) de l'annex 1 de la Llei 16/2002.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El promotor també podrà realitzar tractament de matèries primeres procedents de l'explotació de la pedrera de la que s'abasteix la fàbrica amb la fi d'obtenir un producte de valor comercial com a àrids per a la construcció, segons el projecte "PROYECTO DE MODIFICACIÓN SUBSTANCIAL DE LA AAI DE LA FÁBRICA DE CEMEX EN LLOSETA PARA LA ADECUACIÓN Y MEJORA DE SUS INSTALACIONES, PARA LA OBTENCIÓN Y EXPEDICIÓN DE ÁRIDO PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN" de 14 de gener de 2020, redactat per Ricardo Torres Alemany (Enginyer Industrial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Declaració d'impacte ambiental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;En data 31 de juliol de 2008 la Comissió Permanent de la Comissió Balear de Medi Ambient acordà no subjectar a avaluació d'impacte ambiental el projecte d'ampliació de la fàbrica de ciment amb planta trituradora de biomassa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;2. Declaració d'impacte ambiental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;En data 31 de juliol de 2008 la Comissió Permanent de la Comissió Balear de Medi Ambient acordà no subjectar a avaluació d'impacte ambiental el projecte d'ampliació de la fàbrica de ciment amb planta trituradora de biomassa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En data 30 de març de 2020 el President de la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears va emetre la declaració d'impacte ambiental del projecte d'adequació i millora de les instal·lacions per a l'obtenció i expedició d'àrids per a la construcció promogut per CEMEX ESPAÑA OPERACIONES, SLU (BOIB núm. 60 de 23 d'abril de 2020), &lt;/span&gt;sempre que es compleixin les mesures preventives i correctores previstes a l'EIA i al projecte de modificació de 14 de gener de 2020, redactats per Ricardo Torres Alemany (Enginyer Industrial) i a l'Autorització Ambiental Integrada vigent, a més dels següents condicionants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Es desenvoluparà un sistema de reutilització d'aigües pluvials per emprar-se per al reg de les instal·lacions, neteja de rodes dels camions i per a la pulverització de la maquinària de trituració, i disminuir al màxim l'ús d'aigua de pou. Altra opció és l'ús d'aigües regenerades provinents de depuradores, en el cas que tenguin la qualitat necessària per al seu ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Es prendran mesures addicionals de prevenció de la contaminació atmosfèrica (emissió de pols), un cop s'instal·li la maquinària a planta, del tipus carenat d'interseccions, cintes, descàrregues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. S'evitaran els treballs de descàrrega d'àrids i de transport amb cintes transportadores a l'aire lliure en dies de fort vent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El promotor estudiarà la implantació de sistemes de subministrament energètic 100% d'energies renovables en les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. S'assignarà un responsable mediambiental durant la fase d'obres encarregat de vigilar i fer complir el Pla de Vigilància Ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. S'inclourà dins el Pla de Vigilància Ambiental el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Una auditoria energètica per tal d'avaluar i determinar mesures per minimitzar les necessitats energètiques de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Una estimació de les emissions de gasos d'efecte hivernacle de tipus directe (consum directe de combustibles fòssils per maquinària o mitjans de transport) i les indirectes i induïdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Una anàlisi de les mesures destinades a minimitzar o compensar les emissions de gasos d'efecte hivernacle en cas que no es puguin evitar. Registres de control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.2.2. Activitats amb emissions difuses/focus no canalitzats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les activitats que poden produir emissions difuses de partícules són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Nau d'adicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Zona del pont grua &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Possibles acopis temporals de clínquer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Nau d'argila&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Nau d'altres matèries primeres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Zona de trituració de biomassa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Zona de tremuges de dosificació de matèries primeres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Punts de transferència de cintes transportadores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.4.1. Mesures correctores i/o preventives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a les activitats amb emissions difuses identificats abans, així com per a tots els acopis i focus no permanents, tant a les instal·lacions de la fàbrica com a les instal·lacions annexes, s'ha de realitzar un bon manteniment de les mesures correctores i preventives implementades així com seguir les recomanacions del document de les Millors tècniques disponibles (MTD) del sector del ciment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'existència, manteniment i eficàcia de les mesures correctores i preventives d'emissions difuses del conjunt de la instal·lació, han de ser comprovades per un Organisme de control autoritzat (OCA) un cop a l'any, elaborant el corresponent informe de valoració. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Manteniment de mesures preventives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Totes les portes, plaques, capses, sitges i carenatges que ja existeixen, per a prevenció de pols, romandran degudament tancats i en bon estat de conservació. Es durà a terme un registre dels manteniments que s'efectuïn. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els filtres de mànigues han d'estar igualment ben mantinguts, amb un control de mànigues periòdic del qual es mantindrà un registre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Davant qualsevol incidència que evidenciï que els filtres no estan retenint la pols es donarà lloc a una aturada immediata del procés corresponent fins que s'hagi resolt el problema. