    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació, disposa en l'apartat 4 de l'article 69 que les administracions educatives, en l'àmbit de les seves competències, han d'organitzar periòdicament proves per als més grans de vint anys per obtenir directament el títol de batxiller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 29 de novembre de 2012 per la qual es regula la prova lliure per obtenir el títol de batxiller dirigida a les persones majors de vint anys a l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears, modificada per l'Ordre de 27 de febrer de 2018, estableix en l'apartat 1 de l'article 3 que cada curs acadèmic s'ha de dictar una resolució per convocar la prova per obtenir el títol de batxiller per a les persones de més de vint anys. L'apartat 2 de l'article 3 determina que la resolució de convocatòria ha de fixar el termini d'inscripció, el calendari de la prova, els centres educatius on s'ha de fer, l'horari i la durada dels exercicis i qualsevol altra qüestió que es consideri necessària perquè aquesta es dugui a terme. L'apartat 3 de l'article 3 determina que la resolució de convocatòria ha d'informar dels criteris de qualificació de cadascuna de les matèries, així com del material necessari per fer els exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actualment, i segons el que disposa el Decret 21/2019, de 2 d'agost, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es modifica el Decret 12/2019 de 2 de juliol, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la Direcció General de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres té la competència pel que fa a la prova lliure de batxillerat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, aprovat per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, regula en l'article 35 la competència exclusiva de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears pel que fa a l'ensenyament de la llengua catalana, pròpia de les Illes Balears, i en l'apartat 2 de l'article 36, la competència en el desplegament legislatiu i l'execució de l'ensenyament en tota la seva extensió, nivells i graus, modalitats i especialitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, i en virtut del que s'estableix en l'apartat 2 de l'article 36 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears i en la disposició final primera de l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 29 de novembre de 2012, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria i les instruccions per a l'any 2021 de la prova lliure adreçada a les persones més grans de vint anys per obtenir el títol de batxiller a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i concretar-ne els aspectes organitzatius, d'acord amb l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprovar els continguts, l'estructura i els criteris de qualificació dels diferents exercicis de la prova i informar del material necessari per dur-los a terme, d'acord amb l'annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprovar els models de documents establerts en els annexos 3, 4 i 5 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquestes instruccions tenen per objecte convocar i regular, per a l'any 2021, la prova lliure perquè les persones de més de vint anys puguin obtenir el títol de batxiller a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i concretar els aspectes organitzatius d'aquesta prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Modalitats convocades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es convoca la prova segons les modalitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Arts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Ciències&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Humanitats i ciències socials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Centres on es farà la prova&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La prova es desenvoluparà als centres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— A Mallorca: IES Ses Estacions (c. del Marquès de la Fontsanta,12, 07005 Palma; telèfon 971 77 02 67).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— A Menorca: IES Maria dels Àngels Cardona (ronda de les Balears, s/n, 07760 Ciutadella; telèfon 971 38 01 66).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Matèries de la prova&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les matèries de batxillerat corresponents a aquesta convocatòria són les especificades en l'annex 1 de l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 29 de novembre de 2012, modificada per l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de 27 de febrer de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Requisits de les persones participants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Poden participar en aquesta prova totes les persones que acreditin els requisits que s'especifiquen en l'article 5 de l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 29 de novembre de 2012, modificada per l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de 27 de febrer de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Taxa i termini de presentació de les sol·licituds d'inscripció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La inscripció a la prova d'aquesta convocatòria no està sotmesa al pagament de cap taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El termini d'inscripció és del 2 de març al 19 de març de 2021, ambdós dies inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La sol·licitud d'inscripció a la prova s'ha de fer únicament mitjançant el model oficial que apareix en l'annex 5 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La sol·licitud d'inscripció s'ha de presentar, per duplicat, als lloc següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) A Mallorca: Servei d'Ordenació Educativa (C. del Ter 16, 4a planta Polígon de Son Fuster 07009 Palma; telèfon: 971177783)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) A Eivissa: Delegació Territorial d'Educació a Eivissa i Formentera (Via Púnica, 23, 07800 Eivissa; telèfon 971 17 60 29).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) A Menorca: Delegació Territorial d'Educació a Menorca (Avinguda de Josep M. Quadrado, 33. 07703 Maó; telèfon: 971369008)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un dels exemplars de la sol·licitud ha de romandre al lloc on es fa la inscripció i l'altre s'ha de tornar a la persona interessada. Aquesta sol·licitud també es pot presentar de forma telemàtica, segons les instruccions que es publicaran a la pàgina web del Servei d'Ordenació Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La inscripció s'ha de fer per matèries, des d'un mínim d'una fins a un màxim de set.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Documentació que s'ha de presentar en el moment de la inscripció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La sol·licitud d'inscripció ha d'anar acompanyada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una declaració responsable de no estar matriculat en ensenyaments oficials de batxillerat i de no tenir el títol de batxiller (annex 4 d'aquesta Resolució).