Les persones i les entitats que figuren al annex 1 d'aquesta resolució han presentat a la Conselleria d'Afers Socials i Esports una sol·licitud de subvenció per facilitar-los els desplaçaments a la Península, les Illes Canàries, Ceuta i Melilla per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris oficials. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">&nbsp;2. El Servei d'Administració Esportiva de la Direcció General d'Esports ha examinat les sol·licituds i està conforme amb els aspectes següents:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">- Les persones i entitats sol·licitants, per la seva naturalesa, poden ser beneficiàries de la subvenció objecte de la convocatòria.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">- Les persones i entitats han presentat les sol·licituds dins el termini i en la forma escaient i han adjuntat la documentació exigida per la convocatòria.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">- Les persones i entitats han presentat la factura acreditativa del desplaçament i l'acta del partit o prova esportiva emesa per la corresponent federació esportiva. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">- Que les persones i entitats sol·licitants ha signat la declaració responsable que acredita que no es troben inclosos en cap dels supòsits de prohibició o d'incompatibilitat per ser beneficiaris de la subvenció de conformitat amb la normativa aplicable.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. La subvenció es distribueix en les quanties especificades en el annex 1, per beneficiari, i hi ha crèdit adequat i suficient a la partida pressupostària 17601 461A01 48000 00 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">&nbsp;4. Les ajudes percebudes en virtut de la present convocatòria estan subjectes a tributació per IRPF, quan el beneficiari final sigui una persona física i no pugui acollir-se a cap exempció, en particular la prevista per als esportistes d'alt nivell en l'article 7.m de la Llei 35/2006, de l'Impost sobre la Renda de les Persones Físiques.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1.&nbsp; El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, 31 de desembre de 2005).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. L'Ordre del conseller de Turisme i Esports de 18 de desembre de 2012 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions en matèria d'esports (BOIB núm. 2, de 3 de gener de 2013)</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. L'apartat 6.5 de la Resolució de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports de 22 d'octubre de 2019 (BOIB núm. 147 de 29 d'octubre de 2019) disposa que la resolució expressa de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports finalitza el procediment de concessió de la subvenció. La resolució col·lectiva s'ha de publicar en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> en el termini de sis mesos des de l'acabament del període de presentació de les sol·licituds.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">4. La proposta de resolució de la Direcció General d'Esports de data de 9 d'octubre de 2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, dict la següent </span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>RESOLUCIÓ</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. Aprovar la concessió d'una subvenció, per facilitar els desplaçaments a la península, les Illes Canàries, Ceuta i Melilla per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris oficials, als beneficiaris que figuren a continuació, per l'import&nbsp;