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es durà a terme un registre d'aquelles incidències ocorregudes que puguin haver provocat importants emissions de pols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La descàrrega amb camió de matèries primeres s'efectuarà a lloc tancat. En cas que no sigui possible i s'hagi d'emmagatzemar a la intempèrie es farà a zona arrecerada i mai en alçada. El moviment de pala evitarà igualment l'emissió de pols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'emmagatzematge de matèries primeres es farà a nau tancada o sitja. En el seu defecte es farà a lloc protegit del vent i minimitzant l'emissió de pols afora de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les vies de la instal·lació estaran totes pavimentades. Es faran netes periòdicament de manera que no s'apreciïn capes de material pulverulent a sobre. La neteja ha de venir acompanyada d'un reg previ per evitar emissió de pols. A més aquests vials seran regats sistemàticament, amb periodicitat variable en funció de la meteorologia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La velocitat màxima en aquests vials serà de 20 Km/h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas que s'hagués d'utilitzar puntualment un vial que no estigués adequadament pavimentat, els camions no podran superar els 10 Km/h, s'addicionarà una capa de grava o similar i es durà a terme un reg sistemàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la sortida de les instal·lacions es disposa d'un rentador de rodes de camions. Es mantindrà en actiu i els camions hauran de passar per aquest abans de sortir a l'exterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aturar els motors dels vehicles quan no estiguin en funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Mesures noves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El clínquer s'emmagatzemarà en sitja. En el seu defecte es podrà emmagatzemar en nau, però els laterals d'aquesta hauran de disposar de barreres que retinguin la pols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquells punts que actualment actuen com a focus d'emissió difusa de pols que es puguin canalitzar mitjançant tancament i aspiració cap a filtre de mànigues es canalitzaran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquells punts que poden actuar com a grans emissors de pols davant incidències puntuals, com ara les sortides inferiors de les sitges, es mantindran correctament tancats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Als llindars de la instal·lació i en aquells punts on l'emissió de pols pugui ser més important s'instal·laran barreres de protecció del vent, amb vegetació o bé amb altre tipus de barrera de retenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;8.4.2. &lt;/span&gt;Control d'emissions de partícules sedimentables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Cada any es faran autocontrols de mesures de partícules sedimentables, entre els mesos d'abril a setembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La durada de cada campanya serà de quatre setmanes i s'haurà de col·locar almenys tres captadors de partícules simultàniament. S'haurà de disposar de al menys dues dades vàlides per any i per a cada un dels tres captadors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La ubicació i nombre dels equips de mesura s'acordarà prèviament amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. S'estableix com a valor objectiu d'aquest control el de 300 mg/m2.dia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Les dades obtingudes així com la descripció de les condicions meteorològiques (pluja, direcció i velocitat de vent...) a més de si hi ha hagut episodis d'intrusió sahariana durant el període, es remetran al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.4.1. Mesures correctores i/o preventives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Per a les activitats amb emissions difuses identificats abans, així com per a tots els acopis i focus no&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;permanents, tant a les instal·lacions de la fàbrica com a les instal·lacions annexes, s'ha de realitzar un bon manteniment de les mesures correctores i preventives així com seguir les recomanacions del document de les Millors tècniques disponibles (MTD) del sector del ciment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. L'existència, manteniment i eficàcia de les mesures correctores i preventives d'emissions difuses del conjunt de la instal·lació, han de ser comprovades per un Organisme de control autoritzat (OCA) un cop a l'any, elaborant el corresponent informe de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Mesures preventives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Totes les portes, plaques, capses, sitges i carenatges, per a prevenció de pols, romandran degudament tancats i en bon estat de conservació. Es durà a terme un registre dels manteniments que s'efectuïn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Els filtres de mànigues han d'estar igualment ben mantinguts, amb un control de mànigues periòdic del qual es mantindrà un registre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Davant qualsevol incidència que evidenciï que els filtres no estan retenint la pols es donarà lloc a una aturada immediata del procés corresponent fins que s'hagi resolt el problema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Es durà a terme un registre d'aquelles incidències ocorregudes que puguin haver provocat importants emissions de pols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La descàrrega amb camió de matèries primeres s'efectuarà a lloc tancat. En cas que no sigui possible i s'hagi d'emmagatzemar a la intempèrie es farà a zona arrecerada i mai en alçada. El moviment de pala evitarà igualment l'emissió de pols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L'emmagatzematge de matèries primeres es farà a nau tancada o sitja. En el seu defecte es farà a lloc protegit del vent i minimitzant l'emissió de pols afora de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les vies de la instal·lació estaran totes pavimentades. Es faran netes periòdicament de manera que no s'apreciïn capes de material pulverulent a sobre. La neteja ha de venir acompanyada d'un reg previ per evitar emissió de pols. A més