11414 410 2020-11-21 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de data 21/10/2020, es va aprovar el següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">“1. Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-679 relativa a la creació d'un lloc de TAG i un lloc de gestor/a de projectes al departament de Innovació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">2. Les funcions específiques dels llocs aprovats són les següents:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">TAG:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Suport a l'organització, coordinació i control de les gestions, personal i tràmits administratius de l'MI.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Suport en la gestió dels expedients administratius de l'IMI.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Suport administratiu en matèria de contractació.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">-Suport administratiu en matèria de recursos humans.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Proposar mesures de modernització, simplificació de tràmits i millora de la gestió i mètodes de treball administratius de l'IMI.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Coordinació amb els serveis centrals de l'Ajuntament per assegurar l'aplicació a l'IMI dels criteris, instruccions i normes que des de l'Ajuntament s'estableixin.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Suport en l'aplicació de la legislació vigent a l'IMI.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">Gestor/a de projectes:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Seleccionar l'estratègia de desenvolupament, l'estructura de la mateixa, seleccionat els processos principals que l'integren, fixació de calendaris, planificació de projectes i viabilitat econòmica.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- La direcció de projecte, realitzant les tasques de seguiment i control econòmic sota les directrius del departament financer i econòmic de l'Ajuntament i IMI, la seva revisió i avaluació de resultats i la coordinació dels equips seleccionats.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Gestió i resolució de incidències que puguin sorgir durant el desenvolupament dels projectes i l'actualització de la planificació inicial.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Elaboració dels informes de seguiment i l'arxiu de la documentació de gestió de projectes assignats una vegada finalitzats.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Realitzar tasques de consultoria o assessorament . Segons la seva branca professional, en els aspectes relatius al negoci (Consultor) i/o en els aspectes relacionats amb la informàtica (Consultor Informàtic) .</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- La redacció de plecs relacionats amb l'execució dels projectes o com resultes de les tasques de consultoria.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Assistència tècnica als projectes de gestió de fons europeus per a la innovació.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Complir les directrius, normes, procedimentsiaccions preventives establertes en matèria de prevenció de riscos laborals i assumir les funcions encomanades en matèria d'emergències, col•laborant amb el servei de prevenció quan sigui requerit.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- La coordinació i secretaria de la Smart Office de l'Ajuntament de Palma, per aportar el suport tècnic que requereixi Batlia i la regidoria de Innovació per portar a terme lesseves atribucions en matèria de innovació i Smart City assignades (* Segons decret d'organització de serveis municipals num. 201713051 ).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Seguiment, execució i renovació dels plans estratègics de Innovació, (Smart City), així com dels seus projecteso accions derivades.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Seguiment, execució i renovació dels plans estratègics d'Administració Electrònica, així com dels seus projectes o accions derivades.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Suport a la pertinent oficina tècnica municipal de implantació de l'administració electrònica.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Suport a l'Oficina Municipal de Fons Europeus.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">3. Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent de la seva aprovació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">4.Publicar el contingut de l'Acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
