    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta Presidència, avui, ha decretat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Fets&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El dia 19 de juliol de 2019 es va dictar el decret pel qual es van designar les persones que formen la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes en representació del diferents grups polítics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El dia 2 de novembre de 2020 el Grup de consellers Ciudadanos – Partido de la Ciudadanía ha sol·licitat la modificació dels representants del Grup en la Comissió Informativa, de manera que la consellera Margalida Isabel Roig Catany serà titular i el conseller Osvaldo Cifre Bordoy serà suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tant&lt;strong&gt;, decret: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Designar perquè formin part de la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes, en representació del Grup de consellers Ciudadanos- Partido de la Ciudadanía, la Sra. Margalida Isabel Roig Catany, titular, i el Sr. Osvaldo Cifre Bordoy, suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Comunicar aquest decret a les persones interessades i publicar-ne el contingut en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;Publicar aquest decret a la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;Donar-ne compte al Ple, en la primera sessió ordinària que tengui lloc.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