aquests vials seran regats sistemàticament, amb periodicitat variable en funció de la meteorologia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La velocitat màxima en aquests vials serà de 20 Km/h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En cas que s'hagués d'utilitzar puntualment un vial que no estigués adequadament pavimentat, els camions no podran superar els 10 Km/h, s'addicionarà una capa de grava o similar i es durà a terme un reg sistemàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- A la sortida de les instal·lacions es disposa d'un rentador de rodes de camions. Es mantindrà en actiu i els camions hauran de passar per aquest abans de sortir a l'exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aturar els motors dels vehicles quan no estiguin en funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El clínquer s'emmagatzemarà en sitja. En el seu defecte es podrà emmagatzemar en nau, però els laterals d'aquesta hauran de disposar de barreres que retinguin la pols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aquells punts que actualment actuen com a focus d'emissió difusa de pols que es puguin canalitzar mitjançant tancament i aspiració cap a filtre de mànigues es canalitzaran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aquells punts que poden actuar com a grans emissors de pols davant incidències puntuals, com ara les sortides inferiors de les sitges, es mantindran correctament tancats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Als llindars de la instal·lació i en aquells punts on l'emissió de pols pugui ser més important s'instal·laran barreres de protecció del vent, amb vegetació o bé amb altre tipus de barrera de retenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Cada any es faran autocontrols de mesures de partícules sedimentables, entre els mesos d'abril a setembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La durada de cada campanya serà de quatre setmanes i s'haurà de col·locar almenys tres captadors de partícules simultàniament. S'haurà de disposar de al menys dues dades vàlides per any i per a cada un dels tres captadors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La ubicació i nombre dels equips de mesura s'acordarà cada any prèviament amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. S'estableix com a valor objectiu d'aquest control el de 300 mg/m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;.dia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Les dades obtingudes així com la descripció de les condicions meteorològiques (pluja, direcció i velocitat de vent...) a més de si hi ha hagut episodis d'intrusió sahariana durant el període, es remetran al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- Abans de l'inici de les obres i d'acord amb la Declaració d'Impacte Ambiental:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1- Es presentarà a la CMAIB el Pla de Vigilància Ambiental que inclogui la previsió dels següents punts amb una calendarització:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Una auditoria energètica per tal d'avaluar i determinar mesures per minimitzar les necessitats energètiques de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Una estimació de les emissions de gasos d'efecte hivernacle de tipus directe (consum directe de combustibles fòssils per maquinària o mitjans de transport) i les indirectes i induïdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Una anàlisi de les mesures destinades a minimitzar o compensar les emissions de gasos d'efecte hivernacle en cas que no es puguin evitar. Registres de control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2- S'assignarà i comunicarà a la CMAIB el nom del responsable &lt;/span&gt;mediambiental durant la fase d'obres encarregat de vigilar i fer complir el Pla de Vigilància Ambiental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;.- D'acord amb la Declaració d'Impacte Ambiental es requereix la presentació en un termini d'un any de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1- Un estudi de &lt;/span&gt;la implantació de sistemes de subministrament energètic 100% d'energies renovables en les instal·lacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2 - S&lt;/span&gt;istema de reutilització d'aigües pluvials per emprar-se per al reg de les instal·lacions, neteja de rodes dels camions i per a la pulverització de la maquinària de trituració, i disminuir al màxim l'ús d'aigua de pou. O una altra opció fent ús d'aigües regenerades provinents de depuradores, en el cas que tenguin la qualitat necessària per al seu ús. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;- Una vegada finalitzades les obres, cal inscriure a la Direcció General de Política Industrial les instal·lacions noves o modificació de les existents, dintre de l'àmbit de la Llei d'Indústria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El titular haurà d'actualitzar el seu Pla d'Autoprotecció per tal d'adequar-lo al nou model de funcionament segons les modificacions que s'han de realitzar a l'activitat i presentar-lo i registrar-lo a la Direcció General d'Emergències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;/strong&gt;.- En compliment de l'article 78 de la Llei 7/2013, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic d'instal·lació, accés i exercici d'activitats a les Illes Balears, per a l'inici i exercici de l'activitat, el titular haurà de presentar, davant la conselleria competent en matèria de medi ambient, la documentació del que realment s'ha executat, un informe del tècnic director en el cas d'existir variacions entre el projecte presentat en la sol·licitud i allò realment executat, per tal de justificar que no es tracta d'una modificació substancial, certificat final d'obra del tècnic director, acreditant el compliment de les condicions indicades en l'AAI, , si s'escau, i normativa sectorial d'aplicació. També la documentació exigida per la normativa urbanística en cada cas, la documentació especificada en l'AAI com a condició per a iniciar l'activitat i el justificant de pagament dels corresponents tributs, si s'escau. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Abans de l'inici de l'entrada en servei de les noves instal·lacions es realitzarà una inspecció per part del tècnics de la Conselleria de Medi Ambient i Territori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