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Així mateix, en el cas d'equivalències i adaptacions d'accés, s'hi ha d'adjuntar, segons correspongui, la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Un certificat oficial acreditatiu de l'avaluació positiva de les matèries superades anteriorment, sempre que aquestes no figurin en el GestIB. En el cas que no s'hagi sol·licitat el reconeixement de matèries superades amb anterioritat, s'ha d'entendre que la persona inscrita renuncia a la qualificació anterior per a aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Un certificat de discapacitat, expedit per l'organisme oficial competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Publicació de les llistes d'aspirants admesos i exclosos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Una vegada hagi finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, i dins els sis dies hàbils següents, la direcció de cada centre on s'ha de realitzar la prova ha de publicar al tauler d'anuncis la relació provisional de totes les persones que s'han inscrit a la prova, amb la indicació de si estan admeses o excloses. En aquest darrer cas, s'ha d'especificar el motiu d'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En la relació de persones inscrites s'hi han de fer constar les matèries de les quals els aspirants han manifestat la voluntat d'examinar-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En el cas de les persones que ho hagin sol·licitat, també s'hi ha de fer constar la informació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Les matèries superades anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) L'exempció de l'exercici de llengua catalana i literatura II o la sol·licitud d'aquesta exempció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Les persones sol•licitants disposen d'un termini màxim de tres dies hàbils, comptadors des del dia hàbil següent al de la publicació de les llistes provisionals, per esmenar les deficiències que hagin estat la causa de l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La direcció de cada centre ha de publicar al tauler d'anuncis la relació definitiva de persones admeses i excloses en un termini màxim de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de la finalització d'aquest termini d'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Dates de la prova&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La prova tindrà lloc els dies 13, 14 i 15 d'abril de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Organització horària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Una vegada finalitzat el termini d'inscripció, la Conselleria d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca ha de publicar la distribució horària dels exercicis de les diferents matèries a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres. Aquest document també s'ha de fer públic al tauler d'anuncis dels centres on es farà la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Cada exercici té una durada de 90 minuts. Hi haurà un descans de 30 minuts entre els exercicis. Els exercicis es desenvoluparan entre les 15.00 i les 21.30 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Normes d'execució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La prova s'ha de dur a terme d'acord amb les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Els participants han d'acreditar la seva identitat mitjançant el document nacional d'identitat, el NIE o el passaport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Els presidents dels tribunals han de prendre les decisions oportunes per assegurar el desenvolupament adequat de la prova i resoldre qualsevol incidència. Es comptarà amb el suport de la Conselleria d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Tribunals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La constitució, la composició i el nomenament dels tribunals s'han de regir per l'article 9 de l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 29 de novembre de 2012, modificada per l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de 27 de febrer de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Estructura de la prova i continguts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La prova s'ha d'organitzar de forma diferenciada segons les modalitats de batxillerat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La prova consta d'un exercici per a cadascuna de les matèries a les quals fa referència l'annex 1 de l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 29 de novembre de 2012, modificada per l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de 27 de febrer de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Matèries superades anteriormen&lt;/strong&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Poden tenir la consideració de matèries superades anteriorment: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Únicament les matèries superades mitjançant la prova lliure realitzada a les Illes Balears en convocatòries anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Les matèries superades en estudis anteriors que siguin equivalents, segons la normativa vigent, a matèries del segon curs del batxillerat actual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Reclamacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Els participants poden presentar una reclamació si consideren incorrecta l'aplicació dels criteris d'avaluació i de qualificació. Les reclamacions, adreçades al tribunal, s'han de presentar per escrit al centre on s'ha duit a terme la prova dins els tres dies hàbils posteriors a la publicació de les qualificacions, i s'han d'argumentar les raons que motiven la reclamació. A aquest efecte, s'ha d'emprar el model que figura en l'annex 3 d'aquesta Resolució. Una vegada finalitzat el període de reclamacions, els centres seu de la prova les han de trametre al Servei d'Ordenació Educativa de la Direcció General de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres, que les farà arribar als tribunals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Els tribunals, en els dos dies hàbils següents a la recepció de les reclamacions, han de fer una sessió d'avaluació extraordinària per resoldre les reclamacions presentades. En cas necessari, es pot comptar amb assessors especialistes que no formin part del tribunal. La decisió presa pel tribunal s'ha de comunicar a la persona interessada en un termini màxim de tres dies hàbils. Si les decisions modifiquen les qualificacions, aquestes modificacions s'han de traslladar a l'acta definitiva, que s'ha de publicar dins el mateix termini al tauler d'anuncis dels centres on s'ha fet la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Contra les resolucions dels tribunals, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el director general de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres en el termini d'un mes comptador des de la comunicació de la resolució d'acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Certificacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els secretaris dels centres on s'ha desenvolupat la prova han d'expedir, si així ho sol·licita l'aspirant, un certificat segons l'acta d'avaluació de la prova lliure. En aquest certificat hi ha de constar una relació de totes les matèries, superades