    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a significar que el Ple de l'Ajuntament, en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 1 d'octubre de 2020, va acordar aprovar les bases reguladores de la convocatòria d'ajuts extraordinaris i a fons perdut per a les empreses amb local amb atenció al públic, que desenvolupen l'activitat al municipi d'Escorca, que han hagut de cessar la seva activitat, per la situació de crisi del coronavirus COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tota vegada que durant el termini d'exposició pública no s'han presentat al·legacions ni reclamacions es dona per aprovada definitivament i es reprodueix, integra, a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Escorca concedirà ajuts a aquelles empreses del municipi d'Escorca, que per la situació de crisi del Coronavirus COVID-19, i les mesures establertes amb l'Estat d'Alarma, han hagut de cessar o reduir substancialment la seva activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SEGONA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'ajut extraordinari que per cessament de l'activitat econòmica de les empreses amb local amb atenció al públic, del municipi d'Escorca, té per objectiu el recolzament al teixit empresarial del municipi per tal de preservar, així, la seva activitat i els llocs de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a atendre les obligacions de contingut econòmic que es deriven de la concessió d'aquest ajuts d'aquesta convocatòria existeix crèdit adequat i suficient a les partides de l'any 2020. La consignació d'aquesta ajuda extraordinària tendra un import màxim de 12.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds individuals, segons el model de l'annex I, es presentaran degudament complimentades i signades pel representant legal de l'activitat, al Registre General d'Entrada de l'Ajuntament d'Escorca. Amb la sol·licitud presentada s'entendrà que s'accepten plenament aquestes bases per part dels interessats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds aniran acompanyades de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Còpia de la llibreta bancària o certificat de l'entitat bancària on consti el número de compte al qual s'hagi d'ingressar la subvenció que, si s'escau, es concedeixi a l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquests models de sol·licitud es trobaran a disposició dels interessats a l'Ajuntament d'Escorca o a la pàgina web. Si en la presentació de la sol·licitud s'observa alguna deficiència o hi manca algun document es requerirà a l'interessat per tal que en el termini màxim de 10 dies hàbils pugui esmenar la falta, amb advertiment que si en aquest termini no es produeix l'esmena i/o no s'aporta la documentació sol·licitada, s'entendrà que desisteix de la petició i s'arxivarà sense més tràmit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Termini de presentació de les sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds és de 15 dies hàbils des de la publicació definitiva d'aquestes bases en el BOIB. No s'acceptarà cap sol·licitud presentada fora de termini. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds no està afectat per la suspensió de terminis de la disposició addicional tercera del R.D. 463/2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;VUITENA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Concessió dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de resolució de les sol·licituds d'ajuts no excedirà dels tres mesos des de la data de finalització del termini de presentació. La manca de resolució dintre d'aquest termini produeix efectes desestimatoris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;NOVENA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei orgànica 15/1999, de 13 de desembre, de protecció de dades de caràcter personal, es posa de manifest que la informació facilitada pels peticionaris d'aquests ajuts quedarà protegida. Els interessats podran sol·licitar a l'administració municipal l'exercici dels seus drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició. Amb la presentació de la sol·licitud i la resta de la documentació requerida per a participar en aquest ajut, l'interessat autoritza a l'Ajuntament d'Escorca a facilitar les dades aportades a qualsevol altra administració o organisme sempre que així ho requereixi expressament per al compliment de les seves obligacions específiques i garanteixi, igualment, la confidencialitat de la informació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
