    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Als efectes previstos a la Llei 34/1998, de 7 d'octubre, del Sector d'Hidrocarburs; al Reial decret 1434/2002, de 27 de desembre, pel qual es regulen les activitats de transport, distribució, comercialització, subministrament i procediments d'autorització d'instal·lacions de gas natural, en relació amb els articles 17 de la Llei d'Expropiació Forçosa de 16 de desembre de 1954 i 56 del seu Reglament (Decret de 26 d'abril de 1957) en l'article 83 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, se sotmet a informació pública el projecte les característiques bàsiques del qual es detallen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Peticionari: “Redexis Infraestructures, S.L.U” amb domicili a c/Mahonia, 2 edifici Pòrtic 28.043-Madrid C.I.F: B- 86.589.884.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Objecte de la petició: Autorització Administrativa, Autorització d'Execució d'Instal·lacions i Reconeixement, en concret, de la Utilitat Pública del projecte denominat “DERIVACIÓN DIRECTA DESDE EL GASODUCTO DE TRANSPORTE PRIMARIO CAS TRESORER-MANACOR-FELANITX PARA EL RAMAL DE DISTRIBUCIÓN A LA PLANTA DE ABISA EN EL T.M. DE MONTUIRI, MALLORCA”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Descripció de les instal·lacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Derivació directa amb connexió de presa en càrrega i línia de canonada d'entrada a ERM, en acer diàmetre 4 polzades amb vàlvula de derivació aèria motoritzada, venteig i odoritzant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Pressupost: 50.097,78 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Afecció a finques de propietat privada: L'afecció a finques de propietat privada derivada de la construcció de la derivació directa i de les seves instal·lacions auxiliars en la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;U: Expropiació forçosa dels terrenys sobre els quals han de construir-se les instal·lacions fixes en superfície.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Dos: Per a canalitzacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i.&amp;nbsp;S'imposarà servitud permanent de pas sobre una franja de terreny d'un ample de 1,00 (0,50 a cada costat de l'eix) per on discorrerà la canonada o canonades que es requereixin per a la conducció de gas. Aquesta servitud estarà subjecta a les següents limitacions de domini:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Prohibició d'efectuar treballs de llaurada o similars a una profunditat superior a cinquanta centímetres (50cm), així com la plantació d'arbres o arbustos, a una distància inferior a dos metres (2,00m) a cada costat de l'eix comptats a partir de l'eix de la canonada o canonades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Prohibició de la realització de qualsevol tipus d'obra, construcció edificació o d'efectuar cap acte que pogués danyar o pertorbar el bon funcionament de les instal·lacions a una distància inferior a deu metres (10,00m) de l'eix de la canonada i a banda i banda d'aquesta. Aquesta distància podrà reduir-se sempre que se sol·liciti expressament i es compleixin les condicions que, en cada cas, fixi l'Òrgan competent de l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Lliure accés del personal i equips necessari per a poder vigilar, mantenir, reparar o renovar les instal·lacions amb pagament, en el seu cas, dels danys que s'ocasionin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Possibilitat d'instal·lar les fites per a senyalització o delimitació i els tubs de ventilació, així com de realitzar les obres superficials o subterrànies que siguin necessàries per a l'execució o funcionament de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;ii.&amp;nbsp;L'ocupació temporal s'aplicarà sobre els terrenys necessaris per a l'execució de les obres, cobrint la franja que es reflecteixi per a cada finca en els plànols parcel·laris d'expropiació. En aquesta zona es podrà fer desaparèixer, temporalment, qualsevol obstacle i es realitzaran les obres necessàries per a l'estesa i instal·lació de canalització i elements annexos, executant els treballs o operacions precises per a aquests fins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El que es fa públic per a coneixement general i especialment dels propietaris de terrenys i altres titulars de béns i/o drets afectats per aquest projecte, la relació del qual s'insereix al final d'aquest anunci, perquè pugui ser examinat el Projecte, en la Direcció de l'Àrea d'Indústria i Energia de la Delegació del Govern, situada a Palma, C/Felicià Fuster, 7 (C.P.07006) o, la relació d'afectats i pels plànols parcel·laris a l'Ajuntament de Montuïri, Plaça Major, nº1 (C.P.07230) i presentar per triplicat exemplar, les al·legacions que considerin oportunes en el termini de 20 dies a partir de l'endemà al de la publicació d'aquest anunci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