i no superades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si els aspirants no superen totes les matèries, però n'aproven alguna, mantenen les qualificacions per a convocatòries posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Proposta de títol&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els aspirants que tenguin totes les matèries de la prova superades compleixen les condicions per obtenir el títol de batxiller i el poden sol·licitar a la secretaria del centre on s'ha fet la prova. Aquests centres són els encarregats de trametre les propostes de titulació a la Direcció General de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Informació per als centres on s'organitza la prova&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Conselleria d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca ha d'elaborar un calendari d'actuacions perquè els centres educatius puguin fer la prova de conformitat amb aquesta Resolució, el qual es trametrà directament als centres implicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Totes les accions relacionades amb l'organització i la celebració de la prova objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, així com la informació que es proporcioni als usuaris de tot el que se'n derivi, les coordinarà el Servei d'Ordenació Educativa de la Direcció General de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Dues qüestions teòriques (2 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Anàlisi d'un document audiovisual (5 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Anàlisi d'una imatge publicitària (3 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'enunciat de cada apartat ha d'indicar la valoració corresponent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- L'anàlisi del document audiovisual s'ha de fer comentant aspectes com gènere, tipologia de plans, angulació i moviment de càmera, tipus de muntatge, banda sonora, anàlisi del missatge, etc. El fragment es podrà visionar fins a tres vegades durant la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En les qüestions teòriques l'alumne ha de demostrar el coneixement dels conceptes teòrics de la matèria, i el domini del llenguatge i la terminologia específica propis del món audiovisual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- L'anàlisi de la imatge publicitària ha d'abraçar aspectes formals i tècnics i valors de significat. L'alumne ha d'escollir una imatge entre les dues opcions proposades: A o B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Matèria: Dibuix Tècnic II&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

S'oferirà la possibilitat de triar un element de la relació, entre dues opcions. Valoració: 2,5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Comentari d'una imatge, que s'ha de triar entre dues d'obres d'art (arquitectura, escultura i/o pintura). Se n'ha de desenvolupar l'anàlisi tècnica i formal, iconogràfica i contextual, i de l'evolució de l'estil amb models i influències. Valoració: 2,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Comentari de la imatge d'una obra d'art (arquitectura, escultura i/o pintura), sense elecció. Se n'ha de desenvolupar l'anàlisi tècnica i formal, iconogràfica i contextual, i de l'evolució de l'estil amb models i influències. Valoració: 2,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les preguntes b, c i d han de fer referència als continguts dels blocs 1, 2, 3 i 4 del temari; el bloc 0 no és objecte específic d'examen, sinó que es desenvolupa transversalment al llarg de la resta dels blocs i de les diferents parts de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Explicació de l'estructura del text.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Identificació de la modalitat textual i justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cadascun d'aquests exercicis té una nota màxima d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sobre la temàtica del text, o a partir d'aquesta, a mode de comentari crític es proposaran dues qüestions que s'han de desenvolupar per escrit amb un text de fins a cent cinquanta paraules; aquest exercici té una nota màxima de 2 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La nota màxima total d'aquest bloc és de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) El segon grup està format per tres preguntes sobre coneixement de la llengua (sintaxi, morfologia o semàntica). Aquestes preguntes poden partir de fragments del text proposat en el primer bloc o poden ser independents. Cadascuna d'aquestes preguntes té una nota màxima d'1 punt. La nota màxima d'aquest bloc és de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) El tercer grup consisteix a desenvolupar per escrit una de les dues qüestions teòriques proposades entre les que conformen els continguts. La nota màxima d'aquest bloc és de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De forma global s'avaluaran l'expressió i l'ortografia, de tal forma que es podran arribar a descomptar fins a 2 punts del total de l'examen; com a norma general es descompten 0,1 punts per cada falta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTRUCTURA I CRITERIS DE QUALIFICACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'examen s'estructura en quatre blocs:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) El bloc 1 no és avaluable amb aquesta prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Al bloc 2 li corresponen quatre qüestions relacionades amb un text que prèviament s'ha de llegir amb esment. La nota corresponent a aquest bloc és de 5 punts: entre 1 i 1,5 punts per qüestió, segons els objectius, lligats a la comprensió i a l'anàlisi textuals i a l'expressió escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Al tercer bloc li corresponen dues preguntes, valorades amb 1 i 2 punts. Preferentment, la primera ha de tenir algun tipus de relació amb el text que s'ha llegit. A la segona, i sisena de l'exercici, s'ha de triar entre dues propostes (a o b) referides al contingut del bloc. Aquest apartat, per tant, s'avalua amb 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Al quart bloc li corresponen dues opcions (a i b) sobre literatura, i se n'ha de triar una. És la pregunta setena en el conjunt de l'exercici i es valora amb 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Sis problemes, dels quals l'examinand n'ha de triar i desenvolupar quatre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Valoració: 2,5 punts per problema. La nota serà la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes a cada problema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Els problemes poden tenir apartats diferents; la puntuació de cada apartat es donarà a l'enunciat de l'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Hi haurà dos problemes per a cada un dels tres blocs assenyalats anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'examinand ha de raonar o explicar el perquè de totes les respostes. Es valorarà la correcció i la claredat en el llenguatge emprat per l'examinand en la redacció de les respostes. Els errors de càlcul es penalitzen, especialment els que portin a resultats incoherents o absurds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
